975: Godic(1/2)
977: Full of your heart
"Not necessarily." Jiaruian wanted to explain: "This is too simplified."
"I knew you were a mage for a long time." Serena said, "I told you that day by the pond, remember?"
"I don't want to be a mage," protested Garrion, "I didn't ask to be a mage."
"I didn't ask to be a princess, but I'm a princess now!"
"That's different. To be a person or a princess depends on his natural identity, but whether a person wants to be a mage depends on his actions."
"I don't think it's any difference." Serena stubbornly retorted.
“I have the ability to make something happen,” Garion said to Serena. “And often it makes something bad.”
"So what?" Serena was about to burst out angry. "I also have the ability to cause something bad - at least I had this ability when I was in Hannai City; I could just say one word and send the servants to be beaten or beheaded. Of course I didn't do this, but it would be fine if I wanted to do it. Mana, power, are the same thing, because the results of both are the same. If you don't want to harm others, then don't harm others."
"But sometimes bad things happen, and it's not that I deliberately tried to make it happen." The bump sound is so loud that it makes people feel restless, almost like an annoying headache.
"Then you have to learn to control your abilities!"
"You speak more and more like Aunt Bao."
"She is helping you!" said the princess. "She has been trying to find ways to guide you to do what you will do in the end. Do you have to burn a few people to be willing to accept her teachings humbly?"
"You don't have to say such things." Serena's words stinged Garrion deeply.
"No." Serena said to Garrien, "I must say that you are really lucky if you didn't be my nephew. Because I will never endure your foolishness like Ms. Bojana."
"You don't understand at all." Jiaruian murmured dejectedly.
"You think I don't understand, but I actually understand more than you, Jiaruian. Do you know where your problem is? You don't want to grow up. You want to stay in your childhood forever. But this is impossible, because no one can do it. No matter how powerful you have - even if you are an emperor or a mage, you can't make time stop. I knew this a long time ago, but then again, I'm probably much smarter than you." Then Serena raised her toes and gently printed a kiss on Jiaruian's lips without explaining a word.
Jiaruian blushed and shyly lowered his head.
"Tell me." Serena said, playing with the sleeves of Garion's robe: "Is that Queen Samisla really so beautiful?"
"She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen in my life." Jiaruian replied without thinking.
The princess gasped violently. "I hate you!" Serena gritted her teeth and shouted; then she turned around to find Aunt Bao crying.
Jia Ruian stared at her back in confusion, then turned his head and looked at the river and the floating ashes with great thoughts. The beating of his palm became unbearable, so Jia Ruian began to snatch the palm with his nails.
"You can sniff the skin like this." Jia Rui'an said in his heart.
"But it's very itchy, it can't stand it."
"Don't be childish."
"what is going on?"
"What you mean is that you can't figure it out at all? I think I was wrong. You still have a long way to go in the future! Put your right palm on the silver plate to ward off evil."
"Why?"
"Just do it, Jia Rui'an."
Jiaruian reached into his robe and placed his scorching palm on the silver plate for protective body. Jiaruian's palm was very compatible with the leaping silver plate for warding off evil, as if he had inserted a key into a lock specially made for this key. The vigorous leaping turned into a surging feeling that Jiaruian was already familiar with now, and the sound of bumps began to echo in his ears emptyly.
"Don't try too hard." The voice warned Garuian: "You aren't trying to suck the river dry, aren't you?"
"What's going on? What the hell is going on?"
"Bergaris is looking for us!"
"Is it grandpa? Where is he?"
"You have to be patient."
The sound of the bump became louder and louder. At the end, with each touch, Jiaruian shook his whole body. Jiaruian looked out from the bar, hoping to see through the thick fog; but the slowly falling, so light that a thick layer of ashes accumulated on the muddy surface of the river, making the scenery twenty steps away confused. Jiaruian could not see the Sisitu City at all, and the crying sounds from the streets that disappeared seemed to be stuffed in the drum; only the slow flow of water hitting the hull could still be seen clearly.
Then, Jiaruian saw something moving in the distance on the river; the small black dot seemed to be just a ghostly shadow among the water.
The bump sound became louder.
After the black shadow slowly approached, Jia Rui'an realized that it was a small boat. The boat's pulp blew up the river surface and splashed small water; he turned his head to look at the oar holder with his back to Jia Rui'an. The man turned his head to look at it. The man turned out to be slippery. His slippery face was covered with a layer of ashes, and sweat flowed down his cheeks row by row.
Old Wolf was sitting at the stern of the boat, wrapping his cloak and hood pulled up.
"Welcome back, Begareth." said the voice in Jiaruian's heart.
