Chapter 1: Teenager

I don’t know when it started, but a pretty boy always came to the store alone to drink a slutty wine, day after day, regardless of wind and rain.

The shop is located at the bottom of an alley in the downtown city. The shop is usually deserted and deserted, and few people will notice the bustling neighborhood, and there will be such a down-and-out tavern.

Because of this, the boss has a particularly clear memory of this teenager.

One day, the young young man pushed the door and said politely: "Hello, please give me a glass of warm wine." Then he sat on the high stool in front of the counter, lowered his head to ponder.

The handsome face has not yet faded from its childishness, and the deep eyes have made the facial features look particularly three-dimensional. Her beautiful eyebrows are slightly frowned, as if she is worried about something. It complements the expensive clothing, but it is incompatible with this down-and-out shop.

Sitting there quietly, but exuding a lonely atmosphere. It was not the loneliness of lacking playmates, but the loneliness of being isolated from the whole world.

The autumn rain outside the store is drizzling, and the TV in the store is showing the weather forecast. It says that the temperature has dropped recently, reminding citizens to wear more clothes to prevent illness.

The wine temperature was getting better, and the boss brought it to the boy. The boy got up and took it and said thank you. He looked at the wine glass and started to say nothing.

After a while, the boy slowly picked up the wine glass, but looked at the wine in his hand and was stunned. His eyes were blurred, and he must have remembered something.

The boss looked at the boy but didn't ask much.

The boy raised his wine glass, drank the wine in it in one go, put down the wine glass, settled the bill, and walked out.

Two years have passed in a blink of an eye.

The once down-and-out shop now looks even more dilapidated. As soon as the boy opened the door, he started to say hello.

"Uncle, have another glass of wine."

The boss turned around and looked at the boy coming in, with a smile on his face.

"So it's Lin Yi. I just said that you should have come, but you came in. Okay, you can sit down first. Uncle will cook two more dishes today, let's have a sip."

When Lin Yi heard this, he glanced at the boss curiously and said, "What's wrong with uncle today? I've been here for so long. It's the first time you took the initiative to drink with me."

The boss raised his head, smiled but didn't say anything, and continued to be busy with his work.

After a while, the boss walked over with two plates of side dishes and a pot of sake, put them on the table, poured the glasses of the two of them, and then picked up the glasses before saying something.

"Lin Yi, let's go." After saying that, he suffused the wine in the glass.

Looking at the boss who was different from the past, Lin Yi frowned and held the wine glass and didn't drink it.

The boss saw that Lin Yi didn't drink it, and didn't say anything. Then he filled his glass with his wine glass, picked up two sips of side dishes, and then wanted to continue drinking.

"Uncle, what's wrong? Are you worried?" Lin Yi put down his wine glass and couldn't help asking.

The boss listened to Lin Yi's words and couldn't help sighing, rubbing his fingers gently at the mouth of the cup, and then slowly said: "Lin Yi, you have been in the store for a long time."

Listening to the boss's question and answer, Lin Yi couldn't help but frown, but he still answered.

"Yes, I've been here for more than two years. If you don't have a drink every day, I won't even sleep well when I get home."

Hearing this, the boss sighed again, grabbed two bites of the dish and stuffed it into his mouth and chewed it twice, picked up the wine glass and drank it in one sip.

"Yes, I still remember when you first came. How old you were, you dared to come and drink. But in a flash, you have been here for more than two years, and this store has been open for five years, five years~!"

Speaking of this, the boss filled the wine glass again, slowly lifted up the wine glass, staring silently at the wine glass, the light shone on the wine glass, reflected in his eyes, with a hazy look, with a trace of mist.

Seeing that the boss was in deep thought again, Lin Yi didn't speak any more this time, but he gradually realized in his heart that it seemed that the boss must have encountered some difficulties.

"Lin Yi, from tomorrow, don't come over again. If you like uncle's wine, uncle will give you a recipe and you can brew it yourself." The boss spoke slowly, as if saying something trivial.

Lin Yi was not too surprised when he heard the boss's words, because Lin Yi had guessed such an ending just after passing the boss's performance.

Lin Yi turned his head and slowly glanced over this dilapidated shop one by one. For two years, he had a drink every day. He had already had an inexplicable relationship with this familiar shop. Lin Yi, who had always felt lonely, did not want this only place where he could feel relaxed to disappear.

"Uncle, have you encountered any trouble? Tell me, maybe I can help. To be honest, it's a pity that this small shop has been closed." Lin Yi said to the boss with a serious look on his face.

The boss shook his head, looked down at the wine glass and continued, "From your temperament in your clothes for so many years, I can see that Lin Yi's family is very good. Maybe my problem is not a problem in your eyes. However, this is my family matter and no one can help."

After hearing the boss's words, Lin Yi could only sigh regretfully. Since the boss was unwilling to say it, it seemed less suitable to reach out, but this small shop is a pity.

The old and the young were drinking and eating, drinking and eating, but no one spoke.

"Uncle, what are you going to do with this store?" Lin Yi put down his wine glass after a while and looked at the boss and asked.

The boss paused when he heard Lin Yi's words with the hand holding the dish, looked up and looked around the shop, then put the dish in his mouth, swallowed it before speaking, "Sell it."

Lin Yi's hand unconsciously shook the wine glass in his hand, pondered for a while before speaking, "Then... since that's the case, uncle, please sell it to me, I'll drive it."

The boss raised his head and looked at Lin Yi in surprise, "You...what are you doing..."

Lin Yi raised his hand and interrupted the boss, and said, "Uncle, who do you want to repay to? I have been here in this shop for two years and have developed feelings for you. If you give it to me, I can continue this tavern. Don't worry, I'll pay two floors higher than the market price. If you want to do it when you come back, you'll give me the money I give you."

The boss pursed the corners of his lips, his hands holding the wine glass trembled slightly, and his eyes were slightly wet.

"Okay, then I'll give it to you, this guy, but the normal store price is enough. I'll give you any other uncle you want." The boss said heavily while holding the wine glass.
