Chapter 103 The restaurant business

Today is a busy day for the restaurant and the business is booming. Even Guo Xiaojiu and Ning Buer are still sweating profusely.

The main reason is that Guo Xiaojiu is always sleepy, and she is not familiar with the wine shop, so she even drinks while selling wine. This is so annoying that Ning Buer is not able to do business like this. I guess if this continues, the wine shop will have to close down soon.

As for sleepiness, it was Guo Xiaojiu who had basically not been sleeping all night last night. In the first half of the night, it was because of Ning Buer's words that made him guess and couldn't sleep excitedly. In the second half of the night, he finally felt a little sleepy. I don't know why he thought of the little girl Huoshui.

I don’t know if I remembered the little girl and said that she left the imperial capital in three days, and Guo Xiaojiu thought that it wouldn’t be that coincidental.

Then I thought about it again and it was such a coincidence that since it was with Yang Huzi, it was probably the same as leaving.

However, Yang Huzi's departure was to go north to the Anxi Protectorate. The disaster water's departure was to go south to the Jiangnan.

This was what Guo Xiaojiu said quietly to him after leaving the pavilion. According to Huangfu, "I will pay back the wine I owe you. Next time, don't ask me for it. Whether you go or not has nothing to do with me."

Thinking of this, Guo Xiaojiu became overwhelmed and stayed up all night.

Until early in the morning, when he heard that Ning Buer had already walked out of the house, Guo Xiaojiu simply got up and stopped sleeping.

In the blink of an eye, the day passed by in a hurry.

Just after dinner, Ning Buer wrote the word "Zhang Da" and pasted it on the wooden door outside the winery in front of him, Guo Xiaojiu.

In the end, Ning Buer chose to hire a guy to help in the restaurant. Guo Xiaojiu was okay to eat wine, but he was not the same material as business. At least Ning Buer looked at Guo Xiaojiu today and was always a little unkind.

Following Ning Buer, Guo Xiaojiu, who was a little timid and cowardly and dared not speak, could only sigh.

Ning Buer was not really angry. After that, he sat on the wooden ladder with Guo Xiaojiu and chatted for a long time, but he broke up and stopped talking about the matter in the restaurant.

That night, Guo Xiaojiu finally had a good night's sleep and no longer thought about Ning Buer and the Huoshui. Everything should go with the flow.

The next day, Guo Xiaojiu woke up naturally when he slept. When it was tomorrow, it was time for Yang Huzi to leave the imperial capital.

Ning Buer was alone, busy behind the counter of the restaurant. To Ning Buer was a little worse than his practice. Especially when listening to copper coins, the sound of coin hitting each other in the bag seemed to be the sound in Ning Buer's eyes, at least much better than Guo Xiaojiu's scabbard sound.

Seeing Guo Xiaojiu walking downstairs, Ning Buer just glanced back and continued to work hard.

There were not many guests in the morning, but there was no room for Ning Buer to breathe.

He found something in the kitchen and filled his stomach. Guo Xiaojiu simply walked outside the restaurant and recruited guests. Since he was unhappy in the restaurant, he had to be happier outside the restaurant.

There was a smile on his face. Whenever one or two guests passed by, Guo Xiaojiu would stick it up. Regardless of whether he knew it or not, or whether he was doing business in the nearby streets and alleys, he would ask for a few words and praise his wine shop for how delicious it is.

The effect was average. After a while of busy work, it was almost noon. Seeing that the business gradually became deserted, Guo Xiaojiu simply sat on the threshold and sighed at the shop across the street.

For some reason, Guo Xiaojiu seemed to see an acquaintance walking towards him in an occasional trance. He wiped his eyes and was indeed an acquaintance.

He stood up and nodded to the man.

The maid had already changed into clean and neat clothes and dressed up deliberately. Compared with the ordinary women walking on the streets, she was probably more eye-catching. After all, she was still a girl.

The maid smiled and nodded, reached out and pulled the old man in front of him.

Qian Zangzhen, who was holding his hands, nodded, and did not look at Guo Xiaojiu, but fell on the big words on the wooden door.

After watching for a long time, Qian Zangzhen turned her head, stared at Guo Xiaojiu, and asked, "How is your business in the restaurant?"

"It's not bad. Do you want some wine? The wine in my wine shop is all the best wine in the imperial capital." Guo Xiaojiu raised her eyebrows lightly, and she said, giving up and making a gesture of inviting her.

