050 New developments on the north side

It has been two weeks since Dahl returned to the Stone Fort from the Black Stone Tower, during which time the orcs in the Stone Fort have been stepping up training to deal with possible human raids, and the gnolls seem to be following the orders of Morgans.

Dahl did not go to trouble Morgans anymore. He needed to confirm that Saratas really helped him affect the will of the gnolls, and he was sure that even if Morgans died, the gnolls were willing to continue to help the orcs, instead of dispersing.

Morgans never thought of calling the young dragon to the Tower of Ilgara. He just silently sorted out the tower while continuing to study the classics, wanting to dig out something more from it.

At first, Dahl felt that Morgans seemed to be increasingly distrustful of the gnoll tribe. He removed the gnoll guards in the tower, moved the gnoll training place to a forest a mile away, and used magic to seal the tower gate, allowing only himself and his magical creation to enter and exit.

However, more and more werewolves came to the Tower of Ilgara, "pilgrimage" like he treated Morgans as a god. Many of them even came from the cliffs in the south, which strictly belonged to the Red Ridge Mountains, but even so, they still responded to Morgans' magic. This made Dahl increasingly confused whether Saratas really helped him.

As the gnolls became stronger and stronger, some entered the stone fort and lived in the same yard as the orcs. Although the gnolls who liked to lie down at night strengthened the defense and alert of the stone fort, conflicts between the two races also occurred from time to time.

On that day, Dahl was sleeping on the top of the tower, and the sun shining on every thick back scale made him very comfortable.

He hasn't been so comfortable for a long time - Lakeside Town is asking for and waiting for the support of Stormwind City, and the Stone Fort is waiting for more gnolls to join the Blackstone Tribe, or the Blackstone Tower opens the northern passage to support south, so everyone is in a confrontation and is unwilling to take the initiative, which also gives Dahl enough free time to rest.

Before coming to Azeroth, Dahl was a lazy person. After coming here to become a dragon, there was no reason to become more diligent. After all, a dragon's lifespan is dozens of times that of a human being. Why should he rush to die every day?

For most dragons, living is the most efficient exercise, and age is the most direct strength.

"Dal!"

Gasselzog's roar broke his dream.

Dahl raised his head and stretched his head out of the tower to look at the orcs, knowing that if Morgans intends to kill him, then the guy below is a complicitor.

But equally, he didn't want to attack the orc until everything was placed on the table, so as not to lose control of the stone castle.

"What's wrong, Governor, have you seen the blue-bottomed golden lion flag flying in the forest?"

"No." The orc stood under the tower, covering the sunlight with his hands, shouting: "To some extent, what I brought is good news, you will definitely be willing to know!"

"Tell me."

Dahl retracted and lay down again. Since it was good news, there was no reason to go out.

"I sent the scouts to the north to get news, Dahl."

Gaselzog saw the young dragon retracting his head and increasing the volume: "We found the base for the dwarves to block the road! An abandoned dwarves mine cave, they transformed it into a small dwarves city, right under the eyes of the black dragon!"

"I will inform Black Stone Tower of this next time I go back." Dahl raised his mouth and responded.

The governor yelled: "I mean, we should raid that place and cooperate with the Black Stone Tower to capture this dwarf fortress."

Hearing this, the young dragon stretched out his head again and said in a sarcastic tone: "Your troops cannot even conquer such a peaceful town as Lakeside Town. How could it be possible to raid a military fortress built by dwarves?"

"The mine is very close to the cave where a gnoll tribe stationed by Morgans's control. We can let the gnolls raid that place." Garcelzog sounded very confident.

"What do you say about Morgans?" Dahl looked at the eaves of the red tower looming in the fog in the east: "I feel that he is a little troubled to control the Gnoll Tribe."

"He went to the north." Garcelzog smiled and said, "He gave the power to control the gnolls to the apprentices I handed over to him. They were all orcs of the Black Stone clan, and they were completely trustworthy. I have seen them use dark skin pendants to give orders to the gnolls, and the effect is satisfactory."

"What?"

Dahl climbed out the pallet wall, flew down the tower and landed on the clearing ground in front of Gaselzog, and asked suspiciously: "Morgans is gone?"

"Yes." The orc replied: "But you don't have to worry. I don't think he defected to us. The guy left a lot of important spell books and magic materials in the tower, and his apprentice just returned from the southern sunshine woods and did not leave him."

"He wanted to meet an old friend of his, a wandering wizard named Mosul, or something. I heard that he is also very accomplished in shadows."

"Where is that book?"

"Which book?"

"The Magic Study of Ur"

"I can't remember the names of these books, young dragons." The orc shook his head and said, "If you are curious, just ask the human named Carter yourself."

The young dragon nodded hesitantly and then asked, "Do you want me to participate in the raid?"

Garcelzog stared at the eyes and said, "Of course, you are the strongest combat power of the Stone Fort, and you are responsible for the mission of the Black Stone Tower. It would be great to let you open up the connection between us. Our scouts said that those dwarves have been fighting with the Black Stone clan army in the north these days, so I came to you immediately after receiving the news. We must seize this opportunity."

"But don't rush to the front easily, young dragon." He added: "The dwarves are very good at dealing with dragons. When I was fighting with the dwarves at the foot of Black Rock Mountain, I heard that two young dragons were caught and stabbed to death by dwarves. You just need to support the zombies in the air. It doesn't matter if they die. Anyway, the little zombies in the werewolf cave are like endless."

Garcelzog was right. There is no doubt that humans are asking for reinforcements from Stormwind. If it weren't for the female nobleman transformed by Nefarian's sister Onyxia, Katrina Presto mediated in the kingdom and bought time for the Black Dragon, I'm afraid that the king of humanity, Varian Urien, would have already firmly sent troops to support him.

However, even so, the nobles of Stormwind City will one day realize that the problem of Chiji Mountain is getting worse and worse. If Shibao can attack Lakeside Town as soon as possible, Stormwind City may give up the idea of supporting this side and retreat to the periphery of Elvin Forest.

In this way, humans took a step back and they found that the black dragon power in the northern Black Rock Mountain was even less likely.
