Final words
After hesitating for a long time, I finally decided to say something.
After more than half a year, this book is finally finished.
The few old friends who have been following the book since the beginning should know that the beginning version of this book is not this, but another beginning.
What I wanted to write at that time was a story about a time traveler being reborn and returning to the world of immortals.
I had already thought about how I was going to write this story at the beginning, but as I continued writing it, it gradually started to feel more and more wrong.
In terms of story context, the story gradually became unmanageable, and it felt increasingly tired, making it impossible to continue.
This feeling spread to the end, and some readers also gave feedback, letting me understand that there was indeed something wrong with this beginning.
I discussed it with the editor at the time, and finally made an uncomfortable decision.
Negate all the beginnings I wrote before, and write a new story under the title of this book.
Naturally, this is not easy to do.
At that time, Jie Nan's book was on the recommendation list and had accumulated a certain number of readers. Once it was completely rejected and the previous beginning was deleted and restarted, it would be a big problem from all aspects.
At least, after changing the beginning, quite a few readers deleted the book directly...
And, on the other hand, the newly written beginning was not to everyone's liking.
Writing a book is not that simple. Before writing, you often have to make an outline and think about various story lines.
These all take some time to do.
But it was obvious that Jie Nan no longer had the time at that time.
Out of helplessness, I rethought a story in just half a day and uploaded it again...
Everyone knows that the result was not satisfactory.
Along the way of writing my new book, I have encountered far more criticism than encouragement.
Jie Nan also understands this.
Some mistakes that I was not aware of at the beginning were gradually figured out after criticism from many readers.
Moreover, compared with the previous beginning, although this new story does not appear to be so perfect due to the rush, I wrote it fairly smoothly and managed it quite satisfactorily.
So, I continued writing like this.
But it is inevitable that the performance of this book has undoubtedly been greatly affected.
But despite this, after going through the initial difficulties, Jie Nan gradually found the feeling and wrote something slowly towards the end of the writing.
Starting from the first copy, although the overall feeling is still not satisfactory, it is at least much better than before.
Originally, if it was updated properly, it would have been able to steadily increase. If nothing else, at least high-quality products would not be a problem.
But Jie Nan's old habit happened again.
A salted fish, even if it turns over again, it will still be a salted fish.
Since this book was put on the shelves, Jie Nan’s updates have been disappointing again.
How bad is salted fish?
There are clear regulations on the starting point. As long as the daily update reaches more than 4,000 words, you can receive a perfect attendance.
But since the book "Sweeps and Sweeps" was put on the shelves, I haven't been able to get it for a month.
Speechless, could only remain silent.
Jie Nan’s last book was also like this.
A good book was suddenly ruined by an update.
Now this book makes the same mistake.
Likewise, something else happened at that time.
Some old readers must know that the pen name Jie Nan used in the past was not the current one. It was the one I asked the editor to help change...
I deleted the book midway, updated Xianyu, changed my pen name...
I made all kinds of mistakes and attempted suicide over and over again.
It should be said that if this book can produce results, it will be damned...
But even so, the results of this book are still good. When it was completed, the average order was 2,300, which was only 700 short of a high-quality product.
I also have mixed feelings about this result.
I have to admit, I am not a hardworking person.
I was lazy and slack, and I wanted to work hard but didn't have the ability to carry it out. The final results became more and more tragic every time, and I failed everyone's expectations again and again.
In this respect, I am useless.
All kinds of things emerged one by one, and I could only sigh and feel sad.
However, despite all the stumblings, I finally finished the book, although it was still far from what I expected.
Despite some flaws, I finally fulfilled my original promise and gave this book an ending without eunuchs.
At the same time, I sincerely hope that this will not happen again next time.
Because I was writing multiple books at the same time, a few days ago, I mistakenly transferred the chapter contents of another book to this book.
This matter has now been resolved, and the editor has blocked the content of that chapter, but some readers still subscribed.
I can't directly compensate for this part of the loss, so I can only take other measures.
In the next period of time, I will update some extra chapters about sweeping the world, some of which are free, to make up for your losses some time ago.
No matter how you say it, whether we like it or not, the old story has ended and the new one is about to begin.
I recommend a new book here: "Infinite World Projection".
If you are interested, please come and take a look. Of course, this is not mandatory.
