In order to collect folk songs, I met several friends who worked in mental hospitals and listened to them telling about all kinds of patients they had met, about the various things that happened during the evening duty, about the development and manifestations of mental diseases...

...The result was that I listened and took the role. I wanted to surrender several times and followed them.

Although I can meet many of the symptoms they talk about, not only me, but most people may do it.

But I also realized another world because of this.

In the chapter I posted today, I mentioned a middle-aged man who imagined that he was a big man in a high position.

This case is true.

There are always some reasons that lead these people to enter another world. In our eyes, everything they say is bizarre and full of loopholes, but they themselves believe that some are another person in their fantasy, some firmly believe that there are ghosts under the bed, and some are always able to hear non-existent sounds and see non-existent images every day and night.

Based on this, I built the basic framework of the book now.

Communication between people is the most difficult, but everything we know is difficult to understand and even seems absurd.

To put it even further, this difference will even form another world.

Just like that "big man", the nurse and the doctor, they all tried to break his logic. But they couldn't break it. No matter what evidence you found, he quickly found new reasons to explain and convinced himself. For example, he also knew that this was a mental hospital, but this was to avoid assassination. For example, he took medicine every day because he thought it was a nutritional supplement that was beneficial to the body.

For example, if something big happened in the world, he thought he was involved.

He even made careful plans every day, took notes when taking meetings, and prepared to participate in the world's top conferences.

This shows an interesting scene. Everyone lives in the same space, but they live in two worlds. In one world, he is a big man, working hard to avoid assassination and worrying about big things. In the other space, he is just a patient, and it is quite worry-free.

This may not be a new case, but when you think about it, isn’t it very interesting?

Of course, Lao Gui wrote a fantasy article, and the world I conceived must be more exciting.

But this feeling of disconnection is indeed a relatively important part of my story, and I will also try my best to express it.

Now that I’m talking about this, I realize that there will be some controversy in this book in the future, but everyone should remember that this is just a story and we can discuss it in a friendly manner, but don’t argue. There will be frequent situations where both sides argue.
