Chapter 3 The Tattered Sword Bag(2/2)

Ning You whispered these two names, and a white line suddenly appeared in the mouth of the statue on the left.

And the end of that white line is Ning You's heart!

Ning You stretched out his hand to grab it, but missed it. The white line disappeared briefly, as if it had never appeared.

With a cold light flashing in his eyes, Ning You reached for the altar and wanted to smash it into pieces.

But the moment he stretched out his hand, sword energy flew out from directly above the altar, piercing Ning You's skin and stopping his movement.

"The heirloom treasures of the Ning family were originally used to ward off evil spirits and ward off ghosts, but now they are used to protect strange things. It's really sad." A mysterious voice sounded in Ning You's heart, and he sighed.

"How can we stop the longevity stealing ritual?"

After seeing the altar with his own eyes, Ning You lost the last trace of luck towards his grandfather and asked in a deep voice.

"Once the ritual starts, there are only two ways to stop it. First, kill the ritual caster, and second, destroy the magic object."

"The origins of every treacherous object are mysterious and unpredictable. They are invulnerable to swords and water and fire. Except for a few magical weapons made from natural materials and earthly treasures, they are almost indestructible."

"Besides, with the sword bag protecting it, you can't even touch the longevity altar."

The mysterious voice said slowly.

"So, you only have one option left."

There was a sound in the room, with a hint of chill.

"Kill Ning Kangbo!"
