Chapter 79 Collusion
Slughorn stretched out his frown, "Harry, you probably got some wrong hint at Dumbledore, Jack has no interest in that memory..."
"That means you admit that you have a memory that Mr. Richard gave you?" Harry said.
"Harry, you have too many questions, you should-"
Just as Slughorn was about to send Harry away, a voice came from behind them.
"Professor Slughorn, what are you doing outside the castle so late?"
"It seems he's here, sir." Harry seemed very calm, "Maybe we can ask him for his opinion in person?"
The person who came was Silver, who was well-dressed and looked like he had just returned from outside.
"Professor Flivie asked me to go to Hogsmeade to do something small. I came back a little late today. Potter, is it so late, are you going to chat with Professor Slughorn here?"
"I was entrusted by Professor Dumbledore to ask Professor Slughorn to borrow something?" Harry said calmly, and the Fuling agent allowed him to remain calm in front of Silver.
"Borrow something?" Silver raised his eyebrows, "Why didn't Dumbledore ask Professor Slughorn to borrow it himself? I remember he had been to Hogwarts a few days ago."
"Because this thing is a bit sensitive, it's still something from Silver."
"My stuff?" Silver repeated, looking at Professor Slughorn a little blankly.
"To be precise, it is a memory of your great-grandfather. Dumbledore thinks this memory is important, but your great-grandfather gave it to Professor Slughorn during his lifetime." Harry said.
"It's not surprising, Potter," said Silver. "Many wizards store memories for their friends or descendants. Since they are given to Professor Slughorn, it means that the memories are only related to Professor Slughorn. Even the minister has no right to check what is suspected of being a personal*."
"What if this memory is related to Voldemort?"
Silver and Slughorn frowned at the hearing Harry's name without hesitation.
"Harry, it's better not to call that person by name directly." Silver said.
"Everyone said that. But I haven't died after all these years."
"Not every time you can have that good luck, Potter." Silver shook his head impatiently. "It seems Dumbledore has given you a death order."
He turned to Slughorn, "Sir, if it's not very important, give that memory to Porter. We must try to satisfy the curiosity of the minister."
"Forget it, since it's Dumbledore's intention. It's useless for me to hide it." Slughorn sighed, "That memory bottle has been destroyed by me long ago. I can only give you the memory I see, Harry."
"As long as it's that memory, sir."
Slughorn reached his hand slowly into his pocket. He pulled out his wand and took out a small empty bottle from his cloak with his other hand. He still stared at Harry's eyes, pressed the tip of the wand against his temple, and then took it away. The tip of the wand brought out a long silver-like memory. It grew longer and broke, and the silver light floated on the tip of the wand. Slughorn put it into the bottle, and the silver wire rolled up and then spread out. He circled like gas. He plugged the bottle cap with his trembling hands and handed it to Harry.
"This memory is actually irrelevant, and I don't think it will help you deal with that guy." Slughorn said in a rather weird tone. "I probably know Dumbledore's guess, but I can only tell you that he is wrong."

Harry could feel the effect of the Fuling agent disappearing. He returned to the castle. The door was not locked at this time, but he encountered Pipi Ghost on the fourth floor. He hurried into a short walkway next to him, but he was not discovered. When he walked to the portrait of Fat Lady, he pulled off his invisible clothes. He found that her emotions were very unfavorable to him, but he was not surprised.
"Do you know what time it is now?"
"I'm very sorry-I have something important to go out-"
"I changed my password in the middle of the night. You can only sleep in the corridor."
"Just kidding!" said Harry, "Why do you need to change your order in the middle of the night?"
"That's it," said the fat lady, "I always change my orders in the middle of the night."
Maybe this is a side effect of taking Fuling? Harry sadly thought that he might have to spend the night in the corridor or Filch's office.
"I'm going to find Professor Dumbledore, you shouldn't do that." Harry said to Fat Lady.
"Ha, then you go find it if he is still in Hogwarts." said Fat Lady disdainfully.
"In fact, Dumbledore is indeed at school now, and he's back an hour ago."
Nick, who almost lost his head, floated towards Harry, his head still shaking on his wrinkled collar.
"I heard what the blood man Barrow said, and he saw it. Barrow said that Dumbledore looked in a good mood, but he was a little tired. Of course, as a minister, he had to come to school by himself..."
"Where is he?" Harry clenched the glass bottle in his hand.
"Oh, humming and whining on the astronomical tower, Ding Ling Dangling. This is his favorite pastime—"
"Not Blood Barrow, I'm asking Dumbledore!"
"Oh-in his office," Nick said, "according to Barrow, he had something to do before he went to bed-"
"Yes, yes," Harry was so excited that he turned around and ran away when he thought of telling Dumbledore that he had found his memory. The fat lady screamed from behind.
"Come back! I lied to you! I was angry that you woke me up! The command is still a 'tapeworm'!"
But Harry had already run away, and a few minutes later he was already saying "Toxen Finger Cake" to Dumbledore's stone monster. The monster jumped aside and allowed Harry to walk up the spiral staircase.
"Come in." Harry heard Dumbledore say after knocking on the door, his voice seemed exhausted.
Harry opened the door.
"Oh, Harry," Dumbledore said in surprise, "Is there anything wrong with coming so late?"
"Sir - I got it, I got that memory."
Harry took out a small glass bottle and showed it to Dumbledore. A smile appeared on Dumbledore's face.
"Harry, this is exciting news! It's amazing! I know you can do it!"

"You shouldn't advise me to hand over that memory, it should be a secret."
"The secret that is known is not a secret, and in my opinion it is nothing. Everyone has done something stupid like this. Didn't Dumbledore go crazy when he was young? Since Dumbledore wants to know, let him know and try to satisfy his curiosity." (To be continued)
