In theory, a turbofan blade that is perfectly manufactured under modern industrial technology should not have stress concentration problems. If it really occurs, the reason is likely to be caused by unstable heating process or uneven heating in various areas.

Titanium alloy is a metal with extremely high strength at room temperature but extremely poor plasticity. It is crazy to process it into a three-layer structure hollow fan blade that is commonly used by modern AVA.

Therefore, the mainstream processing technology in the world is manufactured by superplastic forming and extension. This manufacturing process requires the heating of each part of the titanium alloy at a stable speed to a temperature range that satisfies its superplasticity and can be diffusion-connected. This range is generally between 900 and 1100 degrees Celsius.

However, the specific temperature control must take into account the characteristics of the composite material wrapped in titanium alloy. The conditions faced by each manufacturing are different. Even if there is no reliable function to describe it in the complete document obtained by Ye Zhou, it can only be done by experimenting once and once.

However, such experiments are very costly because you cannot judge whether the temperature is appropriate during the manufacturing process and whether the surface of the titanium alloy has stress concentration, and you can only wait until it is formed before using professional instruments to measure it.

This brings great waste of manpower and resources.

If you want to solve this problem, unless there is any instrument that can measure the stress concentration point on the fan blade surface during the thermoforming process, thereby eliminating concentration by changing the local heating rate.

At present, there seems to be no type of instrument in the world that can do this.

It has a tensile load of 25kn, a torque of 200nm, a 25kn actuator stroke of 4inch, a torsional actuator twist angle of 270°, and an ambient temperature regulation and control range of -75~1400°c. It belongs to the most advanced batch of similar machine tools. Without this machine tool, the imitation of ge-9x is basically impossible to achieve.

After a few hours, Ye Zhou's eyes were already sore, and the leaves finally took shape and entered the cooling and fine polishing stage.
