(9) Notes to Chapter 66

Note 1: Qian Xinmin, a Zhejiang native, graduated from the Central Political School in his early years. He was the first commander of the Military Command Station after the fall of Nanjing. He was arrested during a meeting in Shanghai and was later deported to Nanjing. Unable to withstand the hard and soft tactics of No. 76, he rebelled.

He used his military position as a cover to continue the work of rebuilding the Nanjing Station and was appointed as the military commander of the Nanjing Station.

Disposal of the Japanese Super High School. On January 2, 1942, Shang Zhensheng was secretly murdered at the Jiangwan execution ground in the northern suburbs of Shanghai.

Qiang Yihu. A native of Xi'an, Shaanxi. After the fall of Nanjing, he was ordered to follow Qian Xinmin and Shang Zhensheng to rebuild the Nanjing Station. He served as the captain of the action team and carried out assassination missions. He successfully killed two Wang puppet spies and a Japanese military police leader.
