Chapter 205 Induction(2/2)

The injured soldier sat next to the corner of the wall, behind the bunker, and sat with the ragged beggars in resident, devastated.

Javier walked in the city like a walking corpse. After walking for a long time, he was tired and sat down on a bench to rest.

He was thinking about how he would protect this place and how he could defeat the conspiracy of the Spiritual Cult.

At this moment, a voice floated around him:

"You look in a bad mood."

Javier's hair almost exploded. He turned around and suddenly found a brown-haired man sitting on the other end of the bench. He was holding a newspaper in his hand and several books were placed beside him. It seemed that he had been sitting here for a while.

His condition affected his vigilance. He had never noticed that there was another person here before. Javier did not answer and did not want others to notice his mood.

"Can you please let me go a little bit?" said the brown-haired man, who was very good, gentle and patient, "You pressed down on what I put there."

Javier looked around and noticed that a corner of the scarf was exposed under his butt.

These things and this person seemed to appear here suddenly. If this man had not had any spiritual brilliance that belonged to the extraordinary, Javier would have doubted whether he had been entertainment by some high-sequence power.

He stood up in annoyance: "Sorry."

"Thank you for your understanding." The middle-aged man took the scarf back, folded it and put it on the other side, and said, "Are you from the Northern Mainland? There seems to be no Northern Mainlander in this city now."

Being regarded as a Northern Mainlander is undoubtedly a compliment. This sentence really touches his heart - Javier had a moment of pride. He did not refute, but said:

"I haven't left yet."

The middle-aged man smiled in a clear mind, then he was worried: "Aldera is already very unsafe, and I hope this negotiation will go smoothly."

Javier sat back, raised his eyebrows and said quietly:

"Yes, but the Spirit Cult is coming in full force, and it is probably not that easy to pass."

"But I heard that the Governor is already preparing." The middle-aged man was a little uneasy, "It should be smooth, right?"

"How could it be smooth? How could those cunning cults miss this opportunity!" No one was willing to listen to him, and this topic happened to be the root cause of his recent failure to think about tea. Javier immediately opened up:

"I think they just want to do it, drag the Governor and the others, and then find an opportunity to invade."

"Maybe the negotiation itself is a trap. What if the "Pale Queen" does not leave but is preparing to take advantage of the negotiation to catch everyone in one go? Aldera can't resist?"

"It should be impossible? Do the cult dare to go against the Kingdom of Roon?"

Javier snorted: "It's been the right thing."

"What should I do?" The middle-aged man was obviously a little panicked. "My neighbors and friends were all killed in this attack. My family was still waiting for me to return in the North Mainland. I don't want to die here too."

"Yes, right." He suddenly said, "Is General Renner not going to care about this? I heard that he has stepped down and returned to Roon, has he given up Aldra?"
