Chapter 53: End of the Issue

As soon as Harry walked into the auditorium, he felt countless eyes staring at him, and some sweat oozing from his forehead. He felt very uncomfortable. He knew that people were very curious about his experience of being kidnapped these days, but it was hard to explain all this clearly. If he hadn't wanted to know the latest developments, he would not have attended the school banquet.

The real crazy-eyed man Moody is now sitting at the teacher's desk, his wooden legs and magical eyes returning to his original position. He seems particularly nervous and jumps up in shock whenever someone talks to him. Harry knows that he can't blame him. He has only been imprisoned for a few days, and Moody has been locked up in his box for a full ten months, which must have aggravated his fear of being attacked. Kakarov's seat is empty. While sitting down with other Gryffindor classmates, Harry wonders what exactly happened during the period when he was kidnapped, which has led to Principal Dumbledore not willing to say more to him.

Mrs. Maxim was still there, sitting next to Hagrid. They were whispering something. On the other side of the table, Snape was sitting next to Professor McGonagall. His eyes stayed on Harry for a moment as Harry looked at him. The expression on his face was elusive. He looked as gloomy and disgusting as before.

Professor Dumbledore suddenly stood up by the staff's desk, interrupting his thoughts. The auditorium was much quieter than the usual school leave banquet, and it was even more silent at this time.

"Another year," Dumbledore said, looking at everyone, "it's over."

"Tonight, I have a lot to say to you all," Dumbledore said. "There have been many unusual things recently. I believe everyone has heard of them. I think. If I don't explain it clearly now, then there may be no chance in the future."

"Yes, Voldemort is back, his minions attack Moody, using compound decoction to disguise Moody and enter Hogwarts. The next series of things are inseparable from Voldemort and his minions.

A nervous whisper rang in the auditorium. Everyone stared at Dumbledore in horror and incredulously. Harry seemed very calm, watching their murmurs gradually return to silence.

"The Ministry of Magic doesn't want me to tell you all this," Dumbledore continued. "Some parents of classmates may be shocked by what I did--either because they can't believe that Voldemort is really back, or because they think I shouldn't tell you about it, after all, you're young. But I believe that telling the truth is always better than lying. Especially in the current situation. You must know that if it weren't for Jack Silver, we might have to see the bodies of him or more people."

At this time, almost every face in the auditorium was facing Dumbledore, and almost every face was written with shock and fear.

"When talking about the kidnapped and lost his bag by the Daily Prophet, another person must be mentioned." Dumbledore continued, "Of course, I'm talking about Jack Silver."

There was a fluctuation in the auditorium, and several people turned their heads to Jack Silver, and then quickly turned back and looked at Dumbledore.

"Jack Silver successfully escaped Voldemort's claws," Dumbledore said. "He risked his life, and Fleur Delacure and Harry Potter brought back Hogwarts. He showed fearless spirit in all aspects, and few wizards could show this spirit in the face of Voldemort's tyranny, and I pay tribute to him."

Dumbledore turned to Silver seriously and raised his goblet glass again. Almost everyone in the auditorium did so. He whispered Silver's name and toasted him.

After everyone sat down again, Dumbledore said: "The purpose of the Triumph is to enhance and promote mutual understanding in the magic world. Given what is happening now - given Voldemort's resurrection - this connection is more important than ever."

Dumbledore looked at Mrs. Maxim and Hagrid, Fleur Delakure and her Busbaton alumni, and then at Wickdor Crum and Demstrong's classmates at Slytherin's table. Harry saw that Crum, with gauze wrapped around his head, looked at Ravenclaw with a frustration. He heard that he was unconscious in an abandoned women's bathroom, and it was Myrtle who discovered him.

"Every guest in this auditorium," Dumbledore said, his eyes resting on the students of Demstrong. "As long as we are willing to come back, it will be welcome at any time. I will say it to you all--because of Voldemort's resurrection, we will be strong only if we are united, and if we are divided, we will be vulnerable. Voldemort's means of creating conflict and hostility are very clever. We can only fight against it if we show equally unbreakable friendship and trust. As long as we are consistent in our goals and open our hearts, differences in habits and language will not be an obstacle."

"I believe—I really wish I had made a mistake—I believe we all will face darkness and hard times. Some of you in the auditorium have been directly harmed by Voldemort poison. Many of your families have been broken up, and I hope everyone can unite at this moment."

"To dispel darkness, we must unite anyone who yearns for light. Although the process may be long and painful, I hope that everyone here can keep this in mind."

"Hermione, I mean, you should let your parents travel abroad for a while, and for some time to come, the world of Muggles will not be peaceful."

Hermione bit her lip and did not answer - in fact, she was injured all over her body, and Silver, in a very embarrassed manner, hugged the unconscious Furong and pulled Harry Potter on the field, she never spoke to him again.

"I swear, I really have nothing to do with Furong,"

Hermione glared at him with annoyance, "Idiot."

"Okay, I'm a fool, but you finally started talking to me."

"Don't be a hero in the future. I just want you to be safe and don't look like that anymore." The little girl suddenly hugged Silver tightly, her voice so low that it was almost impossible to hear.
