Chapter 21 Blessing and Comfort
Blessings and comfort
Morra waited in the car for a long time, and finally couldn't hear the crying outside, and got out of the car again. She happened to see the surviving women and less than ten children in the village coming to her car.
These women looked at Mora respectfully and fearfully. Now no one would regard this seemingly weak boy as weak and weak. The majesty and power that seemed to come from the sky made these women feel as uneasy as when they looked at him.
A slightly older woman (the older one is gone) approached and asked, "Dear Warrior, what should we call you? You have done such a great redemption for us. Please make sure that we know your name, and I will remember you in the days to come."
Morra raised his hand to stop her words, "I am the prophet of the Father God who created the heaven and earth, and now I am walking in this world under His command. Today, the one who saves you is God the Father, and I am just his vessel. Bless him."
The existence of God the Father is in a strange state throughout the world. Almost everyone thinks that God the Father has fallen asleep except for the Canaanite tribes. Therefore, most people say that they are believers of God the Father, then either the gods he believes in are not suitable or cannot be spoken out, or they just implicitly tell people that I will not tell you my god.
So the woman still said, "Praise the gods who created the heaven and earth, and let warriors like you save us from the hands of the evil ones, just tell us your name, and please don't turn around and leave like this. Please pity us living incompetent women and children, our homes have been destroyed, and we weak women really don't know what to do."
Morah replied, "You may call me Mora, I am the prophet of God the Father. As for your hardship, don't worry, if you don't handle your affairs well, I will never leave."
When the women heard this, they felt relieved. The woman who was the leader of the speaker introduced herself, "Dear Prophet, my name is Ofila, the oldest among these miserable vassals. She is reluctant to be the one who speaks to you among these miserables. Please teach us what to do now, we have buried our family."
At this time, the sky was clear, and the sun shone on Morra, as if it was a messenger falling from the sky. These women and the only remaining children all looked at him closely, and knew what the prophet would arrange for them.
Morra pulled the carriage to the place where he spoke in the middle of the village. Now the corpses and blood stains here have been buried or cleaned. Only the still messy site shows that something bad happened here has happened.
Mora sat on the rut and said to Ofira: "Tell me the names, numbers and situations in their homes, so I can judge your specific situation."
Ofila counted these people, thirty-six women and seven children, and the others, both young and old, were killed. When these women were thinking about all this, they couldn't help crying in a low voice. Several of them could not stand and were supported by their companions and stood barely. Seeing this, Mora got up, prayed to the gods, and then blessed the women,
"You only women left! Let me tell you that your parents, husbands, and children are gone now, and you are still alive in the world. Although you are sad, don't give up, because you are the last hope of your lost family. You must cherish your body, become strong, and live bravely. Perhaps God will soon bless you, so that you can meet the opportunity and leave your husband's reputation so that he will not be able to break himself after the tribe has interrupted himself."
"You sad women, I bless you today in the name of God the Father. Your life is no longer your own, but your dead husbands and children. You must live well for them. I bless you, wishing you to meet good men again, and you can give birth to descendants and leave a name for your dead families, so that they will not disappear into this disaster."
"Sad women, be strong. I bless you in the name of God the Father. Your suffering ends today. There will be no such sorrow in the days ahead. You all rise up and live bravely and happily. Your relatives underground will be comforted when they see you live happily."
Morah said a lot more, and then these sad women were gradually moved by his words, and the Spirit of God was also with Morah. The power of God's blessing entered the hearts of these women with Morah's words. They immediately stopped their sorrow and gradually gained strength to stand by themselves and listen to Morah arrange their future lives for them.
Mora said to Offira: "When I interrogated the gangsters, I knew they were not just like this. There were still many people going to the nearby villages. Now I don't know what's going on. A village like you can no longer live independently. Now you pack up what you can use, prepare a few carriages, food and water. I will take you to the nearby villages to see them, and finally gather them together to make you live with peace of mind."
After hearing this, all of these women picked up their feelings, and many of them married from nearby villages, and said that they were full of sorrow at this time, and they all dispersed to prepare things.
There were still some horses in the village, and the gangsters did not run far away. There were not many horse-drawn carriages in the village, but after gathering together, they did enough of these people.
But those homes that are no longer alone have prepared food and water. Although they are doing housework at home because of women, they are shocked for a long time when they are sad. By the time everything is about to prepare, it is already dark.
Mora said to Ofila, who had never left much, "It's too late today. You are suffering from such troubles today. Let's rest here tonight, and we will set out again tomorrow morning."
Ofila then told the other people the news. Before leaving, Mora said to her, "Go and call the children over, and I bless them. Today, these children are frightened, and if they are not comforted, they will return to the shadow of their hearts." This was learned by Mora when he was studying with the elders in the temple - Canaan's education can be said to be the best in that area.
When Ofila heard this, he cried and said, "We have been in great trouble today but we still have to thank you, because God has brought His noble and loving messengers to our midst."
Mora quickly helped her up and said, "Don't bow down to me, nor do I accept your kneeling. Only the Father who created the heaven and earth in this world has the right to accept the kneeling of man. Please give all glory to him, for I am his prophet, and who will preach the gospel and teach him."
Ofila thanked God the Father again (although she still didn't believe in her heart that Mora was really the prophet of God the Father), and then she went to gather the children and let them come to Mora to receive blessings. When the mothers or sisters of the children heard Mora do this for them, they all felt relieved in their hearts and thanked God, because they knew that this was the true messenger of God, because he was very loving.
