Chapter 3

Ding Wang hit one arrow on his right chest and right calf. The arrow shaft had been cut off, leaving only three inches long exposed outside. The carriage was bumpy, and Cheng Yu did not dare to draw the arrow rashly. He just tied the top of Ding Wang's calf with a cloth strap to help stop the bleeding. He did not dare to move the chest.

The carriage suddenly flipped, Dingwang's body shook, and blood oozed out of his chest.

Cheng Yu's forehead was leaping with blue veins, and he scolded Uncle Zhang coldly: "I will break one of her fingers if I turn it again!"

Apart from the curtain, Uncle Zhang trembled with sweat on his forehead, staring at the dirt road ahead, and not daring to be distracted.

Hanzhu shook even harder, and tried to shrink his hands in without attracting attention.

Cheng Yu steadily supported King Ding. Seeing that his chest was bleeding less and less, he gradually stopped. He couldn't help but be glad that the arrow shot missed. If he moved further into the middle, without the doctor's timely treatment, King Ding might not have survived. And were those assassins deliberately retaliated against the Japanese pirates, or were they sent from the capital?

Just as he was thinking about the situation in the capital, the carriage was upside down.

Tears burst into tears in her eyes.

Uncle Zhang also cried and turned around, "Young Master, it's not that I was deliberately fighting against you. It's really the dirt road is unfair. Please spare my girl. If the bus is still bumpy when I get to the official road, will I commit suicide?"

Cheng Yu picked up the curtain and looked outside. He knew that what he said was not false. He reminded in a deep voice: "Try to walk as slowly as possible."

Uncle Zhang should be.

Cheng Yu looked at Hanzhu, "Sit next to him and support him with me, don't let him shake."

Hanzhu turned his head to look.

The mule cart in her house is not big, and the narrow couch can accommodate her and her sister Chunliu, but at this time, two big men were sitting there, and the remaining place next to her was small. She really sat on it, afraid she would be close to the unconscious man. Hanzhu has been respectful since she was a child, and even her fiancé Gu Heng had not even walked within five steps, so she asked her to help a strange man...

She was hesitant.

As if seeing through her thoughts, Cheng Yu urged impatiently: "Hurry up, I'll kill you again!"

Who is King Ding? He is the second prince of Daqi. After the prince passed away, King Ding was the first among the princes. It was her blessing to ask her to take care of him. She even disliked the dignified prince?

His voice was cold and sharp, his long legs moved, and the tip of his boots was facing her, as if she was disobedient, he would kick him in. Hanzhu was afraid of death. Seeing that the man was unconscious and had two major injuries on his body looked very cunning, he slowly stood up, squeezed to the side of the man, held his shoulder, and turned his head to avoid looking at the other person.

She came to visit the grave and wore a white dress with white cuffs. She also had a pair of slender hands to support Ding Wang. She seemed to have no strength at first glance. Cheng Yu had no intention of seeing how beautiful her hands were. Her brows were deeper, "Support them more."

Hanzhu was really afraid of him, so he bit his lip and closed his fingers.

Cheng Yu was satisfied at this time. Seeing her wearing a hat and turning her head, she was afraid that anyone would look at her, and she sneered in her heart. Looking at the King of Ding, she was sure that King of Ding was not at the moment. He asked her to the car door: "What is this place? Wherever you live, everyone at home, tell me clearly. You can answer whatever I ask. If you dare to talk too much, don't blame me for being rude."

Hanzhu didn't dare to fight him, so she lowered her head and said, "This is Xiawutong County, Hangzhou Prefecture. Our family lives in the city. My mother died early. Except for a few servants, everyone else in the mansion is here."

"Is Lingzun an official?" Cheng Yu asked tentatively. The demeanor of this family is nothing but a big deal in the capital. It is also a good choice in a small place. Ordinary families cannot raise it.

Hanzhu nodded, "My father is teaching in the county." His father only came from the eighth-rank teaching, and there were eighth-rank teaching teachers. Although there was no difference, they were all small officials, Hanzhu still did not point it out, and maybe the other party would be a little afraid.

He heard that he was just a teacher, so Cheng Yu felt relieved.

He stopped asking questions, and the carriage became quiet.

When you are quiet, your body feels sharp, and a quiet fragrance spreads, even overwhelming the bloody smell of Dingwang's body.

Cheng Yu looked at Hanzhu in confusion, and just pulled her into his arms. He couldn't smell the fragrance even when he was so close. Why did he suddenly feel the fragrance?

Hanzhu also smelled it, and her pale face under the veil cap turned red uncontrollably. She was born with fragrance. The fragrance of sitting quietly was not obvious. She was tired when she walked quickly, or she became heavier if she was too hot and sweating in summer. Why did she sweat coldly now...

It seems that the private matter was known by a man, Hanzhu felt very embarrassed.

