Chapter 20 Battle under the "Blood Tide"

"Lost?" Anthony carried the "Federal Eagle-New" rifle on his shoulder, stroked and painted it with one hand, which looked particularly brand new. While observing several "explosive fishmen" who were approaching quickly with a cautious look, he asked:

"Where are their leaders? That is, uh, the lost people who command these 'unintentional people' behind them?"

"I don't know." Dark shook his head and replied awkwardly:

"The lost man seems to have the ability of [inducing chaos] like me, hiding his body in the 'unintentioned person' and the environment. Perhaps it is because we have similar types of magic power that I can sense its existence."

"Let's not talk about this for now. The situation is urgent. You brought weapons, right? Let's deal with these monsters with me first!" Anthony shouted loudly.

Accompanied by another huge roar and explosion, a fireball spreading outward like flowing water suddenly rose in the carriage not far away in front of Dark and Anthony.

The flames suddenly expanded like lightning and disappeared, leaving behind a burning steel object.

Bang!

Anthony half-squatted down and pulled the trigger, instantly killing a "bombed fishman" who was trying to approach the two. Then, he pulled the trigger one after another, fired five or six bullets, knocking down the "unintentioned man" a little further away.

Although it was affected by several explosions, the train had not derailed yet. Seeing that the surprise attack was not effective, the lost people who commanded the "unintentional people" made a clear and harsh howl of wolf.

These "explosive fishmen" quickly took the bone fork in their hands and retreated to the junction of the Castad Lake ruins and the railway tracks, trying to meet with other unintentional people behind them from the west side of the Nabua Mountains.

"It's the 'intentional wave', the new 'intentional wave'!" These adventurers exclaimed loudly.

Only a few of them were small federal officers like Dak who came from the west, and some old adventurers like Anthony, but many of them were just young people who dreamed of making money, and were deceived by the Novayask City Commission to this Far East Central District full of dangers and opportunities.

boom!

Another explosion sounded through the world came from the rear of the "Xintuo" train. Many adventurers were on the verge of collapse. Some of them covered their heads and cried, while others simply ran forward with guns and were soon forked through their hearts by the "explosive fishman" who turned back and fought back.

"This group of mobs!" Dark sighed and shook his head, "The enemy only made a tentative attack and knew our inferiority."

"Yes." Anthony looked up at the dim sky filled with dark clouds and spat:

"How can you complete the mission when you take risks with such a group of insects!"

Fortunately, most of the staff who maintain the train are elites who often travel to dangerous cities. They are not only appointed by the cities, but also have the order granted by the Federal Commission. In a critical moment, they quickly cut off the carriages affected by the explosion, picked up the horns, and maintained order, while driving the terrified adventurers to the relatively intact carriages.

Immediately afterwards, the commander of the train, Khaka von Kasdanov, who was also the leader of the transportation department of the Novayask Strategic Force, quickly jumped out of the car window.

He threw away the miscellaneous rifle in his hand and organized some of the superpowers, soldiers and staff who had rich combat experience in the car to launch a simple counterattack.

"You guys, go to the 'safe carriage' to get weapons, remember to take away what you can. Now these 'unintentioned people' seem to be waiting for some order, and we will take the opportunity to repel them, exchange time for space, and leave enough escape position." Haka ordered in a thick, low but resolute and powerful voice.

As the flames in some cars went out and the cutting and separation work was gradually completed, the dark clouds in the sky disappeared a little, and the sun sprinkled a little golden light on this bloody earth like a high wheel of fate.

These "unintentional people" who lived in the dark began to become restless in the sun, and the scales on their bodies gradually changed from dark blue to warm colors.

"This group of 'exploding fishmen' seems to have the ability to be like a chameleon and can integrate into the environment. No wonder we were unable to discover them at the first time and fight back." Anthony analyzed.

However, the movements in his hands never stopped.

While others were walking outside the car with rifles, sniper rifles, rocket launchers, and even small hand cannons, looking for an angle to prepare for shooting, Anthony seemed to see the lost person who was hiding like a ghost in the gradually brightening environment through the high-power mirror on the "Federal Eagle-New".

"Here!" Anthony whispered.

Bang!