"Who are you?" Lao Lang's surprised voice appeared in Jiarui's heart. "Is it you, Begarui's?"
"Not all." The voice replied, "Not all all Begarean is now, but we are getting closer."
"I just wondered who made such a loud noise!"
"He always overdosed things. Sooner or later he has to learn it."
One of the sailors gathered at the stern of the boat and surrounded Barric let out a scream, so everyone turned their heads and looked at the boat gradually floating over.
Aunt Bao came out of the cabin below and walked to the bar. "You have been late for several days!" she shouted.
"We were delayed." The old man replied through the increasingly smaller gap. He pushed the hood behind his back and slapped the powdery ashes from the cloak; then Jia Ruian discovered that the old man's left arm was wrapped in a dirty cloth towel, hung around his neck, and hung it against his chest.
"What's wrong with your hand?" Aunt Bao asked.
"I don't want to talk about this." Old Lang had an ugly scratch on his cheek, stretching all the way to his silver-white beard, and his eyes seemed very irritable.
Slipper once again rowed the oars into the water, and skillfully drove the boat to the side of Codyk's big ship, and the two ships touched it gently; but there was an evil smile on his dusty face.
"I think I probably can't tell you, you shut your mouth tightly." Lao Lang said to the little man irritably.
"Do I dare say anything, great mage?" said slippery and teasingly, his squirming eyes pretending to be innocent.
"Just just help me up." Lao Lang said to Hualiu, his tone very impatient. When Lao Lang stood up, he looked like he was being attacked by a fatal attack.
"Everyone listens to you, Ancient Saint Begaris." replied Liuliu; he was obviously trying his best to hold back and laugh. Laolang climbed up the ship bar without any ease, while Liuliu reached out to stabilize Laolang.
"Let's get out of here quickly!" As soon as Captain Godick came over, Lao Lang said blindly.
"Where are you going, Ancient Saint?" Captain Godic asked carefully; the old man was already angry, and he didn't want to add fuel to the fire.
Lao Lang glared at Gedike fiercely.
"Go upstream or downstream?" Gordyk said comfortably.
"Of course, it's going up against the current." Lao Lang shouted.
"How could I know?" Gedick said helplessly to Aunt Bao; then he turned around and walked away and began to give orders to the sailors.
Aunt Bao's face was a sigh of relief and curious expression. "I dare say that your story must be very exciting, father." Aunt Bao said; at this time, the sailors had already begun to pull up the heavy anchor. "I can't wait to listen to you."
"Don't be so sarcastic, Bao Jiana!" Lao Lang said to Aunt Bao: "I'm already in a bad mood today, don't put any harm in the wrong."
The last sentence finally broke through the limit of slippery patience. The little man who was climbing onto the ship on the bar suddenly burst into hopeless laughter. The slippery not only fell on the deck, but also laughed loudly.
The sailors of Codyk stretched out their oars and began to turn the boat; the old wolf man stared at the slippery angrily, looking very offended.
"What's wrong with your arm, father?" Aunt Bao looked at Lao Lang intently, and her tone clearly revealed that she didn't want to wait any longer.
"It's broken!" Lao Lang said simply.
"How did it break?"
"That was a stupid accident, Baojiana. Such things are inevitable."
"let me see."
"Wait a minute." Lao Lang frowned and glanced at Slippery. "Can you stop? Go and tell the sailors where we are going."
"Where are we going, father?" asked Aunt Bao: "Have you found Lida's whereabouts?"
"He has crossed the border and entered the Kingdom of Solmogo; once he has passed, he has been caught by Duchiko."
"Where is the holy stone?"
"Duchiko took it."
"Then how can we stop Duchiko before he brought the Holy Stone back to Laxol?"
"I think we may not be able to stop him. Besides, we have to go to Yadu Valley first."
"Yadugu? Father, the more you talk, the more conflicted you become."
"Our master summons us, Bojana. He wants us to go to Yadu Valley, so we have to go and have a walk."
"What should I do if that holy stone?"
"Now the holy stone is in Duchiko's hands, and I know where we should go to Duchiko; he will only go back to Laxol City and never go anywhere else. So now we are going to Yadu Valley."
"Just do it like this, father." Aunt Bao responded comfortably. "Don't be more excited as you talk." Then Aunt Bao looked at Lao Lang carefully and asked directly, "Did you do something with someone?"
"No, I won't fight with others." Lao Lang replied in disgust.
"Then what's going on?"
"The tree fell down and pressed on me."
"What?"
"I just said it."
After the old man reluctantly admitted the truth, he burst into a new round of laughter with slickness and joy.
