Chapter 18
Li Huiming, a new young pilot, participated in the "Golden Helmet" competition, defeated eight veterans of air combat, became famous in the Southeast Air Force theater, and became the youngest sixth-generation pilot of the "Golden Helmet" in the Chinese Air Force; Zhong Xianwei, also a young pilot, stood out in the "Golden Darts" competition and won the championship.
The two young pilots also came to the Flying Eagle Aviation School Recruitment Bureau to visit their younger brother's re-elect.
Their younger brothers are Li Zhikun and Zhong Xiaoquan.
These two are genius students and are also the second generation of airplanes who have undergone rigorous flight training since childhood.
However, this time the selection is very different from the previous ones.
It is said that it is the strictest re-electing selection in history.
At least before conducting psychological tests and flight simulation assessments, all students who participate in the re-select must first participate in the test of the four "magic tools" of pilot physical fitness training.
Fixed rollers, movable rollers, spiral ladders and swivel chairs.
This is the training course that pilots must go through in their daily growth!
Rotary ladder, fixed roller, multi-dimensional solid roller, swivel chair... These flight training programs are designed to exercise students' anti-stun, load-resistant, spatial orientation and other abilities.
These high-difficulty challenges are dizzy just by looking at them, and this is just a daily training for pilots.
It plays an important role in improving the function of the vestibular analyzer of the flight cadet, improving the central nervous system regulation function of the vascular system, enhancing the ability of students to withstand strong loads, promoting the stability of balance function and determining direction, exercising the coordination ability of muscle relaxation and tension, enhancing joint ligaments and developing muscle strength in the arms, abdomen and lower limbs, improving students' anti-vertigo ability and maintaining body balance, and cultivating courage, decisiveness, wit and other willpower qualities and a united and friendly collaborative spirit.
Rotary ladder training is a unique training method for pilots to improve their spatial orientation ability. Space orientation ability is one of the main physical qualities that pilots must have. The quality of spatial orientation ability is directly related to flight training and flight safety. Poor spatial orientation ability is a common problem for pilots, especially among flight students. This not only seriously affects flight learning, but may even endanger flight safety.
Fixed roller
Fixed roller training is a unique training method for pilots to improve their spatial orientation ability. Fixed roller movement is a sports event in which the wheels rotate through the movement of the human center of gravity, thereby exercising the body. Regular practice of fixed rollers has significant effects on improving spatial orientation ability. The so-called spatial orientation ability refers to the ability of a person to judge and recognize his attitude, position and movement in the space, that is, the vestibular balance function. High-quality pilots must not only have theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability to fly an aircraft, but also have physical qualities suitable for flight work, especially vestibular balance ability.
movable roller
Through the activity roller training, students' strength, courage and simulated flight acceleration can be enhanced, students' anti-stun ability can be exercised, students' manipulation ability and their own stance, position and movement in space can be judged and cognitive, which is extremely challenging.
The rotating chair test is a prescribed item in the Air Force's physical examination for pilot recruitment. It mainly checks the subject's anti-dizziness and rapid recovery of balance ability. When conducting the rotating chair test, the subject sat on the swing chair, his feet off the ground, and covered his eyes with an eye mask. There is a baffle on the back of the head. After the test begins, an instrument similar to a counter makes a "click" sound, and the personal feeling frequency is about twice a second. The swing chair rotates at a constant speed in the same direction. During the rotation process, the subject's head is required to be on the gear.
On the board, the head is swung left and right with the rhythm of the counter (under closed light, due to the horizontal rotation of the swing chair and the movement of the head, the subject has a feeling of left and right, rolling back and forth and spinning). After the rotation stops, the subject is asked to walk a distance along a straight line drawn on the ground (is it three meters or five meters forgot because it was too long and I didn't pay attention at that time), so as to see the subject's dizziness reaction, and then let the subject stand still to see if it can return to normal within the specified time.
