Chapter 633 Family Tragedy

When I returned to Precidian, it was already early in the morning.

It was obviously a bit troublesome and inappropriate to let the soldiers guarding the city gate lower the suspension bridge, so Geno finally asked Syndra to lift himself and Anne up and jump directly over the city wall to enter the city.

Anne was sleepy and hungry, so after Jeno got her some milk and bread, she took off her backpack and hugged Tibers and lay down on Jeno's bed. She fell asleep immediately after she got her pillow.

Don't get me wrong. Geno didn't put any sleepy ingredients in his breasts. It's purely because Anne is too sleepy.

"Annie is sleeping on my bed. I'm going to sleep on the ground?" After bringing food to Annie, Geno went to the bathroom. Unexpectedly, he was occupied as soon as he came back. This really surprised him. Not only did the little guy not recognize the bed, but he was sleeping so peacefully in the stranger's territory.

Geno didn't want to settle down, and there seemed to be many vacant beds in the Zan family's mansion, and only Arrelia lived there. But he thought about it and someone had to come to visit Anne.

Her moody personality and explosive destructive power were like a bunch of human-shaped black gunpowder.

But the custodian seemed to be Geno himself, because he knew Anne best, just as he could speak Noxus.

"Forget it." Geno curled his lips, sat on the ground and leaned against the bench and was about to squint his eyes, but saw that before he left his tent, Cindra was facing away from his back, blocking the light of the candlelight.

"Aren't you going back to sleep? I'm going to bed. Remember to turn off the lights when I leave." Geno said softly, afraid of waking up Anne who was sleeping.

"I found something strange." Syndra turned around with a serious expression. She held a stack of paper in her hand. There were burnt marks and gaps on the edges of the paper, and there were only a few monotonous colors of graffiti from children's handwriting.

"These paintings were placed in Anne's backpack. They were accidentally leaked out. I originally wanted to help her organize and put them back, but the content on them made me care a little." Syndra pointed to the broken backpack that Anne had randomly discarded by the bed. The zipper was not pulled, which caused the paper to slide out.

"Let's take a look." Geno stood up again, walked to the candlelight to carefully look at the paintings.

At first glance, it was a child's spare time. Anne drew some of the people she was familiar with in black handwriting into stickman shapes. Her arms and thighs were a thin black line, her head was a circle, two black dots and an arc representing eyes and ears, and her skirt was painted in red triangles.

"It seems to be a member of Anne's family," said Geno.

Tibers is best identified. The only limbs that can express width with an ellipse is it. The eyes are painted back and forth with red crayons.

"Family? Why did I see two women? One is her sister?" Syndra asked in confusion.

"No, the one in red is Anne's biological mother Amore, the one in yellow is stepmother Liana, and the man is Anne's biological father Gregory. Amore disappeared when Anne was toddler, and then Gregory formed a new family with her single mother Liana, who also brought her children. This little yellow-haired girl is called Daisy."

"It's strange, right? You said that when Amoline disappeared, Anne couldn't even walk. How much can a child who can't walk remember? But she could draw Amoline."

Syndra flipped through a few pieces of paper, except for Tibers and Anne, the most frequent appearance was the image of a woman in red. Then she found the painting she had some questions and showed it to Geno.

"And then you look at this picture. Anne and the three of them held hands with Teebers, but only Gregory had no yellow lines wrapped around it. Does that mean the flame?"

Geno soon understood it, he told Cindra:

"I think yes, the reason for this is that it's OK because Anne's mother is a witch and her father is an ordinary person. Amore of Tibers did it himself, and when she just sewed the last button eye on the teddy bear, the pain of giving birth began, so Anne and Tibers would have such a good relationship."

"What does this one mean?"

Sindra was holding a very brightly colored graffiti. Except for Anne and Tibers wrapped in yellow lines, the other four were all overwhelmed by large areas of red strokes, which made people feel very uncomfortable and frightened at first glance.

"Everything is dead." Geno sighed heavily: "Apart from Amoline's missing life and death, everyone else is dead."

The candlelight that was so close to him suddenly swayed, and the two of them turned their heads together and subconsciously looked at Annie.

Fortunately, Anne was still asleep and was not awakened by the whispers of both of them.

"It's not a good thing to peek into other people's secrets like this." Geno said quietly to Syndra.

After listening to it, Cindra thoughtfully and used her mind to control the drawings and drilling them into her backpack one by one, stacking them neatly together, and then closed the zipper.

After all this, she pulled Geno's arm and walked out of the tent.

Outside the tent, separated by Anne by a layer of cloth, Syndra grabbed Geno with a silence and said nothing, "You should tell me what Anne is about. If I don't figure it out, I will definitely not be able to sleep when I go back."

"It's almost dawn." Geno glanced at the scenery in the sky, now the darkest moment before dawn.

"I'm not discussing with you again." Syndra's face turned aside and she picked up her arm.

"Okay, then." Geno sighed again, and began to organize his language.

"This is a reorganized family, and most reorganized families are always unhappy, and they are full of suspicion... Two little girls of similar age often play together. Daisy doesn't know the importance of Tibers to Anne, so she often goes to grab Tibers, and then she is crying by the little sparks that are hooked. The crying attracts Liana. She realizes Anne's abnormality and scolds her for being a problem. She often makes her sister Daisy cry, while Gregory, who is sandwiched in the middle, can only comfort her conflicting wife and daughter back and forth."

"The young Daisy is not alert to the dangers of the wild land. When she was out for a play, Daisy fell into the river after the butterfly. Anne tried to save her and let her catch Tibers, but in the end Daisy was washed away by the turbulent current and took one of Tibers' button eyes forever."
