Chapter 40: Expose
"But I'm really Slytherin." Harry had to choose to be stubborn at this time. The consequences of admitting that he was Harry Potter were definitely much more serious than being bitten by a werewolf. He didn't believe that Grey Burke would kill a wizard at will - if they still wanted to integrate the wizarding world to conquer the entire world.
"My patience is very limited, ugly." Greybock threatened, "It seems that turning you into a werewolf first should be a good idea. Have you not heard Scarbio say just now? There is no truant at Slytherin College."
"But I'm really Slytherin, my dad works in the Ministry of Magic, in the Division of Accidents and Disasters," Harry said.
"You are so helpless, ugly." Greybock opened his mouth angrily, revealing a fang that was not human-like - he was already very much like a werewolf when he had not transformed.
"Wait, Grey Burke." Scarbio said, "I just cheated him, and of course there are truant people at Slytherin College."
"So." Greybock said, "Is there a Dudley surnamed in the Ministry of Magic? The Division of Magic Accidents and Disasters."
"You don't know the current situation of the Ministry of Magic. The scale has expanded several times and many new faces have been added, but I remember there is indeed a Dudley in the Ministry." Scarbio said slowly.
"Okay, OK," said Greybock, Harry heard a slight tremor from the cold voice. He knew Greybock was wondering if he had really beaten and tied up the son of the Ministry of Magic officials. Harry's heart pounded against the rope around his ribs, and he thought Greybock should have seen it. "If you're telling the truth, ugly, there's nothing to be afraid of when you go to the Ministry of Magic. I guess your dad will reward us for sending you back."
"But," said Harry, his mouth dry, "you have to let us-"
"Stop talking nonsense." Greybock punched Harry hard, "Even if you are the son of a Ministry of Magic employee, it's useless. We get the news that Harry Potter and his friends are hiding in this area. As long as we figure out the identity of the red-haired Buddy over there, we will know whether you are Vernon Dudley."
Greybock stared at Harry, suddenly his gaze froze, and he squatted down again, carefully looking at his distorted face.
"What is on your forehead, Vernon?" he asked softly, pressing a dirty finger against Harry's tight scar, and his stinky breathing sprayed into Harry's nostrils.
"Don't touch!" Harry shouted. He couldn't control himself. The pain was so painful that he was about to vomit.
"I think you wear glasses, Potter?" Greybock said softly.
"I've seen a pair of glasses in the house!" cried a hunter hiding behind, "Greybock, wait--"
A few seconds later, Harry's glasses were forcibly placed on his face. Now the hunting team has come closer and stared at him.
"It's him!" Greybork shouted, "We caught Potter!"
They all took a few steps back and were surprised at their gains.
"We're rich, Harry Potter is worth 200,000 Gallons!" said Scarbio.
"My God. What the old guy Sclinger said was true," Greybock said. "We really caught Porter."
Harry felt a chill. It was Sclint who betrayed them?
"It seems that loyalty to Sclinger is going to be reassessed," Alex said.
"Shut up, Alex, I'm the head here." Greybock roared. "Of course there are people who are responsible for Sclinger's affairs, not you, the waste who gets fucked to the end."
Alex glared at him coldly and stopped talking.
"What should I do now? Go directly to the Ministry of Magic?" Scarbio was a little excited.
"No, first of all, we can't confirm that he is Harry Potter 100%," said Greyburk. "If it's the trap set by Sclinger, that old ghost. If he is not Harry Potter and we take him directly to the Ministry of Magic, we'll be done."
"What should I do?" Scarbio asked.
"Go to Malfoy's house. Malfoy is Potter's mortal enemy. He must have clearly distinguished whether this ugly monster was Harry Potter and the red hair over there."
Ron looked trembling.
"Bady Weasley? Hey, I think it should be Ron Weasley."
"I'm not Ron Weasley." Ron whispered.
"It's easy to confirm, Red Hair!" Greybock snarled, "You're on the wanted list, worth 2,000 Gallons. It's okay, are you Ron Weasley? It's easy to confirm when you get to Malfoy Manor."
"But Lucius doesn't like us going to Malfoy Manor. He is the hero in front of his master and the minister of the Ministry of Magic on the surface." Scarbio said.
"Who is the leader here?" Greybock roared, "I said this is Potter. He added his wand, a total of 200,000 Gallons! If you are timid and don't want to go, it's all mine."
"Okay?" said Scarbio, "Okay, let's follow you!"
"What about you? Alex?" Greybock stared at Alex provocatively.
"You are the head here," Alex said coldly. "Of course I will listen to you."
Greybock laughed like he had won a big victory.
"So what about the other people caught, Grey Burke, what should I do?" Scarbio said.
"Take it together. There are two mud species, and this is another ten gallon. That fairy is only one gallon. Forget it, take it with you too. No matter how small the mosquito is, it will be meat."
The prisoners were pulled up. Harry could hear Ron's rapid, terrified breathing.
"Catch it, tighten it. I'll deal with Potter." Greybock said, grabbing Harry's hair, and Harry felt his long yellow nails slash his scalp, "Count to three! One-two-three-"
They dragged the prisoner's phantom and moved. Harry struggled, trying to shake off Greybock's hand, but hopeless: Ron was squeezed tightly on both sides of him, and he couldn't get out. The air in his lungs was squeezed out.
They landed on a country road, and the prisoners staggered and bumped into each other. Harry was still swollen with his eyes. After adapting for a while, he saw a pair of wrought iron gates, which seemed to be a long driveway behind them.
A search team member strode forward and shook the iron gate.
"How do we get in? The door is locked, Greybock, I can't--oh!"
He shook his hand back in fear. The wrought iron was deforming, and the abstract flower-rolled figure twisted into a terrible face, saying in an echoing metal voice: "Speak out for the purpose of visiting."
"We caught Potter!" Greybock roared with great might, "We caught Harry Potter!" (To be continued...)
