Chapter 25 The Confident Child

There was a child who used to be very naughty. Suddenly one day, a stone as big as a fist fell from him and just hit the back of his head.

He looked up at the sky, his eyes were confused, and he reached out to touch it. He felt wet and sticky, and then he smelled a bloody smell.

From then on, he could not chase wildly on the playground like other children. Once he exercised vigorously, he would be dizzy, the world turned around, and his legs trembled and fell to the ground.

All this did not make him forget to smile. He had a lot of classmates and friends who came to play.

One day, when he woke up and could no longer hear anything, he began to suspect what others were saying, especially when he was looking at him.

He began to doubt the world, life, and himself.

As time passed, he had no friends, and he cried, hiding in the quilt and cried secretly until his tears were gone.

One day, he suddenly found that his eyes were very painful, so he rubbed hard with the back of his hand. The more he rubbed, the more painful it became. When he didn't feel pain, he found that the scene in the distance was blurred.

From then on, he hasn't looked at others more, even the most beautiful girl, because he can no longer see other people's faces.

Many years later, he asked himself: Do you regret it when life is so unfortunate?

He told himself this: There is no medicine for regret in the world, so I don’t regret it, nor can I regret it. Since God arranged my life like this, I will treat it as a play and live the protagonist’s addiction.

In his eyes, I never saw the word "poor", because I understand that an unfortunate life may not necessarily require the pitifulness of others.
