From a simple private house when it was first established, to the popularity of "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf", Gu Miao moved the company to an office building in the center of Jiangchuan after making a small sum of money.

If we moved for the first time, it was to improve the "working environment" and enhance everyone's sense of belonging to the company. Then this time we moved, it was simply because the place was "too small" to fit in.

Wanbao Animation currently has six major departments: Production Department, Planning Department, Creative Writing Department, Post-production Department, Marketing Department and IP Management Department. Among them, the Production Department has "Lightning Studio" and "Wolfsburg Studio" under it, with a total number of employees of close to

350 people.

Among them, there are about 200 people who work full-time in animation production.

This is quite a number.

You know, many domestic animation companies may seem "large" in scale, but in fact their production teams are really small.

For example, it specializes in 3D animation, and is represented by the virtual impression studio of "Super Seminary" and "Legend of Heroes". In fact, it only has about 40-60 people.

Larger studios, or animation companies, such as the Mystery of the "Qin Shi Mingyue" series, only have four to five hundred people.

Original motivation?

It is true that there were many people when they got rich in the later period, but in the early stage before Pleasant Goat took off, the number of employees was probably only two or three big cats and kittens.

From this perspective, although Wanbao Animation was established relatively late, its overall scale is no less than that of the top domestic animation companies.

Of course, only the quantity has caught up.

The quality is far from enough...

After all, there are many people in the company who only know Flash and Photoshop. It’s embarrassing to say that they are also engaged in animation. Why are you so inferior?

He has more than 300 men and horses under his banner. At first glance, he seems to have strong soldiers and horses, and he has the appearance of "dominating the world." But when others take a closer look, how come the soldiers under his command are all sallow and skinny, as if they were reincarnated by starving ghosts?

At least the number of employees is here. The one-story office building previously rented can no longer accommodate so many people.

The 12th to 13th floors are for Wanbao Animation, the 14th floor is for Wanbao Comics, and the 15th floor is divided equally among other companies.

"Pig Man"!

Oh no, Pig Man is an animated "series". To be precise, it should be "Pig Man: The Magical Pig World", also known as "Pig Man 1" or "Pig Man Ⅰ - Magical Environmental Protection".

The era is not much different from that of Pleasant Goat. Although it is a 3D animation, the level of 3D modeling is so... that even a dog would shake its head after watching it.

By handing this work over to them, Gu Miao doesn't have to worry about them screwing it up. Anyway, the modeling and performance of the original version are already good enough. No matter how bad it is, it won't be worse than the original version, right?

Why not start with "Havoc in the Palace", the true first work in the Pig Man animated series, but choose "Magic Pig Chronicles"?

Of course, it was because Gu Miao disdained such unabashed plagiarism as "Havoc in the Palace".

It’s not surprising that domestic animations are plagiarized.

But it’s been a long time since someone copied so blatantly and used “tribute” as a shield.

The Magical Pig Age is more suitable.

Gu Miao is not willing to give up the entire Pig Man animated series for the sake of "Havoc in the Palace". After all, in the final analysis, this series is quite good.

Especially the first 4 TV animations.

Putting aside the disgusting drama of the Royal Palace, from "Magic Pig" to "Martial Arts 2008", and then to "Bravely Enter the Future City" and "Pig Man", the Pig Man animation is pretty good

Wonderful.

The first four movies can even compete with "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" for viewership share. Although they can't compete with it, they can at least beat it in two ways!

But starting from the fifth animated film "Fairy Tales in the World of Building Blocks", the entire Pigman series began to go downhill, with each one becoming more awkward than the last.

Later, no one watched it at all.

The main reason for this situation is actually that "Lan Arc" ran away. The decline of the Pigman series without Lan Arc's participation in the production is understandable.

Scolds are scolded, insults are insulted.

Lan Hu can stand out from the crowd of peers and eventually become one of the leaders in the domestic animation industry, which shows that he has some real skills.

You can't completely say it doesn't work.

Let’s not talk about the "light points" of storyboard composition. At least when it comes to making plot jokes, Lan Hu is really good at it.

No matter which angle you analyze the plot of the first season of "Pig Man", "The Magical Pig", the level is above the passing line.
