Episode 17 A Brand New Road(1/2)

.

(The Haiwen family walked too slowly, because the three of them were injured and children. They stopped and walked for many days, and today they came to a clearing in the forest. A place that completely changed their destiny.)

"Mom, are you feeling very tired? Your face is getting worse and worse." The little girl looked at her mother worriedly.

Haven held Seidel with one hand and touched her forehead with the other. "She has a fever. If she can't treat her anymore, I'm afraid she won't be able to get through."

"Mom..." The little girl's tears flowed down.

Seidel barely raised his eyelids. "Don't be sad for me. I have killed so many innocent people and it's time to be retribution..."

The little girl shouted without any hesitation: "You have not made up for the maternal love you owe me, so you cannot die!"

"Yes. So I'm still holding on..." Seidel closed his eyes again.

Havan put her down on the grass and turned out a small patterned bottle from his waist. "Although I don't want to use it, Sarah made this for you. Although it can help you recover quickly, it will also change your soul. If you drink it, it will no longer be the Seidel of the past, and perhaps it will no longer be the Seidel."

Seidel's survival now comes from being able to be with her husband and daughter. "It doesn't matter. Even if she is lost, I will stay in this world with you..."

The little girl also shouted to her father: "Hurry up! Mom is going to die!"

Haven glanced at Seidel for the last time and kissed her on the forehead. "Seidel, we have a husband and wife after all, and this kiss is the last gift I gave you. We may have been wrong in the past, but this time we may have done it right." He twisted the stopper of the patterned bottle and sent it to her mouth.

At this time, Seidel had no strength to open his eyes, only a trembling voice was left in his mouth. "Haven...I really love you... Why don't you believe it..."

I don't know if Hawen heard it, but the small bottle of potion really poured into Seidel's mouth. The little girl sat beside her, holding her rough and hard hands and cried. "Mom, don't leave us behind." There was a choking sound in the forest all night until it was cold.

"Dad! Mom moved just now, I'm sure!" the little girl suddenly screamed.

Haiwen didn't sleep all night, looking at this former wife. "Let go of her hand. Otherwise, she might hurt you if she wakes up."

"Why?" The little girl didn't know what the effect of that bottle of potion would be.

Havan simply stepped forward and pulled her up. "Sarah once told me that this bottle is called a tear of regret. It can pull people back from the brink of death, but it will make people forget the past."

"Will mom still recognize us?" the little girl asked anxiously.

"Theoretically, it won't. Unless we can tell her everything again." Hawen wouldn't believe that the potion can expire.

While the two of them were talking, Seidel had already raised his body with one hand and looked at them. Hawen looked at her, not knowing how much difference between the theory and the actual situation she said just now.

Seidel suddenly cleared his throat and said, "Haven, what's going on? Why am I here?"

"I have to say that this is a miracle. You actually remember me." Even Hawen was a little excited.

The little girl was about to pounce into Seidel's arms, but Haven held her and did not let her get close. "Sedel. Do you still remember who she is?"

Seidel looked at the little girl and shook her head slowly. "I don't know you. I want to ask why you are carrying a child." Her body seemed to have recovered. Not only was her voice full of breath, but her face also regained rosy. After standing up from the ground, she looked at her daughter curiously.

"Mom, I am your daughter." The little girl really didn't dare to get close to her anymore.

When Seidel heard this, she felt like she was hit on the head by a heavy hammer. She covered her head and fell to the ground, and rolled back and forth. "Ah!! My head!!"

Hawen knew that he could not stop anything. "It must be the potion that is quickly destroying her brain cells. My good daughter, I'm afraid that even I will forget when her head stops hurting."

At this time, Seidel was so painful that his hands were clenched into his scalp, and blood flowed down his cheeks. "Ah!!! Who is hurting me!!!"

Tauni's vision suddenly appeared beside Havan. "Sister-in-law brings you a message. You must leave Seidel, and she may run away."

"What should I keep her? Now she doesn't even know her most important daughter. This is what she chose to accompany us." Haiwen shook his head regretfully.

"Sister-in-law said you will definitely have a solution, and I think so too. The words have been brought to you." Tauni's illusion gradually disappeared.

The little girl suddenly shouted, "Mom doesn't move anymore! Go and see her!"

Haven pulled his daughter to Seidel lying on the ground. He found Seidel still had his eyes open and just looked up at the sky motionlessly.

"Sedal, are you okay?" Hawen asked tentatively, but the other party did not respond at all.

"Mom, mom." The little girl kept shouting.

Haven reached out and shook her in front of Seidel, confirming that she was in shock. The opportunity was rare. He immediately took out some thin ropes that were very similar to the shadow spider silk from the package and tied Seidel up directly. "That way, I left her behind. I have never done such a hard thing myself before. For her, this is the first time."

The little girl felt uncomfortable when she watched her father tied her mother. "Dad, is mom really that scary?"

"You don't understand the darkness in her heart. The reason I forgive her recently is because you finally illuminated the darkness in her heart. Unfortunately, you have been forgotten by her now." Haiwen told the reason.

Suddenly Seidel regained consciousness and began to struggle. "Let me go!! Let me go!!"

