Chapter 17 The Terminal - Hogwarts

The train gradually slowed down, and the whistle made the last sound of Weng, spewing out a large amount of white smoke, and finally stopped.

Minor wizards pushed and shoved and pulled out of the car. They either tidied up school uniforms or held their pets.

In the crowds, Hagne, who was taller than Yao Ming, looked particularly prominent. He held a lamp and smiled at the young wizards, "Okay, first-year freshmen, go here."

"Come on, don't be shy, hurry up, um~, be careful, there's a little darkness under your feet..."

The first-year freshmen followed Hagrid and walked along a winding trail from the large army.

Carl knew they were going to perform the ancient traditional ritual of Hogwarts from thousands of years ago to the present - Duhu.

Although Hogwarts was donated by the famous great wizard Salazar Slytherin in history, the idea was confirmed by the four founders who came here together in small boats.

It was pitch black all around, and only Hagrid held the dim oil lamp in front of him leading the way.

"The school board is too stingy. Not to mention the scholarships are so rare, but this place is so dark, so at least some street lights should be installed."

Carl sighed and sighed inwardly.

After turning the last little bend, Hagrid raised the light in his hand high, and at the same time, the little wizards behind him heard screams.

Reflected by the sparkling lake, he saw the castle he had dreamed of in his previous life - Hogwarts!

On the hillside opposite the lake, a huge and majestic castle stands inclined. Above the castle are numerous Gothic spires, the moon is covered by clouds, and windows shine on the starry sky.

"Everyone is on the boat. Also remember that there can be no more than four people on each boat, otherwise you can go down and sing with the mermaids. I think they will be very happy..." Hagrid directed the first-grade wizards to start boarding the boat in an orderly manner to prepare for the lake crossing.

"Line up, come one by one! Don't be crowded." Hagrid used his huge body to block the crowd and direct everyone.

"Are you all on the boat? Get ready and set off!"

Hagrid asked loudly, and he had already boarded the ship at this time. But the difference is that the little wizards are all four people and one boat, and he owns one...

Carl followed Ron and Harry to make a boat, and there was also a timid little boy.

"Hello, you guys, can I take the same boat with you?" the little boy asked shyly.

"Of course!" Harry agreed immediately.

"My name is Simo Feinigan, and I'm glad to know you."

Carl: "???"

Could it be that you are the legendary Hogwarts Explosion Ghost?

A ruthless man who can even play with a floating curse can't afford to offend or provoke him. If he stays away from him in the future, he will be miserable when he is blown away. He has just joined the EU and never wants to return to that black land again.

Well, Hog's terrible talent student - Seamo Feinigan, is undoubtedly a real deal.

...

There is only a lamp on the boat, no oars, and you can only wave it by yourself if you want to move.

With Haig's command, the boat began to exert its own force, and the calm lake water rippled and drove forward.

The little wizards were all very excited and kept chatting with the people on the same boat, laughing endlessly for a while.

The magnificent castle kept magnifying in their eyes and soon approached.

"Look down!"

Hagrid's boat pointed at the road directly in front of him, and a sound came.

Everyone quickly lowered their heads, and what appeared in front of them were vines covering the cliffs.

The boat carried the hopeful little wizards to a secret open entrance, and then followed a dark tunnel that seemed to come to the underground of the castle. Finally, it appeared at an underground pier to finish the ceremony.

Everyone stepped onto the ground covered with gravel and pebbles. Hagrid took the lamp and counted the number, then led everyone to a tunnel, and finally arrived at a flat and wet grassland located in the shadow of the castle.

At the end of the grass is a long staircase, and above it is a huge oak door.

"Ahem, before entering Hogwarts, I would like to remind everyone that you will be picked up by Hogwarts's strictest Professor McGonagall, so wait a little quieter and don't make a noise. If you offend her, it will be bad."

Hagrid gave everyone a warm reminder.

Everyone walked up the steps and came to the front of the gate. Haig placed the lamp and raised his huge fist and knocked it three times on the gate.

Alaho hole opens! (Physics)

"Squeak~."

Accompanied by the sound of the door opening, an extremely thin middle-aged black-haired witch wearing an emerald green robe and a pointed wizard hat came towards her.

The witch's appearance has a cold scene effect. In front of her aura of winter, many young wizards closed their mouths and stopped talking.

This person is Professor Minerva McGonagall, the vice president of Hogwarts and also serves as the dean of Gryffindor.

If you want to talk about who the professor that the entire Hogwarts wizards fear the most, Professor McGonagall is definitely among the top. Perhaps only the old bat Professor Snape dares to compete for this position.

"First-year student, Professor McGonagall..." Hagrid avoided Professor McGonagall's sharp eyes like an eagle and said hesitantly.

"It seems that this is the freshman this year. It's not bad, at least it's not as noisy as the previous class. Thank you, Hagrid, your pick-up and drop-off work this year is done well, so let me leave the next thing."

Professor McGonagall smiled and looked extremely satisfied.

Hagrid left in a hurry, and it seemed that he was panicked when facing Professor McGonagall.

Although he said he would not do anything bad and was not afraid of ghosts knocking on the door, he did a lot of things this time. He used magic many times when he went to pick up Harry Potter during the summer vacation, and even violated the Muggle Secretariat Act issued by the Ministry of Magic, which changed Dudley to a pig tail.

And his wand has been broken by the Ministry of Magic, and in theory he is not qualified to use magic again.

Now he was scared when he faced Professor McGonagall's sharp eyes. It was the time when he was guilty.

"Boom!"

Professor McGonagall completely opened the door, and then the extremely luxurious marble staircase was exposed. With a wave of her hand, the torch hanging on the wall immediately ignited, illuminating the surrounding murals.

The ancient murals demonstrate the powerful heritage of Hogwarts. The safest place in the entire British magic world is not to be blown away. Gringott was passed by Voldemort and Quirrell, and it took so long that this ancient castle was not captured.

The freshmen quickly followed Professor McGonagall and seemed silent for a moment.

Except for Harry, Ron and Carl, every little wizard has a little heavy expression. It is obvious that the fine traditions of Hogwarts every year are affecting their mood. After all, they cannot pass the branch test. It is a huge shame like a squinting Hogwarts, the dominant British player, was fired and eliminated.

Well, although there is only one magic academy in England...
