Chapter 1458 (Monthly ticket support on the first day of March, thank you!)(1/2)

Logically speaking, the monkey's dantian has been destroyed by Zhao Chaogang. It is impossible for the monkey to figure out the situation in his dantian. So why can the monkey figure out the situation in his dantian so quickly?

The reason here is actually very simple. Zhao Chaogang destroyed the dantian of monkeys and others. However, monkeys were quasi-warriors or warriors before, and their dantian was abolished by Zhao Chaogang. However, the nearly year-long process of practicing martial arts has caused the monkey's body to form a conditioned reflex for the passage of martial arts.

If you do the same thing for a long time, the human body will naturally form conditioned reflexes.

Conditioned reflex refers to the temporary neural connection established between external stimuli and the reaction of the organism under certain conditions. It is formed in acquired conditions, and there are two forms of classical conditioned reflex and operant conditioned reflex. Non-conditioned reflex is the basis for the formation of conditioned reflex.

It turns out that stimulus that cannot cause a certain reaction is used. Through a learning process, this stimulus is given at the same time with another stimulus that can cause reactions, so that they can establish a connection with each other. The connection between conditioned stimulus and conditioned reactions is called conditioned reflex.

According to the nature of the signal system, conditioned reflection can be divided into reflection of the first signal system and reflection of the second signal system.

The first signal system - a conditioned reflex established by conditioned stimulation based on specific things.

The second signal system - conditioned reflex established by word as conditioned stimulation. It is unique to humans.

With the help of words, we can get rid of the limitations of specific stimuli. We can learn more about things that we have not experienced and have not understood, and form the intentionality and consciousness of psychological activities.

The two are closely connected and collaboratively engaged.

According to the type of signal causing conditioned reflection, conditioned reflection can be divided into reflection of the first signal system and reflection of the second signal system. It is caused by various visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and taste specific signals. It is called reflection of the first signal system. It is shared by humans and animals.

Non-conditioned reflex refers to the congenital reflex that people are born with. It is a relatively low-level neural activity, which can be completed by the participation of the nerve center below the cerebral cortex (such as the brain stem and spinal cord). Knee jump reflex, blink reflex, hand shrink reflex, baby's breast sucking, urination reflex, etc. are all non-conditioned reflexes.

Conditioned reflex is an acquired reflex that gradually forms during life after birth. It is completed on the basis of non-conditioned reflex, through a certain process, and under the participation of the cerebral cortex. It is a high-level neural activity and the basic way of advanced neural activity.

People who have eaten plums many times will drool when they see plums. This is what he accomplished based on the fact that he had eaten plums and drooling, so it is a conditioned reflex.

You can imagine that if Cao Cao's soldiers had never eaten plums and had never told them that the plums were sour, what kind of ending would it be.

In the process of fighting nature, humans have produced language in groups. The brain is becoming more and more developed. A language center is formed in the cerebral cortex, so humans can form conditioned reflexes on abstract language and characters. This is a reflection unique to humans and belongs to the second signal system, such as looking at plums to quench thirst.

So how did conditioned reflexes be discovered?

In the late 19th century, Xiong's physiologist Ba Fu Luofu conducted a series of experiments, which quickly attracted the attention of biologists around the world. Ba Fu Luofu was dedicated to how the nervous system governs behavior. He revealed the essence of some learning behaviors by studying the various ways in which dogs produce saliva.

Experiment introduction: In order to measure the amount of saliva secreted by dogs during the experiment, he performed a minor operation on each experimental dog, which changed the route of a saliva duct. The saliva usually flows into the dog's mouth through a saliva through a duct. Ba-Flou Lof changed the route of this duct to allow it to reach the body.

In this way, saliva dripped from the catheter can be collected and measured. After the dog's surgical mouth healed, Ba-Fu Luofu began the experiment. Every time he gave the dog meat, the dog drooled and drooled when he saw the meat, which means that the dog is healthy and has a salivating reaction.

