Chapter 12 Percy Weasley

A white light shot out from the tip of Carl's magic wand, and in the blink of an eye it drew a arc to accurately hit the falling Percy. Percy's dropping speed suddenly slowed down, and finally fell on the ground like a feather.

Fred and George quickly turned over from under the broom and ran to Percy before he could speak, Mr. Weasley also ran out of the house when he heard the twins scream.

"What's wrong, kids?"

"Nothing, dad." Fred blinked, and he poked Percy in a terrifying manner.

George winked at Percy and muttered in a low voice: "You just say something if you're fine."

"Fred! George!"

The twins trembled at the same time.

Things happened later than Carl expected.

Under Percy's "objective" narration, the Weasleys quickly understood the cause and the result.

"Fred! George!" Mr. Weasley's eyes were rarely stern, "Do you remember, what I said?"

He turned his head to look at Carl, with a surprise in his eyes: "Did you think about it yourself at home?"

Carl nodded, and Polo's matter obviously did not need to be explained separately.

"Thank you, thank you boy, you saved Percy." Mrs. Weasley walked up to hug Carl, thanking her sincerely.

"But, um, kid, magic is a pretty dangerous thing. You shouldn't try it yourself without the supervision of an adult wizard, it's easy to be life-threatening."

Mr. Weasley is a good man. Even if Carl saves Percy, he still advises Carl to pay attention to the safety of releasing the spell.

The hostess of the Lovegood family nearby, a very outstanding witch, made a big mistake in a spell and eventually died.

Carl humbly accepted Mr. Weasley's advice.

But he didn't take this matter completely to heart.

He had not taught Polo before, and he was fiddling around and had created a lot of "magic"?

Although none of them are used for combat, they are all magic to "take care of" people.

After persuading Carl and comforting Percy, Mrs. Weasley said she would deal with two "lawless" bastards who "almost hurt their family".

"You can actually cast spells!" Percy, who had already calmed down, couldn't help but sigh again.

In response, Carl could only respond modestly: "Actually, it's okay, magic is not as difficult as I thought."

This is not just because of talent, but more because from the perspective of the previous life, the curse is closer to the Chinese and English in the previous life.

Their theory may be difficult. It requires extremely high talent to learn from the depths, but if you only look at the basic parts, you can always master it by memorizing more, memorizing more, practicing more.

Of course, just like those students in their previous lives, not everyone has the temperament to be able to practice spells by their hearts, especially when there are no results in the beginning when there are dozens or hundreds of practices.

Percy, who is already in the third grade, has a better understanding of this. He glanced at Carl and did not continue to say it.

Percy led the way in front, and the two walked up the second floor. A little girl who should have been sleeping stood at the door in her pajamas. Her face was quite curious: "Percy, what happened? Fred and George finally put the chicken pen in.

Did it explode?"

"What you have to do now is to sleep!" Percy looked stern, "You don't want to be muttered by your mom tomorrow morning, do you?"

Ginny grimaced at Percy: "Steal Percy!" and then closed the door heavily.

The two went up to the third floor, and there were two rooms on this floor. They stood in one of them. Just as Percy was about to open the door, a wet head emerged from between the stairs, which was Charlie.

"What happened? Percy Fred and George just went out for a few laps. Why did mom and dad get so angry?"

Percy sighed and opened the door: "Nothing, they laughed at me in front of my window, and were heard by mom and dad."

When Charlie heard Percy's explanation, he laughed: "That's a good beating them."

"You shouldn't lend them a broom." Percy couldn't help but say, "You know the personalities of the two of them. They are still so young that they will be in danger sooner or later!"

"Okay, OK, OK, Percy." Charlie had three "oks", but even Carl could see Charlie's perfunctory.

"I can guarantee that they will become excellent Quidditch players in the future and may bring a championship to Gryffindor."

Since you have the talent of an excellent Quidditch player, there will naturally be no accidents.

"What happened, Charlie, Percy?" Ron, who was still confused, poked his head out of the stairwell, and it was obvious that another unlucky guy who was awakened by the twins.

"You're not a big deal!" Percy's tone became more and more serious when he knew he was being perfunctory.

"Now! Go back! Go to bed!"

Ron's face turned into a persimmon in an instant. He opened his mouth but said nothing, and silently retracted his head.

Percy sighed and said to Charlie, "So good night."

Charlie patted Percy on the shoulder and turned around.

Percy's room was neat and could even be described as "human".

There is no decoration or personal characteristics, everything is stored where it should be placed.

If it weren't for the kerosene lamp on the writing desk or the books that had been opened, Carl even wondered if this was a guest room.

An old bed was built beside Percy's bed. The sheets were a bit old but very clean and tidy, and this was where Carl rested tonight.

Percy seemed a little embarrassed by all this. He coughed. Before he could speak for excuses, Carl spoke first and said, "What a good place, by the way, where is the place to wash?"

Percy's face turned a little red, but he quickly adjusted and took Carl out of the bedroom.

late at night.

After washing up, Carl lay on the bed, looked at Percy who was still working hard at the table and asked, "Are you not sleeping?"

Percy looked at the sky and signaled to Carl apologetically: "I'm so sorry, I usually sleep alone."

He lowered the kerosene lamp a little, then took out a mouse with a broken finger from the drawer, carefully fed something, and then put the book into the suitcase beside him, then turned off the light.

Using the moonlight, I walked to the bed and sat down.

"Do you usually work so hard?" The room fell into silence again. Listening to the sound of people moving around, Carl thought it would be better to talk about making the room a little more popular.

"Fortunately, I mainly enroll in more classes, so it would be better to learn some in advance." Percy responded while lying down.

The two fell silent again, an atmosphere called embarrassment seemed to permeate the small room.

"Thank you very much, Carl." Percy took the initiative to break the embarrassment. "If it weren't for you, I think I might have missed the admission ceremony of Fred and George tomorrow."

The warmth of the quilt just now made Carl empty his consciousness. He asked casually: "So, are you looking forward to your brothers' admission ceremony?"

Silence comes again.

It was not until Carl was about to fall asleep that he heard a gentle response from his side.
