Chapter 102: Who's Waiting?
When Granny Karma said she wanted to take me to meet someone, I couldn't help but asked in surprise: "Grandma, you want to take me to meet someone? Do I know who to meet?"
Grandma Karma looked at me and smiled, but said nothing.
Instead, he bent down and packed some things in the room. After a long time, he straightened up, hammered his waist and said with a smile: "Hey, people are really useless once they get old."
I smiled on the side and said: "Mother-in-law, don't say that. No one gets old, and you will not get old. I won't talk about anything else, but with your knife-throwing skills, you can still dominate in today's world.
!”
Granny Karma smiled and patted me on the shoulder and said: "You... are just like your father, you bought a broken pot for 30 cents, but you have a good mouth!"
At this time, Granny Karma had simply packed up her things, and she placed the bag of things at the door. Then she turned around, took my hand, and said with a smile: "Let's go! Let's go see him."
I was pulled forward by Granny Karma. On the way, I asked tentatively: "Grandma, who is the person you brought me to see?"
Granny Karma smiled and said: "Don't ask, you will know when the time comes."
I said, "But, mother-in-law, wait a minute."
I stopped as I said this. Seeing me stop, Granny Karma turned her head and looked at me with a puzzled look on her face.
I smiled awkwardly and said, "That's it, mother-in-law. Actually, I didn't come to Mengmalang alone this time. There were a few friends who came with me. They had an incident with Lu Zhicheng and the others before.
There was a little quarrel. If I just go with you, I'm afraid my friends won't be able to find me. They..."
Before I finished speaking, Granny Karma continued with a smile: "The friends you are talking about are a very good-looking little girl, a big man who looks like a bear, and a little baby here.
?”
I looked at Granny Karma and asked in surprise: "You...you know them?"
Granny Karma nodded and said: "I know, of course I know. Don't worry! They have already reached that person before you. If you go there now, you can just meet them."
When I heard Granny Karma say this, I responded with a smile, "That's great."
However, there was a big "question mark" in my heart about this mysterious person I was about to meet.
"Who is this guy? Why does he want to see me? And why does he know all of our actions so well? What does he want to do? In other words, what does this guy want to get from all of us?"
And the answer to all this was soon solved.
Because just fifteen or six minutes later, Granny Karma took me into a temple.
This temple has a very strange name, called "Jimalumbu".
Granny Karma was obviously a devout believer. When she walked outside the temple door, she clasped her hands and began to recite the scriptures silently.
The scriptures spoken by Granny Karma were in Tibetan, and I couldn’t quite understand what they meant, so I raised my eyes to observe the situation around me.
This temple called Jimalunpo is very different from the temples often seen in Tibet. Not only is it much smaller than those temples, but the entire temple only has two Buddhist halls at the front and back.
I raised my eyes and looked into the main hall of Jimalunpo Temple, and found that there was a statue of "Kalachakra" enshrined there.
I saw that the Vajra deity usually has a blue body, and the empty Mahamudra Wisdom Concubine has a yellow body.
The double body of Kalachakra symbolizes compassion, with four heads and twenty-four arms, red and white feet, and embraces the empty Mahamudra Mingfei, which symbolizes wisdom. The concubine has four heads and eight arms.
The meaning and function of Tibetan secret colors have been fully used and reflected in this statue. Two of his 24 hands hold the imperial concubine and hold a bell and pestle to represent the combination of method and wisdom. The remaining hands stretch to both sides.
Each hand holds different objects, all of which contain religious connotations, but the main expression is the wisdom of the Lord, as well as the great anger and fearless power.
He is in a standing posture, with his right leg extended and the red god of desire stepping on his feet; his left leg is bent and the white scary demon is stepping on his feet.
His concubine is yellow, with eight arms on four sides. The four sides are of different colors, holding different utensils in her hands. She stretches her left leg and bends her right leg, which is opposite to the main deity.
But for some reason, when I see the Kalachakra statue in front of me, I always unconsciously think of the unknown statue I saw in Biluo Village before.
I watched for a while and saw Granny Karma standing aside after reciting the sutra and about to stand up from the ground.
I hurriedly stepped forward, supported Granny Karma, and asked in a low voice: "Grandma, what does this Jimalun cloth mean?"
Granny Karma glanced at the gold-lettered plaque on the door of the temple and said with a smile: "My child, Jimalunbu means reincarnation."
I looked at the temple in front of me in surprise, frowned and murmured: "Reincarnation?"