Since then, Ba Fu Luofu always pressed the buzzer before giving the dog meat. Therefore, the sound is like letting the dog see the meat, which will make them drool even if there is no food after the buzzer sounds.

However, Ba Fu Luofu discovered that he could not deceive these dogs endlessly.

If the buzzer is not given food after it sounds, the dog's reaction to the sound will become weaker and weaker, and the saliva is secreted every time. However, if it is not for several days of continuous experiments, they will also react to the buzzer's sound, but it is no longer as much as before.

The most important difference between conditioned reflex and non-conditioned reflex is that conditioned reflex is caused by conditioned stimuli, which is generally based on non-conditioned reflex; rather than non-conditioned reflex, it is innate and permanent, and is the basic survival ability of organisms.

Just like the famous Ba-Fu Luofu's experiment on reflex, the secretion of saliva when dogs eat is a non-conditioned reflex, while hearing a bell secretion of saliva is a conditioned reflex, which is obtained by long-term reinforcement (the combination of irrelevant stimulation and non-conditioned stimulation in time).

Conditioned reflexes must pass through the cerebral cortex, while non-conditioned reflexes generally only pass through the center below the cerebral cortex and are lower-level.

Animal innate reflexes are called non-conditioned reflexes. They are relative to conditioned reflexes. In the study of conditioned reflexes, food reflexes (secretion of saliva or gastric juice) are often used as non-conditioned reflexes that should be combined with conditioned stimuli.

Conditioned reflex is acquired, and is a reflex established through certain conditions and on the basis of non-conditioned reflexes in the process of life. It is the basic regulation method of advanced neural activities and a physiological activity shared by humans and animals.

The basic condition for forming conditioned reflex is the time combination of irrelevant stimuli and non-conditioned stimuli. Any irrelevant stimuli can form conditioned reflexes. It is generally believed that cerebral cortex must be participated in.

The traditional view believes that the establishment of conditioned reflex is due to multiple simultaneous excitement between the cortical representative area of the conditioned stimulus and the cortical representative area of the non-conditioned stimulus. A functional "temporary connection" occurs.

Excitement caused by conditioned stimulation in the cortex can be temporarily connected to the non-conditioned cortical representative area, thus causing reactions that cannot be caused. The neural mechanism of the temporary connection is still unclear.

After the establishment of conditioned reflex, if conditioned stimuli is repeatedly used without the reinforcement of non-conditioned stimuli, conditioned reflex will subside. In the early stages of conditioned reflex formation, conditioned reflex also has generalization and differentiation, which is the basis for the cerebral cortex to achieve complex analytical comprehensive functions.

Certain conditioned reflexes can also be consolidated through inheritance.

The current bodies of monkeys and others have already formed conditioned reflexes for practicing martial arts. Therefore, even if Zhao Chaogang has deprived the martial arts of monkeys and others, the conditioned reflexes in their bodies will still tell the monkeys about some general situations in his body.

It was through the conditioned reflexes in his body for practicing martial arts that the monkey roughly understood his current state: his dantian was destroyed!

Moreover, based on what monkey saw in the Jade Pagoda, the monkey knew very clearly that if a person wants to learn martial arts, his dantian must be complete first. Otherwise, even if the person's background is so strong and the will of this person is strong, the person will still not be able to learn martial arts in the end.

It can be seen that the dantian in the human body is of importance to the warrior, but now the dantian in the monkey's body has been destroyed, so the monkey's future results can be imagined. He can no longer practice martial arts.

This fact has a great blow to the monkey!

Dantian is the place where Taoist internal alchemy elixir is produced and where the mind is guarded when refining alchemy. It is originally a term used by Taoism when practicing the essence, energy and spirit in internal alchemy. It is located on the golden division line of the human body.

Dantian, starting from the chin, (the Yintang point between the eyebrows.);

The middle dantian starts from the lower yin, (the Danzhong point of the two);

The lower dantian, starting from the feet, (Guanyuan point three inches below the navel)

Dantian [dantianelixirfield; pupi crregion] is an important acupoint; generally refers to the lower dantian, three inches below the navel. According to modern scientific explanation, Dantian is actually the place where arteries, veins, capillaries intersect and blood conversion and closed circulation.