The maid followed Qian Zangzhen and covered her mouth and laughed. She remembered Guo Xiaojiu because she was on the way to the imperial capital and heard that Yu Fengyi died in the Baiyi Gate and was killed by him Guo Xiaojiu.

Mr. Zhang also took her with him and drank with Guo Xiaojiu. Naturally, she remembered such a person.

Qian Zangzhen did not answer, but walked into the restaurant, looked around for a few times, then turned his eyes to Ning Buer. Seeing Ning Buer lowering his head and working hard, he reached out and raised his finger to buckle on the counter: "Is the girl the boss of this restaurant?"

He looked up at Qian Zangzhen, but Ning Buer did not nod, blinked his eyes and looked at Guo Xiaojiu, as if he asked him again, who is this old man?

Guo Xiaojiu shrugged, and he didn't know what he meant.

"Old man, are you?" Ning Buer asked softly.

"I see you are recruiting a friend in the restaurant. I and my girl can come to the restaurant for help." Qian Zangzhen frowned and waved his hand quickly: "It's not just helping. My girl and I want to tell stories in the restaurant. If you don't help when you tell stories, you don't want money. As long as you can tell stories, you can do it."

Ning Buer was puzzled when he heard this. Could it be that people who are in the imperial capital are all interested in this?

"It's up." Before Ning Buer could answer, Guo Xiaojiu waved his sleeves and said cheerfully, fearing that Ning Buer would misunderstand, so he hurriedly squeezed his eyes at her.

Ning Buer understood and nodded. No matter what medicine Guo Xiaojiu sold in the gourd, it was not a bad thing anyway. In his opinion, as long as he was a breathable person, he was more useful than Guo Xiaojiu.

I was looking forward to him selling wine, and by then, he would probably have all the wine in the wine shop.

He turned around and smiled at the maid. Qian Zangzhen seemed to have already taken the maid and completed a very important thing. After fighting today, Qian Zangzhen took over Zhang Jiming's mantle and his maid.

"Old guy, don't be proud of yourself. I, Qian Zangzhen, will definitely be better than you in my life, no matter what I do." Qian Zangzhen muttered in a low voice.

Since this matter was done so simply, Qian Zangzhen explained to Ning Buer, saying that he would come over in the afternoon, and there would be no major things in the future, and he would have breakfast and then the restaurant.

The old man I saw should be considered a decent person, and Ning Buer agreed very readily afterwards.

Until Qian Zangzhen took the maid out of the restaurant and saw the maid looking at Guo Xiaojiu with her gratitude, Ning Buer reached out and quietly pinched Guo Xiaojiu's waist.

"Hey, my fairy, Ning Buer, let go." Guo Xiaojiu hurriedly broke free from the clutches. Seeing that the maid and Qian Zangzhen had already walked away, he rubbed his waist and looked at Ning Buer.

"Guo Xiaojiu, when did you carry me on your back and hook up with such a little girl outside?" Ning Buer said rudely, and he asked with his hands on his waist and pretending to be angry.

"This matter is not what you think." Guo Xiaojiu waved his hand quickly, and then he explained Zhang Jiming's affairs intermittently to Ning Buer.

After listening to Guo Xiaojiu’s story, Ning Buer frowned: “Who do you think this old man is?”

"Ah?" Putting down the wine bowl in his hand, Guo Xiaojiu looked at Ning Buer for no reason, with a look of confusion.

"I guess it's probably Mr. Zhang's old friend, and I guess it's in line with the maid's thoughts. While it's a pampering person, it also means fighting with Mr. Zhang." Ning Buer turned his head and looked outside the restaurant that had long disappeared.

Guo Xiaojiu was confused when she heard this, and reached out to hold her hand on the scabbard and looked out of the wine shop.

"I'm afraid that this old man is the only one who is Nan Youqian Zangzhen, and he is the only one who wants to fight with Mr. Zhang." Ning Buer continued to speak slowly, and after that, he lowered his head and held the wallet on the counter.

In the afternoon of that day, Qian Zangzhen really had an erhu in his hand and brought his maid to his restaurant to tell stories. However, God felt a little sleepy when he heard it, and the snow fell flutteringly.

This old man Qian Zangzhen is probably comparable to Guo Xiaojiu's ability to sell wine. In half an afternoon, he finished the book in the snow. Except for a few customers, the business of the restaurant was not even as good as half of the past.
