Chapter 4: The Patriarch of Bodhidharma [Yi Jin Jing]

How powerful is the "Yi Jin Jing"?

An example is You Tanzhi. By chance, he picked up the Yi Jin Jing dropped by Qiao Feng. In a short period of time, You Tanzhi's internal strength cultivation has reached a very advanced level. This made us aware of this during the battle at Shaoshi Mountain.

I really felt the changes that the Yi Jin Jing had on You Tanzhi. An ordinary martial artist, with the help of a martial arts secret book, could compete with Qiao Feng, who had been famous for a long time.

Why can the Yi Jin Jing [actually the Divine Foot Meridian] shape You Tanzhi into such a powerful figure?

In the original book, there is this description of this martial art: Any martial art in martial arts requires one practice and one improvement. No matter how diligent a person is, it is difficult to practice it for more than six hours a day. Only this "Yi Jin" technique

Once the internal strength of "Jing" reaches the point where it is allowed to run endlessly without any thought, even during sleep, the strength will continue to improve.

There are also very powerful martial arts in Jin Yong's other books, such as Nine Yang, Nine Yin, Dragon Elephant, Shenzhao, Taixuan, etc. However, no matter how powerful these martial arts are, they all need to be practiced independently, but the Yi Jin Jing is growing day by day.

martial arts.

The "Yi Jin Jing" can also be used to cleanse the marrow, which is similar to the "Yi Jin Jing" in the "Jiu Yin Zhen Jing". The exercises can change the bones and body of the warrior.

Just relying on the I Ching to cleanse the marrow, this exercise can be ranked among the top exercises in the world of martial arts.

At this time, Jiang Chen has completely accepted all the memories and insights of Patriarch Bodhidharma's creation and practice of the "Yi Jin Jing". It can be said that his understanding of this exercise has reached the level of Patriarch Bodhidharma.

In just a few breaths, Jiang Chen already had a thorough understanding of this technique and its subtleties.

After opening his eyes and looking around to see if there was no one around, Jiang Chen's body began to make a very awkward posture.

It hurts so much. The ligaments, muscles, and bones of this body are so stiff that I can't make the required movements at all.

Jiang Chen couldn't stand the pain anymore. Just when he was about to give up, he thought of how he was doing nothing in his previous life. He didn't have a girlfriend when he was in his thirties, but in this life, his life was always under threat.

"I don't want... I want to control my own destiny in this life. I will never be a humble ant. Even if it hurts to death, I will persist..."

Jiang Chen screamed in his heart, and his movements, which were already close to the limit, changed little by little. His face was twisted in pain, and sweat kept oozing from the pores of his body.

Ah...

With Jiang Chen's desperate efforts, he finally completed the first pose.

But his body was in too much pain, and he simply couldn't enter a state of no desire or desire.

Although I already know this technique well, the reality is still disturbed by physical pain.

If you cannot achieve a state of being free from desires and pursuits, practicing the "Yi Jin Jing" will not have much effect at all.

Following the insights of Patriarch Bodhidharma, Jiang Chen began to work hard to forget the physical sensations, purify his thoughts, and gradually reach the realm of selflessness and no one.

As time went by, Jiang Chen slowly entered the state, and his extremely distorted expression slowly relaxed. In the end, he seemed to be standing still like a piece of wood, with a very calm face. He finally did it.

What Jiang Chen is able to do is not only being cruel to himself, but more importantly, he has observed the subtleties of this technique and has reached the level of Patriarch Bodhidharma.

This is the reason why he succeeded the first time.

At this time, a trace of true energy was born in Jiang Chen's body, and the spiritual energy between heaven and earth was also drawn by the technique to converge towards his body, and these gathered energy began to move towards the prescribed meridians, but his meridians were badly blocked, and the gathered energy

Can't pass at all.

Although it cannot pass through, the dirt in the meridians is forced out of the body bit by bit. If Jiang Chen takes off his clothes, he can see that the pores on the body surface are open, and a little bit of gray impurities are attached to the surface of the body.

As time goes by, there is more and more dirt on the surface of the body, and an unpleasant stench floats in the air.

This is the effect of marrow cleansing by the "Yi Jin Jing".

An hour later, Jiang Chen regained consciousness. When he opened his eyes, he almost fainted from the stench on his body. The stench was like a rotten rat that had been dead for several days.

Having received all the insights from Patriarch Bodhidharma on the "Yi Jin Jing", he naturally knew what was going on.

I didn't expect that I had to take a shower again just after taking a shower.

Jiang Chen jumped into the pool that he hadn't had time to change the water before, and after washing for a long time, the smell on his body was finally gone.

I washed my clothes and put them on before they were dry.

I really want to change out of this woman's clothes.

The meridians in Jiang Chen's body are still badly blocked, and only a small amount of contamination can be discharged from one practice. After all, no matter how powerful the practice is, it is impossible to eliminate all the dirt from the body in one go!

However, Jiang Chen was confident that if he was given enough time, he would be able to eliminate all the dirt from his body.

Clenching his fists, Jiang Chen felt that the strength in his body was not the same as before the practice. The effect of this first practice was obvious.

It feels like there is no real energy or spiritual power in the body, it is all exhausted due to the impurities being forced out of the body.

There is actually no essential difference between the martial arts world's martial arts techniques and those of cultivating immortality.

The functions of Kung Fu all involve energy, but there is no advanced spiritual energy in the martial arts world, so energy can only be involved from the human body itself.

Internal force, true energy, spiritual energy.

Regardless of whether internal force is the essence or true energy is the essence, we all have a vague consensus.

The consensus is that Qi can be deployed at will. It can be abundant or consumed. It is the same as our energy value. Once it is consumed, it can be restored after taking a rest without damaging the foundation.

Then the internal strength is different. Once the internal strength is gone, you have to start from scratch. If a person's internal strength is gone, it may be much more troublesome than if the true energy is exhausted.

The depth of your internal strength is the manifestation of whether your martial arts is strong or not, but true energy is the essential way to make your internal strength stronger.

For example, if there is a container in your body that is used to store true energy, then the container will become larger only when there is more and more true energy, and this enlargement is irreversible and will not be exhausted because of the true energy.

It has shrunk as much as possible.

However, it is not easy for Zhenqi to expand this container. Every time it reaches a critical value, it must be exceeded.

Then we call the capacity of this container internal force.

Moreover, internal force can generate true energy. The deeper the internal force, the larger the container, and the more true energy that can be generated. Then this true energy can be used in actual combat.

Because there is no advanced aura in the world of martial arts, aura is the key to cultivating immortality. It is a high-level energy.

Because there is no spiritual energy between heaven and earth, we can only cultivate the true qi. This true qi is born from the body's qi and blood, and the qi and blood must be replenished by the food we usually eat.
