In fact, if the original plan was followed, the Seven Seas chapter was not like this. It was a maximum chapter of about three million words, which would slowly start with the Ice Phoenix. Then Ulysses collected some other materials needed to resurrect Yulia, and finally restored Goethe's torn apart Book of Demon Kings and found all the strength back.