Seeing that she couldn't struggle, Hawen breathed a sigh of relief. "Don't struggle. You can see who we are first."

Seidel immediately looked at him and then looked at the little girl. "Who are you? Why are you arresting me? Let me go!"

Haiwen looked at him calmly. "Where are you going after I let you go?"

"I...I want to go home..." Seidel ventured this sentence that could never be said before.

"Home? Do you still remember where your home is?" Haiwen questioned her.

"My home...my home...I don't have a home..." Seidel could not find that place in his memory and stopped struggling in frustration.

Hawen pulled his daughter in front of her. "You have a home. Because as long as you have family members to stay with you, that's home. Now it's here."

Seidel looked at him and the little girl blankly. "You are my family? But why don't I remember?"

The little girl quickly said, "Mom, you have suffered a very serious injury. After you have healed, you forgot everything. Please remember us again."

"Mom? Am I a mom?" Seidel tried his best to recall.

Haiwen took out a handkerchief, wiped the blood on her face, and checked the wounds that were picked out from her head. "Fortunately, you are gentle enough to yourself and didn't kill yourself. Otherwise, our efforts would be wasted."

Seidel didn't remember anything. She also asked, "Since we are a family, why do you tie me up?"

Hawen smiled and sat on the grass beside her. "You are very strong, I'm afraid you will suddenly run away. And I'm even more afraid that you will hurt our daughter."

"Our daughter? Who are you?" Seidel still remembers nothing.

Haven was very patient. "I am Haven Vader, your husband. If you want to remember everything in the past, I can tell you slowly. But why did I suddenly feel like I owe you something? Maybe I really owe you a happy future."

Seidel suddenly discovered the biggest question. "Who am I?"

"You are my mother, Seidel Colo." The little girl rushed to answer.

"Sedal? This name is indeed quite familiar, and the name Hawen is also very familiar. You are my daughter, so what is your name?" Seedal turned his head and looked at the little girl.

The little girl was really embarrassed at this time. "Mom, I don't have a name. Why don't you give me a name today and celebrate our new life by the way."

"Our freshman? What did I look like before? I really want to know all of that." Seidel did not value the right to name.

At this time, Haven reminded Seidel, "Give the child a name. I'm just waiting for this day."

Although Seidel was tied up, she no longer cared about it at this time. "My daughter, should I follow your last name?"

"Yes. Just start with you. Just don't be too weird." Haiwen was really unsure.

Seidel pronounced Hawen's name twice, and then said, "Haiwen's daughter, just call her Haier. It sounds pretty good."

After thinking about it, Hawen had to nod. "It's useless to have a catchy name. It's just a code name anyway. Good daughter, you'll be called Haier Vader in the future. Don't you have any objection?"

Haier, who had just obtained the name, hugged her father excitedly. "Thank you, mom and dad!" She was about to hug Seidel again, but was once again grabbed by Hawen.

Seidel lay on the grass and began to look at the sky. "Home. It feels good, just like I've never had it before."

Haiwen really doesn't want to hit her. "As long as you don't want to escape or hurt Haier and me, I'll let you go now."

Seidel did not answer him, but still looked at the sky. "Why is the sky blue? I thought the sky should be black."

Haiwen followed her thoughts and said, "The sky is indeed black. It is only because of the light that the blue is reflected."

Seidel turned to look at him. "Haven, what's our relationship?"

"Couple and wife." Haiwen's answer was quite firm.

"No wonder you are so kind to me. I remember that couples need to understand each other and love each other." Seidel actually remembers the common sense that Sarah once taught her.

Haier immediately shouted. "Dad, let go of mom. She still remembers those."

Haiwen also felt this a little bit like this. "Okay. Although this is an adventure..."

Seidel finally got freedom, but she did not stand up from the ground and sat still. "Haier, I am your mother, how should I treat you? I don't remember those."

Haier's tears came out again, and she rubbed her nose and said, "Mom just needs to continue loving me."

"Love? Do I have another sister?" Seidel immediately remembered who taught himself to love.

"You are talking about Sarah. She has been dead for many years. I didn't expect you to remember that she taught you this." Hawen really lamented the miracle that Sarah created.

"My sister died? How did she die?" Seidel didn't remember that he killed Sarah by mistake.

Haven just said: "Sarah died in an accident. It cannot be blamed for anyone. Because no one wants her to die." From this sentence, it can be seen that he really forgave Seidel.

Seidel was really sad, hugged his knees and lowered his head. Haier placed his little hand on her shoulder. "Mom, everything is just beginning. Although Aunt Sarah is no longer here, you still have me and dad."

Seidel slowly raised his head and looked at his daughter. Tears were obviously hanging on the corners of her eyes. "Haier, my mother always feels that she has missed a lot of things. Can you accept such a mother?"

"Of course I accept it. I am the only mother like you. No matter what wrong you have done, it will not change this fact." Haier said confidently.

Haiwen also stretched out his hand to her. "Get up. Don't waste time here. The enemy is constantly looking for us. Stop means danger. For our daughter, we have to work hard."

Seidel grabbed his hand and stood up. "Our enemy? Why do we have enemies?"

Hawen carried a big bag and took his daughter's hand. "Let's talk about it on the way."