Her head drooped lower and lower, as if she was guilty. Cheng Yu thought it was not good, so he poked out his long legs and picked up the curtain to let the fragrance spread. He held the Ding King with his left hand and pressed the dagger in front of her with his right hand, "Take the fragrance of Mi.!"

His dagger came over so suddenly. Hanzhu was so scared that he hid backwards. The back of his head hit the car board heavily, and her tears fell down her eyes. She lowered her eyes and looked at the dagger and cried and defended: "I'm not confused. Xiang, I'm just a small girl, how could there be that kind of thing..."

Cheng Yu didn't believe it, "Then what's going on with this fragrance?" As he said that, he threw her hat away, moved the dagger up, and forced her to raise her head. He could stare into her eyes to judge whether she was lying.

After being looked at by someone like this, Hanzhu felt sad and angry, and tears rolled down like rain.

When he met this very familiar face again, Cheng Yu was stunned.

How could there be such a similar person in the world? Her father and uncle who liked concubines and wives only had similar faces. Why did she give birth to her exactly the same as her cousin? No, it was not exactly the same. She looked bigger than her cousin, rounder face, timid and weak, not like her cousin, always looked sarcastic and domineering, and no one was sorry for her annoying look.

In addition to their appearance, they are only similar in two places. Both of them have died and their mothers love their younger sisters and younger brothers.

Thinking of his two-year-old cousin in Beijing, Cheng Yu felt softer, and the dagger stepped back slightly, his voice was cold and unchanged, "Say."

Hanzhu cried with her eyes closed.

Uncle Zhang sighed outside and explained to his poor girl, how can he speak of the secret of his daughter's family with the big girl's temperament?

Understanding the whole story, Cheng Yu embarrassedly withdrew his hand. When the mule cart got on the official road, he looked at the pitiful girl who was huddling there. Seeing that her hand had already been put down, he said with gratitude: "Okay, you don't need to help me, go down."

Hanzhu finally felt a little better. She moved to the place where she had been hiding before, put on the veil and stopped talking again.

Perhaps the man in black didn't ask her again, Hanzhu gradually became less nervous. Cheng Yu didn't look at her, but she also felt her relaxation, because the fragrance in the car gradually faded, like a blooming flower that closed its petals and scented it.

Four words can't help but appear in my mind.

Born to be a beauty.

Cheng Yu looked at the unconscious King Ding, and thought of the two beautiful concubines in the King Ding Mansion, and his heart moved.

When he arrived at the door of Jiang's house, Jiang Jizhou directly asked Zhang Fu to lead the car into the yard, and Uncle Zhang followed suit.

Cheng Yu held Hanzhu hostage and ordered Jiang Jizhou and Uncle Zhang to lift King Ding out of the car first. Seeing them doing it carefully, Cheng Yu got off the car. He did not touch Hanzhu's body again. He held her hair with one hand and pressed the knife against her neck with the other, and followed Jiang Jizhou into the backyard room.

"I'll listen to you, you'll let my sister go." Ningzhu leaned against her father's arms and begged timidly.

Jiang Jizhou could no longer hold back and shed tears.

Cheng Yu had no expression on his face, pushed open the door and left the outside room for Jiang Jizhou and his daughter. He took Ningzhu to the inner room directly.

Hanzhu watched her sister and the villain walk in in horror, not understanding what was going on, and looked at her father anxiously.

Jiang Jizhou did not take away the veil from her mouth and explained softly. When his daughter calmed down, he loosened her ties. He forced someone out of the house and solemnly told her, "You can live in Chunliu first these days. If they leave, you can move back. Don't sneak up on it to inquire. Hanzhu is obedient. Daddy will not let your sister get into trouble. You hide yourself and help Daddy, do you understand?"

Hanzhu turned around and looked at the familiar wing room and cried, "I understand, but Dad wants to promise me that no matter what happens here, Dad will tell me immediately, don't hide it from me..." She was afraid that something happened to her sister or her father, so she only had these two relatives. They really had an accident and she would not live anymore.

Jiang Jizhou patted her shoulder comfortably, and his voice was firm and powerful: "Don't be afraid of Hanzhu, there will be no trouble, everything will be dad."

Hanzhu nodded cryingly.

After a while, Chun Liu Qiulan brought the beaded bedding and clothes over.

When Hanzhu was worried at the window of the servant's room, the doctor in front had arrived and soon sent Jin Chuangyao to the backyard.

The hot water and gauze were ready. Jiang Jizhou covered Ningzhu's eyes and carried her to the chair, not allowing her to move. Then he returned to the edge of the bed and pressed Dingwang's shoulder hard.

Cheng Yu's face was cold and calm. He pressed Dingwang's chest with one hand and slowly approached the half-arrow with the other...

Jiang Jizhou opened his eyes.

Not far away, Ningzhu sat obediently on the chair, her eyes were covered in black cloth and could not see anything. She was curious about what her father and the bad guy were doing. Suddenly, she heard a muffled groan, so low and so heavy, and it made her feel inexplicably painful.

"Dad?" she shouted in fear.
