If not, aerospace engineers would not have developed a cooling structure that is as complex as the air film cooling hole. But even so, the temperature will be increased to 1,300 degrees Celsius at most, and no matter how high it is, there is nothing to do.

Therefore, in addition to further digging into the potential of nickel-based alloy single crystal structure materials and doing as much as possible to achieve this single crystal structure, the rest is to find ways to develop heat-resistant coating materials and apply a layer of skin on the nickel-based alloy blades.

However, whether it is to dig deep into the single crystal structure of the material or apply a layer of skin, the focus is on the nickel-based alloy itself.

In this regard, the United States, Europe and Russia are at the forefront of the world, but China is far behind. There is no way for those aviation powers to accumulate more than half a century in this regard, and their experience has accumulated to an explosion and are still moving forward.

Of course, China also wants to catch up in this regard, but the domestic aviation industry started late, and it has to wait until the first flight of Project No. 10, which is more than 40 years behind the aviation power as a whole.

The nickel-based alloy is a very experienced thing, especially the single crystal structure, the ratio of various metal elements, the temperature of smelting, the heat treatment procedures, etc., which cannot be solved overnight. It is the best solution that takes decades and tens of millions of tests to be summarized.

If not, how could those aviation powers dare to make the latest metallographic data of nickel-based alloys public as research results?

It’s not clear about the tricks here. Even if other countries know metallographic data, they cannot produce similar products, because the key to this kind of thing is not the data, but the entire production process.

Of course, other domestic aerospace manufacturers know this cruel reality, but they have no choice. If you want to chase it, it will take as long as 20 or 30 years. In other words, they will not see hope when they bring people.

If you don’t see hope, you will have no achievements. Without achievements, you will have no political achievements. You have reached this position. You are a cadre in charge of the central government. Who wouldn’t want to leave a strong mark in the future factory history?

But if you have the ability, what should I do?

So many factories took their attention to Russia or Ukraine, and used their aero-generating heating component manufacturing technology that was stronger than domestic aero-generating equipment and used it as a "domestic" installation machine.

Of course, the Russians are willing to make money, but the problem is that the quality control of the Russians is too poor, and their business reputation is also poor, which makes several domestic aerospace manufacturers want to die, but they can't say that they have any pain. Russia and Ukraine only look at money, but the United States and Europe are also dead, so even if the Russians are disgusting and fucking, domestic aerospace manufacturers will lose their teeth and swallow them into their stomachs.
