Chapter 609: True and False Ksitigarbha(2/2)

The heaven is divided into thirty-three levels, and the underworld is divided into eighteen levels.

The underworld is vast, and there are countless ghosts and creatures in it. Counting from top to bottom, in the first nine levels of the underworld, there are various ghost kings and gods canonized by the heaven to assist Zuo Yanjun, establish the underworld, and govern ghosts and spirits.

However, there are ten Yama Kings in the Tenth Hall, and the Tenth Hall Chakravartin King does not have many peaceful ghosts and gods under his command to govern the people's livelihood.

He lives in the tenth level of the underworld. From there, the lower levels of the underworld are either filled with lifeless spirits or extremely evil monsters, which there is no need to control in the first place.

The duty of the Wheel-turning King is to find some parts of these monsters that can be enlightened, and while suppressing them, help them brew spirituality until they turn into rational ghosts and gods, or differentiate into countless ghosts and spirits, and then reincarnate.

.

The true meaning of turning the wheel is to transform the extremely evil state of the five turbidities into the normal state of beings in previous lives.

However, there are countless evil beasts in the lower underworld. Every time a relic from the old world enters the underworld, the number of evil beasts will increase. There are too few ghosts and gods who can achieve success in the underworld. After the successive kings of the underworld took office, it took a long time.

, it is inevitable to feel overwhelmed.

In ancient times, several wheel-turning kings reported to the Heavenly Court, and after they resigned one after another and left their posts, the Heavenly Court selected volunteers with great magic power and great talents from the three realms, regardless of what kind of Taoism they practiced, and they all had the opportunity to be named the Netherworld Cult Leaders to assist in transformation.

The King of Wheels suppresses the evil beasts of the lower underworld.

The Netherworld leader of this generation is Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva who comes from Western Buddhism.

Chakravartin admired Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva very much, although his attainments in the wheel-turning path of the underworld were not deep enough to transform the evil beasts in the lower underworld into the normal state of ghosts and spirits in previous lives.

However, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has strong cultivation, profound Buddhist teachings, and the ability to attain supreme enlightenment. However, due to the great vows he has made in the past, he does not call himself Buddha.

He is able to transform the evil beasts in the lower underworld into six kinds of strange creatures that are devoted to Buddhism through the influence of his own Dharma.

The Wheel-turning King will then take over and turn these six kinds of creatures into normal ghosts with no specific tendencies, and send them to reincarnation. The whole process will be much easier.

But for some unknown reason today, when this Bodhisattva preached the Dharma, the Buddha's voice became a little erratic.

The Wheel-turning King was far away. After listening to it for a while, he felt a little strange in his heart. He summoned the authority of the King of Hell and came to the gate of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's Pure Land in an instant.

In the pure land, there is a white, fat, beardless Bodhisattva, wearing a dharma crown, sitting high on a lotus platform, chanting scriptures incessantly, and the Buddha's voice suddenly becomes stronger again.

King Chakravartin did not realize that there was a line of cause and effect that had been hidden by Ksitigarbha.

And within that line of cause and effect, there was still a voice that made "Ksitigarbha" displeased.

"Stop pretending."
