Chapter 5

"Come and see..."

Lan Min brushed away the white hair on her neck, and the red scars were like red plum blossoms blooming in the snow, which were so sad and dazzling.

"This is what your father left last night."

The faint and fragrant fragrance swam out from Lan Min's hair like a small snake, and with Lan Min's suppressed murmur of hatred, it entangled in Beishan's heart and gnawed at his heart.

Lan Min smiled sadly, "Forget it, what's the point of telling you, just get out."

Beishan stood at the head of the bed like a stone. The blood on his left hand was dripping, and he didn't feel it. He hung his head expressionlessly, like a gloomy statue in a temple.

"You are provoking me." Beishan squeezed out these words from his throat.

He suddenly raised his head and stared at Lan Min. This young man with astonishing appearance was like the golden apple in the myth. He didn't need to do anything or say anything. Disputes and vendettas followed him like a shadow.

"Yes." Lan Min raised his chin, looking arrogant, but the large tears rolling down from his phoenix eyes wrapped with thick eyelashes showed his weakness. He opened his eyes wide and stared at Beishan in despair.

He said fiercely: "I'm just provoking you!"

Beishan's throat rolled, and his tall body was inexplicably dwarfed by half in front of Lan Min.

"Dong dong dong!"

There was a knock on the door suddenly.

Lan Min looked panicked. The evil spirit caught him last night after the door was knocked.

"Is this Mr. Bei's house?" It was an unfamiliar voice.

Beishan walked out and opened the door. There was a strange man standing outside the door, holding a big box in his hand. When he saw Beishan, he was stunned for a moment, and then said enthusiastically, "Ah, it's Mr. Bei. I almost didn't recognize him."

You. Here, this is the wedding dress you ordered last night. I sent it to you. You can open it and take a look. If there is no problem, just sign for it."

"What wedding dress?"

After hearing the sound, Lan Min walked out of the bedroom barefoot in her nightgown.

The person delivering the wedding dress followed the call and was shocked by Lan Min. She thought she had seen a legendary elf and was speechless.

"It was you...your husband who ordered...what you wanted to do to retake the wedding photos..."

Thinking of the wedding photos in the bedroom that were cut by him, Lan Min turned pale.

Bang!

Beishan, who had already understood what was going on, closed the door and threw the box out from the crack of the door, "Go back! We don't need it!"

The door was closed, but Lan Min froze in place, muttering nervously, "It's coming... it's coming... it won't let me go..."

He collapsed and threw away Beishan's hand. This move was so powerful that it left a red mark on Beishan's hand.

Before Beishan could even react, Lan Min had already rushed into the bedroom.

Then, Beishan heard Lan Min's scream.

"Lan Mo!"

The door was locked from the inside. Beishan took a few steps back, rushed forward and kicked it open.

In the dim bedroom, Lan Min fell to the ground, covering her eyes with her hands, sobbing.

The box he just threw out suddenly appeared on the bed.

The fresh crystal orchid on the box is crystal clear and still contains dewdrops.

There is a note under the crystal orchid: "I look forward to how you look when you put it on."

Without saying a word, Beishan grabbed the box and ran to the first floor like a hurricane. The pigs in the pig pen saw Beishan grunting and squeezing over, raising their heads and barking at Beishan expectantly.

Bang!

Beishan threw the box into the pig's stone trough and said bitterly: "You and the pig can take a picture of it!"

After throwing it away, Beishan turned around and wanted to go upstairs to see Lan Min. He looked back at the box in the stone trough and felt uneasy. After hesitation, he jumped into the pig pen and opened the box.

Beishan picked the ugliest sow and tied the wedding dress randomly around the big fat pig.

After tying the last veil around the sow's big ears, Bei Shan supported the stone wall with one hand and jumped out of the pig pen, only to hit an invisible wall head on.

This collision made Beishan's eyes flash with stars, and he fell into the pig pen.

When he woke up and climbed again, he got the same result.

Just like he was trapped under the bed last night, he couldn't get out even if his eyes were splitting and he was extremely angry.

Lan Min waited for a long time but did not see Beishan come back, and the box containing the wedding dress did not appear again.

Lan Min slowly got up from the ground and walked to Beishan's door.

He opened the door and found that the bronze mirror from last night was broken into pieces from the middle, as if it had been smashed by a punch, and he raised his eyebrows slightly.

Sure enough, Beishan knew what happened last night.

Lan Min looked around the room, but couldn't find a corner where he could hide someone. Just when he was a little confused, he suddenly found that the bed sheets had been roughly lifted up.

He knelt down and saw the dents made by someone's fingers on the bottom of the bed.

The picture had already appeared in Lan Min's mind, how Beishan was pinned under the bed last night and witnessed his father humiliating his sweetheart in the bronze mirror with his own eyes, and how he came out from under the bed this morning and smashed the bronze mirror angrily.

After confirming his suspicion, Lan Min, who had not eaten breakfast, stood up from the bed feeling dizzy.

There is breakfast prepared by Beishan in the kitchen, warming it.

Millet porridge, braised bamboo shoots in oil, simple home-cooked dishes. Lan Min put the bowls and chopsticks away, and when he sat on the chair, there was another set of bowls and chopsticks on the table.

The bamboo chair next to it was also pulled open, as if someone was sitting on it leisurely.
