One afternoon in July 2019, I was sleeping in my small room boredly and brushing Zhihu, and I found a question that interests me a little - "I want to write about a demon witch girl in white clothes and barefoots with bells hanging on her feet. How do I describe her appearance?"

In fact, I personally dislike the question of "How to write a story with XXXX" on Zhihu. First, I guess some questions are probably because some people ask questions to show off their skills, and second, I am worried that some people want to start with free sex or have a brainstorm.

But perhaps it was really boring that day, and "Phoenix in the Cage" was about to end, so I wrote the first chapter of the story "Fuyao and the Wind of Ninety Thousand Miles" with the intention of practicing writing, which is the scene where the wandering painters Yu Shiqi and Xiling Yue first met in Xiyuequan.

Unexpectedly, this answer became the answer I received the most likes and comments on Zhihu. After feeling a little encouragement, I had the motivation to write the story. By chance, I caught up with the 8 "Light Spring" essay contest.

During the creation process, I kept thinking about the way this book should end. As the story progressed, I liked the characters I wrote more and more, and finally overturned all the thoughts about leaving them with regrets.

"Think about it carefully, the first two books in the same series do not seem to be true Dzogchen endings, so let's challenge this time."

The time it took to complete this book was beyond my initial estimate. After all, most of the authors who participated in the essay contest at the same time ended when the essay contest was published. At that time, I was immersed in the joy of winning the award and thought that I would complete the application for the bonus as soon as possible, after all, it would be safe to put it in (laughs).

Fortunately, after a struggle of thought, I defeated my short-sightedness and profitability, otherwise the story might have ended hastily long ago.

Of course, I have been writing for so long, and I am not used to doing detailed plot sorting outlines and detailed records, so there are inevitably some contradictory settings. Thanks to readers for pointing it out for me more than once, giving me the opportunity to find a way to make the logic as much as possible (laugh).

The book "Fuyao" begins with a tone of fiction and martial arts. After that, I boldly added many elements that are considered whimsical. In fact, I know that my qualifications as an author are not enough to play with the whole work, and I don't know whether I have played hard or not, so I can only thank everyone for their company and support.

I spent five years at the Eight Station without realizing it, and it has been almost four years since I officially wrote the book.