Dantian is originally a term used in Taoism when practicing the essence, energy and spirit in inner elixirs. There are three dantians: the upper dantian is the Dumai Yintang, also known as "Niwan Palace"; the middle dantian is the Danzhong point in the chest, which is where the Zongqi gathers; the lower dantian is the Guanyuan point in the Renmai, which is three inches below the navel, which is where the essence is stored.

Dantian has been widely cited by various schools of qigong or luck methods (such as using Dantian Qi in singing and speaking, which can reduce the chance of damage to the vocal cords). The upper dantian is the root of the nature, and the lower dantian is the life span.

By practicing life and life, you can open up the big and small circles of heaven and reach the state of refining spirit and returning to emptiness. The ancients called the essence, energy and spirit the three treasures, and regarded the Dantian as the place where the essence, energy and spirit were stored. Therefore, they attached great importance to the Dantian, just like the "fundament of life".

The dantian is divided into upper dantian, middle dantian, and lower dantian. There are many different statements about the location of the upper, middle and lower dantians. The dantian we usually call it is the lower dantian.

There is a saying that the upper dantian refers to the position between the eyebrows and the middle dantian refers to the part of the heart, and the exact position of the lower dantian we usually call is the Shenjue point, which is basically the part around the navel, to be precise, one and a half inches below the navel.

There is another saying: the upper dantian is called "Niwan", the Baihui point on the top of the head, the middle dantian is called "Jianggong", the Danzhong point on the chest, and the lower dantian is a considerable volume in the lower abdomen below the navel, including Guanyuan, Qihai, Shenque, Mingmen and other acupoints.

There is another saying about the lower dantian that is three inches below the navel and the middle line of the lower abdomen, which is the Guanyuan point of the Ren meridian. It is behind the bladder and before the rectum, and there are inferior arteriovenous veins on the abdominal wall, distributed with the eleventh and twelve anterior skin branches of the intercostal nerves, and the deep part is Guanyuan, which is the Mu point of the small intestine meridian; it is the meeting of the three Yin Ren meridians.

The concept of Dantian was originally a term for the Taoist inner alchemy school to cultivate the essence, qi and spirit, and has been widely cited by various schools of Qigong.

"Eastern Medical Treasure Mirror" quotes the text of "Immortal Sutra", which not only points out the location of the Dantian, but also explains the functions of the Dantian: "The brain is the sea of marrow, the upper Dantian; the heart is the crimson fire, the middle Dantian; three inches below the navel is the lower Dantian. The lower Dantian is the home of hiding---the home of essence; the middle Dantian is the home of hiding qi; the upper Dantian is the home of hiding the gods."

The ancients called the spirit of energy and spirit the three treasures, and regarded the Dantian as the place where the essence of energy and spirit was stored. Therefore, they attached great importance to the meaning of the Dantian and regarded it as the "foundation of life".

We know that mind-keeping is a practice method and process whereby practitioners concentrate and maintain their minds on a certain part or thing to help consciousness enter a state of qigong and tranquility, and on this basis, they exert their conscious initiative and actively perceive and adjust their own functional activities to achieve good results.

Focusing on the Dantian is a practice method for practicing practitioners to concentrate their minds and keep their minds in the Dantian area. It is one of many methods of focus on minds. To be more precise, this method belongs to the method of focus on minds in the category of focus on one's own parts.

However, when practicing qigong, people cannot keep their minds only on one acupoint, but can only keep their minds within a range centered on the acupoint. Therefore, it is more appropriate to understand Dantian as such a range.

Although there are three dantians and five dantians in the human body. However, when practicing qigong, except for special circumstances, the general saying that mind is focused on the dantian refers to mind on the lower dantian.

