Chapter 88 No way(2/2)

The Queen Mother became even more furious and took action against several cases.

"Back off," she shouted.

"No, empress, I dare not accept this marriage." Mrs. Zhou shouted.

The imperial concubine sneered.

"Don't you dare? Mrs. Zhou seems to be very brave," she said with a smile.

"Get out, get out!"

The Queen Mother could no longer suppress her anger and shouted, and the servants from all around rushed over and dragged Mrs. Zhou out of the palace door.

Watching the noisy group of people leaving, the emperor looked solemn.

"Your Majesty, do you want to come in?" the chamberlain asked in a low voice.

The emperor shook his head, turned around and strode away.

The chamberlain hurriedly waved his hands to the people around him, followed the emperor quickly, and the people retreated quietly.

"Grandpa, the Queen Mother's side..."

Only now did the young chamberlain who had been blind around the Queen Mother's palace dare to whisper to the old chamberlain beside him.

The old chamberlain shook his head.

"Our mouth and eyes are not our own. Only by looking can we see and let us speak so we can speak." He said.

As soon as he finished speaking, the Queen Mother's voice came from inside.

"Look, I can see, listen and speak now," said the old chamberlain.

The young chamberlain found the emperor in An Fei Palace.

Concubine An was already pregnant. The imperial doctors had checked her pulse twice and confirmed that she was a prince. The emperor was even more happy and stayed in Concubine An's palace day by day.

It stands to reason that Concubine An cannot sleep with her now, and the emperor should not stay overnight. The Queen Mother has reminded her two or three times, but the emperor still behaves like this.

"I just want to accompany you. The older I get, the more I like children." The emperor said.

Concubine An was sitting opposite, chuckling.

"Your Majesty, I don't know how to accompany you at such a young age. It's too early to accompany you," she said.

The emperor pretended to be angry and unhappy.

"It's nonsense, even at such a young age, you know it." He said, reaching out and gently poking Concubine An's belly, "It was the empress who said bad things about you, but the father didn't say anything."

Concubine An smiled wildly and hugged the emperor's arm.

"Your Majesty and the Queen both like children," she said.

The emperor was stunned for a moment.

The Queen's health is said to be much better recently, and he knows this.

"The Queen often comes to your place?" he asked.

"No, the imperial doctor told me to walk around more. I saw the Queen several times in the imperial garden. The empress was also told to walk around more, but I didn't come near. The queen stayed away and talked to me several times.

." Concubine An said.

"Avoiding you?" asked the emperor.

Concubine An nodded.

"The Queen said that she has not recovered yet, so as not to let the illness spread to the child." She said, "The imperial doctor said that this is impossible, but the Queen still avoids it."

The emperor smiled with some understanding.

The women in the palace...

"No." Concubine An saw through the emperor's thoughts and shook his arm and said, "The Queen is not avoiding concubines like that, she is just afraid."

"Afraid?" the emperor asked in confusion.

"The Empress said that children are very fragile. She likes them but is afraid of them." Concubine An said, and sighed softly, "Although the Empress didn't say much, I could tell that when she looked at my belly,

I am so happy but also worried and nervous, I feel a little sad when I see it."

The emperor was silent for a moment.

"The queen gave birth to two children but couldn't support them. One died before she was born. The other was only born for three days. Then she couldn't give birth. She hugged Brother Six again, and now..." he said slowly.

Now the sixth brother I once had is gone.

A woman has experienced such repeated blows several times...

The emperor sighed softly.

"The Queen really likes children," he said.

Concubine An nodded.

"Your Majesty..." She hugged the emperor's arm and leaned close to him, a bit coquettish and a bit uneasy.

"Don't worry, the imperial doctor said that both you and the child are fine." The emperor smiled, knowing what she was thinking, and hurriedly stretched out his hand to caress and comfort her.

The mood here was really serious, and the little chamberlain came in to convey the Queen Mother's words.

Before the little chamberlain could finish speaking, the emperor interrupted with a smile.

"The Queen Mother likes to make her own decisions regarding the marriage of her children. I will not ask about it," he said.

The waiter responded and exited. Concubine An was a little surprised.

"Your Majesty, that is Mrs. Cheng's marriage." She couldn't help but say.

The emperor smiled slightly.

"What's wrong with Mrs. Cheng? Can't she get married?" He laughed.

Concubine An shook the emperor's arm with a bit of annoyance.

"Your Majesty, you know what I am talking about. Is this appropriate?" she said.

The emperor smiled slightly.

"It doesn't matter if it's appropriate or not, this is not necessarily a bad thing," he said.