Granny Karma nodded and said: "The so-called samsara is like a wheel turning around in the six paths. All of this is a cycle of cause and effect, and no one can escape...
No one can..."
Granny Karma said as she walked into the Jimalunpo Temple first, while I just followed her in.
The inside of the temple looks basically the same as the outside. There are a dozen locals wearing coarse cloth standing in the front yard, which is not too big.
They were kneeling in front of the main hall one by one, holding a butter lamp in both hands, closing their eyes and concentrating. A middle-aged lama, who was slightly fat and had a big beard, was sitting upright and talking in Tibetan.
I couldn't quite understand what the bearded lama said, but I could vaguely feel that he seemed to be performing some kind of blessing ceremony with these local people.
Granny Karma seemed to know the bearded lama. When she passed by him, Granny Karma bowed slightly and saluted the bearded lama, and the middle-aged lama also bowed with one hand and bowed in return.
This move of the bearded lama somewhat surprised me.
You know, the status of lamas in Tibetan areas is very high, and this kind of return gift is rarely seen unless the person opposite has the same status as him.
But what puzzled me was far more than that. When I passed by the bearded lama, I glanced at him subconsciously.
And when I saw clearly what this bearded lama looked like, I was stunned.
Because, I unexpectedly discovered that I had seen the bearded lama in front of me.
"How...how could it be him?" I stood blankly on the spot, looking at the bearded man in front of me, and kept saying in my heart: "This guy...isn't this guy the one who was in my dream...give it to me before?"
The bearded one with a knife? Why...how did he appear here? "
I looked at the bearded lama in front of me in surprise, but this guy didn't seem to recognize me.
Seeing me staring at him, the bearded lama nodded slightly at me, with an extremely loving smile on his face.
When I saw this, I had no choice but to smile slightly awkwardly, and after giving a simple salute, I turned around and followed Granny Karma towards the backyard of Jimalunpo Temple.
After the two of us walked around several small mud houses, Granny Karma led me to the door of a larger mud house.
Granny Karma said softly: "Go in! He is waiting for you inside."
I nodded and said, "Well! Thank you for your hard work, mother-in-law."
Grandma Gama smiled and shook her head and said, "What's the trouble? Old lady, I'm just leading the way."
With that said, Granny Karma turned around and left.
Watching Granny Karma's figure getting further away, suddenly a melodious singing voice floated from a distance, that was Granny Karma's voice.
"The love songs under the mountains are this winding river, and my heart swims in that river. The lovesickness under the blue sky is this winding road, and my dreams are all packed in my luggage. All waiting is no longer waiting, my
I have chosen you all my life, meeting you is my destiny, watching you is my song..."
The singing became more and more distant, and Granny Karma's figure gradually disappeared into the distance.
At this moment, I suddenly remembered a hoarse voice behind me, "Gama used to be the most famous singer here, but she never sang again after that incident. I didn't expect that after so many years, she would still sing.
I can hear her singing."
The sound appeared very suddenly, as if it appeared out of thin air. I couldn't help but be shocked when I heard the sound, and I almost jumped more than one meter high.
I turned around and found a big fat lama standing behind me.
This great lama is not young. He looks at least seventy or eighty years old. But even though he is old, he is in surprisingly good physical condition. He is over 1.9 meters tall and weighs nearly 300 pounds.
Coupled with the kind smile on his face, he looks like a big-bellied Maitreya Buddha walking down from the altar.
I looked at the great lama behind me and asked in surprise: "Are you..."
The great lama looked at me, smiled, and said in a relatively unfamiliar Chinese: "You can call me Geng Nan."
I looked at the great lama Gengnan and said, "Are you looking for me?"
The great lama Gengnan nodded and said, "Let's talk after we come in!"
After saying that, the great lama Gengnan turned around and walked into the earthen house.
I stood in front of the door and hesitated for a while, and finally walked into the mud house.
The furnishings inside the earthen house are very simple, basically similar to what I saw before in the little lama Banren of Gaer Temple, including a Buddhist niche, a table, and two futons.
There is a Buddha statue that I don't recognize on the altar, and there is a strange-looking incense burner on the table, with a few wisps of Tibetan incense burning inside.
The taste of Tibetan incense is very unique, and it smells like something like traditional Chinese medicine.
The great lama Gennan moved his elephant-like body and walked behind the table with difficulty. After sitting on the futon with a clang, he stretched out his hand and said to me: "Please sit down!"