The ancients believed that the lower dantian was most closely related to the life activities of the human body, and was the "ancestor of nature and life", the "source of vitality", the "foundation of the five internal organs", the "root of the twelve meridians", the "meeting of yin and yang", the "gate of breathing", and the "home of water and fire" are the hubs for the rise, fall, opening and closing of true qi, and are an important part of gathering and cooking and storing true qi.

Of course, from the perspective of modern anatomy and physiology, no special form or function has been found in the part where the lower dantian is located. However, by focusing on the dantian to promote the consciousness of the practitioner to reach a state of tranquility and achieve therapeutic effects, it has long been verified by practice. The mechanism of the latter needs to be further studied and revealed.

There are different opinions on where the Dantian is.

Most Qigongists believe that the dantian has an upper dantian, a middle dantian and a lower dantian. The upper dantian is called "Niwan", and the Baihui point on the top of the head. Some say that it is Yintang point between the eyebrows, the middle dantian is called "Jianggong", and the Danzhong point on the chest, and the lower dantian is a considerable volume in the lower abdomen below the navel, including Guanyuan, Qihai, Shenque, Mingmen and other acupoints.

Some people think that the dantian is on the navel, also known as the ancestral orifice, some people say that the Juque point is the middle dantian, also known as the Lingtai, and the lower dantian is the Yongquan on the palm of the foot, which is different.

The ancients believed that the Dantian was an important part of nourishing the whole body, so there was a saying that "no fire can make all bodies warm, no water can make all organs moist, which is related to the whole body's life. If there is no end in this line, life will not perish."

Shangdantian: It is where the Yintang is located, namely Niwan Palace, Shengyang Palace, Kunlun Ding, Lingtai, etc. There are many names referred to by Taoism, and it can be said that they are named separately. There are many different opinions, but many refer to the brain.

The encyclopedia refers to the center of the cross between the eyes, eyebrows, forehead, and nose bones. Taoists also attach great importance to this, believing it as the gate to enter the Tao, or generally referring to the foundation of Qigong, believing it as the spiritual root of heaven and earth, the ancestral orifice, the ancestral qi, and the most precious treasure.

On the Du meridian, the upper dantian is a positive one, a place where the yang energy is concentrated, a place where the spirit is hidden, a nerve center in charge of consciousness activities, and a main part of practicing qigong to enter tranquility.

The function of the upper dantian is to exercise the nervous system, control its own consciousness activities, regulate, enhance the nerve center, inhibit the overall metabolic function, and thus exert the energy storage effect.

This helps to recuperate, accumulate energy to fight diseases, and gain health. Therefore, it makes sense to feel physically energetic and energetic after practicing.

The upper dantian is on the head, and the head is the meeting of all yangs. For patients with weak and sunken qi, afraid of wind and cold on the head, as well as cerebral anemia, and hypotension, they can focus on the upper dantian. However, those who are new to Qigong should not focus on the upper dantian immediately to avoid dizziness caused by qi mechanisms; patients with excessive yang (such as heart fire, liver yang hypertension, and high blood pressure) should also focus on the upper dantian.

Zhongdantian: It is where Danzhong is located, which is to support the twelve floors of the slurry (referring to the throat tube) to Huangting (referring to the empty orifices in the human body, or under the heart...), the Cowherd represents the heart as the yang, and the liver, gallbladder and spleen are all dedicated to each other to cultivate the heart field together, so there is "My family specializes in planting my own fields, which can breed spiritual seedlings for thousands of years... Irrigation must be based on Shangguquan (referring to the upper palate of the tongue, the so-called white-headed Laozi's eyebrows and the ground are hanging to the Shangmai Bridge). One day, he will be full of merit and will be the Penglai Daluo Immortal."

The middle dantian is in the chest. If the patient has a sunken middle qi, the woman-woman-month-passing for a long time can focus on the middle dantian, but it is easy to cause chest tightness and should be used with caution.

The lower Dantian: the main Dantian, which is below the navel, may be called the Qihai and the place where life is stored. The Weaver Girl represents the kidney as the yin---nature.

