Chapter 69 You don’t have to be afraid

After passing several forks, there were only six of them left on this pitch-black trail.

"Let's open this door first." Bai Daiyi took the clue and looked at the question posted next to the first door lock slot. He glanced at it and gave up with a clear self-awareness. He subconsciously shouted to the back: "Brother Cong."

."

Jiang Cong pulled Li Xingchen to the front. Before Li Xingchen could see where the question was, he opened the door.

"Ah ah ah ah - there is someone here, oh my god, someone is touching me!" As soon as he entered, Ke Manman's voice suddenly sounded, echoing in the dark room one after another.

"Sister, it's me." Ru Ling, who had just accidentally touched her, said out.

"..."

Everyone's expressions were invisible, but a deep sense of speechlessness filled the air.

It was dark and quiet for a long time. Ke Manman coughed and groped to the side to find what she thought was Bai Daiyi. "Nothing happened."

"..."

The rustling sound of walking continued. Ke Manman was afraid and wanted to pull Bai Daiyi to go with her, but she didn't pull him. She tugged hard, "Let's go..."

A few seconds later, Bai Daiyi's voice sounded some distance away from her: "Let's go, what are you doing?"

Ke Manman paused: "?"

Bai Daiyi is not here, so this brother is...

A light suddenly came on, revealing a bloodstained and terrifying face in the darkness. Ke Manman slowly turned her head, looked at him for a few seconds, and then said: "Ahhh! Ghost!"

This time it wasn't just her who screamed, the others were also startled.

Li Xingchen rummaged around for a key and found it. He opened the other door of the secret room in time, and then the door banged against the wall.

The black shadow flew away and screamed away. When everything fell into silence again, there were only three people left here looking at each other.

Jiang Cong, Li Xingchen and...the NPC brother with the glowing parts above his neck.

The NPC tried to walk towards them, but halfway through when they still didn't respond, he yelled.

It's quieter.

He moved the light source closer and walked in front of them. The NPC raised his hand with a ferocious face as if he wanted to make a sound again.

"Tsk." The moving light source brought a little light, and Jiang Cong had a look of disgust on his face.

The young man in front of him was more than a head taller than him, and he had a handsome face that looked like it would hurt someone to hit him. He was frowning as if he was unhappy, and he automatically became fierce.

The NPC's ferocious face paused for a few seconds, then suddenly took a few steps back, and his expression and voice became normal: "A fine of two hundred for beating a staff member."

"..."

"Your wig is crooked." Silently, a soft voice sounded, and Li Xingchen reminded him seriously.

"...Ah, really?" The NPC was stunned, and then moved his hands a few times to no avail. He simply put his shining head in front of Jiang Cong, "Handsome guy, help me straighten it out. It's not convenient for me to lift my hands in this clothes."

Jiang Cong: "..."

He raised his hand reluctantly.

After coming out of this end of the secret room, the two of them completely lost contact with the team. The key was that they still didn't see the other four people when they reached the next door they had to pass.

"They have no brains. It's normal that they can't get here."

Having said that, the password lock in front of him had been opened easily by Jiang Dao.

This secret room was completely darker than the previous one, and nothing could be seen. Jiang Cong stopped in front of the door and swallowed, his expression not relaxed in the dimness.

"Jiang Cong?" Li Xingchen had already gone in. He didn't hear the movement coming after him, so he turned around and called him softly.

Jiang Cong clasped his hands, paused for a few seconds, and then stepped into a dark, enclosed space.

The door behind him creaked shut, and the last faint light disappeared. Once his vision was completely dark, his senses were concentrated and he focused on vulnerable places.

In the silence, his breathing became heavier and heavier.

The folded palms of his hands slowly tightened. He knew he couldn't stay any longer. His voice was hoarse with a slight tremor: "Li Xingchen..."

Li Xingchen, who was looking for his keys in the dark, heard the sound and identified his location. He didn't notice anything strange yet, so he answered roughly in his direction.

"I need to get out."

He needed the tiny bit of light outside the door to dispel the images in his mind.

Li Xingchen felt that his voice was not right, so he stretched out his hand to feel for obstacles around him, and walked towards his position with small steps, "Jiang Cong..."

Before reaching him, Li Xingchen was inexplicably panicked when he wanted to call his name and hear his response.

"Dong...dong...dong..."

Jiang never responded, but a regular muffled sound suddenly sounded in the dark space. The direction was unclear, as if someone next door was hitting the wall with something.

This sound coincided with the height in his memory, and together with those images, Jiang Cong's weak defense line was completely defeated. He stumbled back to the door and used all his strength to twist the door.

But the door couldn't be opened, just like the chaotic scene repeated every day a few years ago. Behind him was an endless black abyss, heavy and heavy on the heart. Jiang Cong lost all strength, and Gao Shulan's voice pierced through.

"You are his seed! Go to hell!"

One hand grabbed Jiang Cong's hair, and he was dragged back from behind the door that could not be opened. His struggle was ineffective, and then as expected, he was violently hit on the head, "Dong...dong...dong

…”

One after another, it was muffled and powerful, with no pause between pains. Warm liquid flowed down from the forehead, reaching the corners of the eyes, the mouth, and the neck...

The thicker smell of blood and the bright red splattered on the wall were all annihilated by black. Jiang Cong still couldn't see anything and was numb from pain.

The sound of his body falling to the ground made Li Xingchen's heart tighten, and he stumbled towards him, "Jiang Cong?!"

"Light... turn on the light..." Jiang Cong murmured helplessly, "Please... stop..."

Every word choked up.

Li Xingchen was stunned. When he encountered his trembling body, all he could do was keep calling his name.

Jiang Conghe is afraid of the dark, very afraid. Li Xingchen can feel it now.

"Jiang Cong...what's wrong with you..."

"lamp…"

"Light, flashlight, flashlight..." Li Xingchen hurriedly touched his pocket, but remembered that he had to collect his cell phone when he came in.

She went to twist the door, but the door handle seemed to be out of joint. Li Xingchen was frightened and worried. She sat next to him, dazed for a moment, then leaned over and hugged his trembling body.

"Jiang Cong, don't be afraid, can you hear my voice..."

Another impact, but no pain, Jiang Cong's eyelashes trembled violently, and sweat broke out on his forehead. He slowly opened his eyelids, his vision was still dark, but the difference was that he heard Li Xingchen's voice.

"I'm by your side, Jiang Cong, you don't have to be afraid..." Her voice was also trembling, very soft and thin.

Jiang Cong gradually calmed down, but his breathing was still low. Suddenly, Li Xingchen's upper body fell forward, and she was kneaded into her hard chest by a heavy force and hugged tightly.

He needed this hug very much, Li Xingchen knew it.
