Chapter Ten: Qing Wu is Missing

Qing Wu had been lying on the sofa crying and feeling confused for three days and two nights.

Bobo lay next to her and fell asleep. The sky outside slowly became dark. It was already summer and it was getting dark late.

Fusang sent her a message saying he would come back tomorrow. She finally checked her phone, but she didn't reply.

Around ten o'clock in the evening, she suddenly sat up from the sofa in a daze. The moonlight hit her face, which was really scary.

"No, I'm going to find him! If it's true, I'm going to ask him why this heartless man did this to me, and he has to at least give me an explanation."

Qing Wu got up and wandered off to take a shower. He also picked out a red outfit and put on bright red blood-tears makeup.

Don't you have to go to the underworld first? Dressing like this should look like a ghost bride! It shouldn't be that dangerous.

When it was almost midnight, Qing Wu carried the things Chang Shan gave her in an embroidered bag, took some food and went out. She went out for less than two minutes, but she ran back again.

She put Bobo into the cat bag, gave him a bag of food and a bottle of water, and went out again with Bobo on her back.

She was afraid that if it was true, this would be the point of no return, and her cat would starve to death if no one cared about it! She would also take her cat to confront the heartless man!

Fusang drove to find Qing Wu early the next morning. In fact, Fusang came back yesterday and arranged the confession scene.

He wanted to confess to Qing Wu once again, and then introduce his girlfriend to his friends and family openly and openly. He had been envisioning this scene and this future for a long time.

After arriving at Qingwu's house, Fusang knocked on the door for a long time, but no one opened the door. He made at least twenty or thirty phone calls, but there was no news from them all. He paced back and forth at the door anxiously.

He suddenly remembered that Qing Wu had told him that she had a best friend who lived in the same community as her, probably in Building 10.

"Yes, maybe I played at her house. I didn't take my phone with me when I went there."

Fusang immediately went to find Building 10, but when he got downstairs from the unit in Building 10, he realized that he didn't seem to know Wenwen's specific room number.

He had a bad premonition in his heart, and he scratched his head anxiously at the door of his unit.

Ten minutes later, someone came out, and he immediately followed it in.

After entering, he started to climb the stairs and asked from door to door. He was sweating profusely and panting, but he was not tired at all.

Finally I found Wenwen's at No. 5 on the ninth floor.

"Who is it? Zhao Lang, hurry up and someone knocks on the door!" Wenwen was lying on the sofa watching TV.

"Go by yourself!" Zhao Lang was playing games with great enthusiasm! Wenwen glanced at him and went to open the door.

"Hmm! Hello? Is this Guo Wen's home?" Lin Feng asked politely.

"Ah! That's me! What do you want from me?"

"Ah! Hello! That's it! I'm Fusang."

"Oh, I know you! I heard Qing Wu mention you!"

"That's great, I want to ask, is Qing Wu here with you?"

"Qing Wu? Aren't you here? At home! It's so early, maybe you haven't gotten up yet!"

"I've been to her house, but no one knocked on the door or answered the phone, so I came to your place to try my luck." Fusang quickly explained, hoping that Wenwen could know Qing Wu's whereabouts.

"Is that so? Then I'll call Xiao Xi and Ling'er and ask if Qing Wu has gone to their place. Come in, sit down and rest for a while!" Wenwen quickly invited him into the house.

After a few minutes, Wenwen said that Qing Wu had not been to their place and had not sent them messages in the past few days. She did not reply to the messages they sent to Qing Wu.

However, it was often like this among the four best friends. They would disappear while chatting, and then pick up the same topic a few days later, so it didn't attract their attention.

Later, Wenwen called Qing Wu's mother. They also said that Qing Wu had gone back and had not called in the past few days.

Wenwen was afraid of causing unnecessary trouble to Qingwu's mother, so she was about to make a small fuss to comfort her, but was stopped by Fusang.

"You'd better tell the truth to auntie! Qingwu hasn't replied to my message for two or three days! He hasn't contacted you for several days! I want to call the police immediately! I think it's better for you to tell the truth to auntie!"

Finally, Wenwen told the truth, and Qingwu's mother said that she would catch up in the car immediately!

After Fusang called the police, Wenwen took the spare key to Qingwu's house and went with Fusang to open the door of Qingwu's house.

The furnishings of the room are the same as before, with no changes. The mobile phone is placed on the coffee table and has been turned off.

But no one was there, and after searching around I found that even the cat was gone.

After the police arrived, they investigated the scene and found nothing suspicious. They took photos, collected some fingerprints and evidence, and then went to the property to obtain surveillance.

Surveillance showed that around midnight last night, Qing Wu was alone, carrying a backpack. He could vaguely see a cat inside, carrying a bag, and wearing a red skirt. He took the elevator downstairs and left the community.

I paused at the gate of the community for about ten minutes and took out an object from my bag. The surveillance camera was too blurry to see what it was.

However, after seeing her holding the object and looking left and right for comparison, the police guessed that it was something similar to a compass.

After determining the direction, Qing Wu took out a folded paper lantern from the bag, opened the bracket and handle, lit it and illuminated the road, looking at the disk as he moved forward.

Qing Wu had been walking along Xinghe Road North Road for half an hour, and the surveillance showed nothing unusual.

At ten o'clock in the afternoon, she went straight along the road to Huayang Road and disappeared while passing through a surveillance blind spot. She never appeared again in the subsequent surveillance area.

The police immediately launched a sweeping search of the area where Qing Wu disappeared, but a week later there was still no results, and she seemed to have disappeared from the world.

Fusang blamed himself every day. He blamed himself for why he had to create any surprises. If he had just come to Qingwu directly on the first day when he came back, what happened the next day would not have happened.

Later, Fusang bought the house Qing Wu rented. Originally, the landlord would not sell it, but in the end, he could not withstand Fusang's various coercion and inducements and had no choice but to sell it.

Fusang moved to another room in that house. He firmly believed that Qingwu must be fine, but was delayed by other things.

She will definitely come back one day. If the house is gone then, she will not be able to find a home, so he has been living there and waiting for her to come back.
