Chapter seven hundred and ninety fourth legend

The legend of the ancient Valoran is full of stories of brave heroes defeating evil wizards and ugly monsters, and Shadowmen is one of them.

This is Seerwin's favorite story when he was a child. It tells the story of a young knight attendant fighting against a vicious king and preventing him from covering the whole world in the darkness and finally having a happy ending.

Abel also likes to listen to bedtime stories, so he often pesters his father to read the stories recorded in the story books. With a deeper impression, Abel retells the content of the story in a relatively complete way.

The heroes in the story are perfect and inconsistent, but the king is a pure evil person, with good and evil clearly and no depth, just for children to hear. The evil king has a group of wizards who have mastered the magic of shadows. In order to conquer the city, the king ordered the wizard to send his warriors into the Kingdom of Shadows and turn them into illusory assassins to execute orders.

In this way, the evil king dominated the realm of the soul, and the thoughts of mortals everywhere were contaminated by this darkness. It sucked away their fighting spirit, invaded their dreams, made the nameless fear bit them day and night, and even led to some people committing horrific crimes against their compatriots.

The world was in chaos and Valorland was in danger. The last unknown knight servant took up the banner of justice and cut off the king's head.

A very cliché story, but after listening to it, there was an inexplicable sense of fear lingering in my heart.

Regarding the birth process of nightmare, Geno subconsciously believed that this story might have a lot to do with it.

Maybe Moteng's predecessor was an assassin in the Shadow Legion under the evil king!

"Abel! Have you brought the storybook here?"

Children have poor memory and logic skills, and the retelling may not be very complete, so Geno wanted to read the story carefully after reading the book and try to find a way to make the Demon Teng come to reality.

Because Moteng can't enter Geno's dream at all, it's better to fight in the material realm. In reality, he has countless ways to defeat Nightmare.

But in fact, Geno didn't even know where Moteng was. It was elusive in the spiritual realm. It appeared here in the last second, and the next second was eight hundred miles away. It was as terrible as Shen's shuttle. Even if it left traces, it could not catch up.

He could only find a way to lure Mo Teng over.

Geno knew that Moteng could come to reality through nightmares. If he had a nightmares, Nightmares would come to the material realm through his nightmares to kill him. At this time, let Hex wake him up and get angry and get rid of Moteng.

But he had no way to do it in the nightmare, and the most appropriate thing was to use Shadow Magic.

But he doesn't know how to use shadow magic. He was gone after the last invisibility magic. You can't let Tam catch a Shadowflow disciple to be used as bait, right?

"Abel?" Geno called him again.

But Abel seemed too tired and fell asleep after telling the story, without responding to Geno.

Geno felt a little headache and helpless, and lay down and prepared to go to bed.

But at this moment, Geno vaguely heard his echo, as if the room had expanded many times in an instant.

He suddenly had no smile, and he saw Abel sinking down into the bed.

A chill ran up along Geno's backbone, and Abel fell deeper and deeper, like a deep pit was opened under the mattress.

Sure enough, Moteng came, because Geno asked Abel to tell that story.

It comes for this.

Amid Abel's cry, the sheets wrapped tightly around his body, and then began to shine, becoming softer and slippery, and finally turned into a red, dirty tongue.

Seerwin suddenly came to his senses and reached out to Abel, struggling to grab Abel and pull him out.

But the space between the two was quickly stretched out at this moment, just like a high-speed train instantly squeezed into the middle of the two, leading Abel to drive further and further. Then the tongue became tighter and tighter, swallowing deeper and deeper.

The wooden bed edge cracked with a sharp sound, and the jagged broken wood came up, gradually becoming sharp, yellow, and gradually calcified into rows of long teeth. The whole bed turned into a bloody mouth, and was about to swallow Seerwin's son in one bite.

"Abel!" He shouted the other person's name, and a disgusting feeling made him almost fall.

The huge mouth opened with force, and it made a scream that made the eardrum rupture and blood coagulated like a yawn. This was not the roar of the great predator, nor the howl of the beasts summoning similar species. To Geno, it sounded more like the first cry of the birth of a baby... and it almost made people feel that it was a cry out of severe pain.

"Dad!" Abel screamed and disappeared.

The huge mouth bite hard.

With a burp, a wisp of black mist emerged from the gap between the giant teeth, with the sound of air flow, hovering above the deformed bed like a storm.

The storm gradually solidified, and the ink began to be thrown out from the inside. Suddenly, a pair of sharp blades tore the storm open from the inside, and then the nightmare emerged from the inside, revealing its terrifying true face, just as Jeno had seen before.

"Why do you have that dream?!" Moteng said in Geno's own voice.

Geno's face looked extremely ugly. He turned on his spiritual vision, but the picture in front of him had not changed at all. Hex did not warn him, and it was difficult to tell whether it was a dream or a reality.

If a nightmare comes and is not awakened, he will be very passive in the dream, because this is the home court of the nightmare.

Just now, he said that he might not have a nightmare, but he was invaded unconsciously by nightmare. It was a slap in the face, but Geno did not give up resisting like this. He showed off his ghost claws, and the faint blue light dispelled the darkness nearby, but the darkness in the distance was unwilling to retreat, so he pressed step by step.

Faced with such magical creatures, the twisted spirit body, the energy beam is difficult to play a role. Perhaps only the spirit body itself is the best way to deal with it.

Moteng bent down, his terrifying appearance was as good as his face, crossed his swords in front of his chest, staring at him with cold eyes.

Geno could not tolerate it looking at himself with such contemptuous eyes, and was about to wield its claws to tear its face.

But at this moment, a sentence before Abel disappeared was played back in his mind.

"dad!"

dad?

Abel's name for Jeno made him wonder. Didn't he know that his father was dead? Didn't he know that the person in front of him was Jeno and not his father?

Geno understood everything in an instant. It turned out that Moteng came through Abel's nightmare, not through his own nightmare. Because Abel was in a dream, it was not Geno but the dead Selwin who could not see, so he called him dad!