A silver bullet specially replaced was shot out from the barrel. After the initial acceleration and its elegant parabolic posture, it rushed past the heads of a group of "intentional people" who made chaotic roars, passing through a strange shadow among the snow, and hit the ground with a little blood.

Then, a dull whimper came from the shadows, and a lost person in a robe covered his chest. After flashing for a few times, blue and red blood mixed with burning liquid flowed out.

"Attack!" The lost man in an iris robe was not panicked or lost consciousness. Instead, he pointed his fair fingers towards the direction of the train, and made a trembling and teenage voice in his mouth.

At the same time, his hoodie was suddenly lifted up under the sudden strong wind, revealing his red eyes, as well as the sharp chin, high nose bridge, and the pale face of the blood clan's exclusive gypsum.

That's right, he is Miren, the follower of the former "stealer" and "Feng Mine", and a seemingly insignificant blood clan bodyguard.

At this moment, he was desperately surging the magic source power of the flames in his body. He held a piece of mountain-shaped ice that emitted a visual cold air in his hand, directing this group of dangerous "intentional people" to launch a "wave" on the train.

As the "intentional people" charge forward desperately, Mirren finally couldn't hold on, his legs collapsed, he knelt on the ground, covered his chest with one hand, and coughed blood from his mouth, but his face still had a firm feeling:

"We cannot... let these people find the 'lithium mine', and we can no longer let them start the 'evolution platform' to destroy this land on which we rely on. Humans... this despicable creature, as long as there is a little temptation... will rush forward desperately.

"The 'Wind Mines'... is because of their conspiracy... becomes... the 'Pramini Axe'. I just need to hold the remaining adventurers here... and wait until... until Nebrius's spirit completely collapses, the brothers of the 'Odyssey Spear' and the 'Dedication Group' can destroy... destroy the 'Kitanria' and avoid disasters."

Back at Dark and Anthony, although Anthony raised his gun and hit Mirren, he was not sure whether he really hit it. The "Body Body Man" near the ruins of Lake Castad in the distance began to charge forward desperately. He had no choice but to raise his gun and continue shooting at them.

Dake surged with abundant water source magic power in his body. With the unique natural blessings given by the ice and snow environment, a blue light surged in his hand, pushing the ice cones symbolizing death toward the "explosive fishman" who dared to get close, and pierced their gills that stored biofuel before they self-destructed.

Although such an attack caused a lot of sticky and disgusting black mucus to scatter all over the ground, causing the body of the "explosive fishman" to crack from it and turn backwards, scattering around the ground like an extremely complex puzzle, fortunately, it avoided more damage.

"Aowu!" "Aowu!" "Aowu!"

Several consecutive rounds of attacks were repelled by a temporary team composed of adventurers and train staff, and the instincts in the bodies of the "unintentioned people" began to compete with the energy of the lost.

Gradually, the magic source power in Mirren's body began to dry up. Due to its mutual restraint with the environment itself, Mirren's flame-type magic source power is gradually on the verge of exhaustion.

Just as the dry riverbed cannot provide living creatures with habitat, the resistance of the "unintentioned people" began to intensify, and the sad cry of wolf-like creatures in their throats was an instinctive fight against control.

While the "unintentional people" fell down one by one, the unwilling aura emitted from the blood in the companions' bodies also caused the subsequent "unintentional people" to gradually retreat and dared not approach the train.

"Our attack has worked. The 'Bullet Fishman' and other 'Intentional Man' have begun to retreat. Sure enough, there is no harm in preparing some weapons from the west in the car." A rare and sarcastic smile appeared on Haka's face, which was as vicissitudes as crushed paper.

He quickly climbed over the window and returned to the cab. At the same time, he turned on the horns of the entire car and ordered:

"The 'Intentional Man' has begun to retreat. Now, everyone returns to the first five cars in fifteen minutes, packs up their personal belongings and 'collects', and I'm going to rush to Hoptov at full speed!"

After a brief excitement, the surviving adventurers began to take back their weapons and move away the bodies of the valuable "Blood Body Body Man" as per order. After taking away the remaining supplies in the car, they returned to the car and closed the doors and windows.

Soon, the rapid ringtone began to ring in the snowy wasteland like a summoning a lost soul, and the sound of quarrels, the sound of talk and the wail of pain, and the joy of the aftermath of the disaster spread in the carriage.