According to Taoism, weaver girl is used to describe the kidney, which is true-yin, and in the hexagram it is Kan; in the cowherd, it is the heart. It is true yang, and in the hexagram it is Li. When Yin-yang is combined, it is true husband and wife. When Yin-yang is combined, it produces elixirs. Therefore, there are also metaphors for Kan-Li friendship, men-female-mate-element-yin-yang to produce elixirs.

Heart and kidney intercourse, water and fire intercourse, dragon and tiger intercourse, etc., are also terms used in practice.

The lower dantian is the main part of induced qi by practicing exercises. Its function is to exercise the body fluid system, stimulate the energy substances in the body, to regulate, enrich the circulation of body fluids, and improve the overall metabolic function. Thus, it exerts the stimulation-energy-efficacy-effect response.

This plays an important role in enriching the body, preventing premature aging, and prolonging life.

Qigongists throughout the ages have advocated the mind to guard the lower dantian; because this part is most closely related to the life activities of the human body. It is located in the center of the human body and is the starting point for the circulation of the qi of the three meridians of Ren, Du and Chong. The twelve meridians are also directly or indirectly input into the meridian through the dantian, and then transferred to the organ.

The lower dantian is the base for the rise and fall of true qi, opening and closing, and it is also the place where men hide the essence and women raise the fetus.

The "Danti-Classic" believes that the lower dantian is "the ancestor of nature and life. The source of qi, the source of the five internal organs and six organs. The roots of the twelve meridians, the meeting of yin and yang, the gate of breathing, and the hometown where water and fire meet." Therefore, Qigongists mostly use the following dantian as the main parts for training, gathering, and storing true qi.

The human vital energy originates from the kidneys and is stored in the dantian. It uses the three burners to circulate the whole body to promote the functional activities of the five internal organs. The strength, life and death of the human body depends entirely on the prosperity and decline of the dantian vital energy, so health care workers attach great importance to maintaining the dantian vital energy.

If the vital energy of the dantian is full and strong, it can mobilize the potential of the human body, so that the true qi can circulate throughout the body, and the mind is focused on the dantian, so that the yin and yang can be regulated, communicate with the heart and kidneys, make the true qi full and unblock the eight meridians, restore the innate physiological functions, and promote the health and longevity of the body.

From the above, we can see that the Dantian acupoint is important to the human body. Therefore, since Dantian is an important acupoint for human beings, we need to exercise it regularly to enhance the strength of the Dantian. In the exercise of the Dantian, the most famous and widely spread is to hit the Dantian, which is the so-called Taoist health exercise.

That’s right, you’ve heard it right. Taoist health care is actually a lyrics saying that hits the Dantian.

The specific location of the "dantian" has been different since ancient times. It is usually divided into "upper dantian" - between the eyebrows, the middle dantian - between the two breasts, the Danzhong point between the two breasts, and the lower dantian - 1 inch and three minutes below the navel. Taoist health care, that is, hitting the dantian, is generally targeted at the lower dantian.

Of course, since the dantian is hit by a dantian, the area it requires will not be small. The dantian needs to hit not a point, but a surface, and the position is at a part of the size of a palm up, down, left and right.

Hitting the Dantian looks very simple and simple, and it makes people feel that you can understand it at first glance. In fact, you don’t feel wrong. Hitting the Dantian is very simple in terms of method. You just need to find a big tree as thick and smooth as a cement telephone pole and you can hit the Dantian. Such a big tree is the best effect for hitting the Dantian. You can just spread your legs slightly apart, stand in front of the tree, your belly is 15 cm away from the trunk, and then use your navel to hit the tree.

Of course, the method of hitting the Dantian seems very simple, but the key points of the action here are not that simple.

When you start to hit the Dantian, the strength must be light and the amplitude should be small. It is best to wear sports clothes (to prevent belts or buttons from hitting the flesh). When hit, relax your whole body, do not hold your breath, and do not tighten your muscles.
To be continued...
