Chapter 002 LD Team(1/2)

Magic City, a certain community.

It's already November, and the League of Legends finals have been over for a while.

After the excitement, all major teams are busy preparing for next year.

For example, the LD team that Qin Ming is about to interview is an upper-tier team in the LSPL. They were fourth in the spring split this year and got out of the first round in the summer split. They are a playoff-level team based only on results. This is why the LD boss is not discouraged.

, intending to spend money to continue the impact.

"Awen, I might have to leave."

The ID is Pass, and he has been playing for almost as long as the entire team's history. He has followed LD step by step from the unknown Internet cafe games to the current first-division league.

It sounds wonderful, mutual achievements and so on, but e-sports strength speaks for itself. Since the beginning of this summer split, Pass has been squeezed out of the drinking fountain by the team's new mid laner Twlia. He has not played a game for half a year, and he can no longer hold on.

Jian Haowen said nothing, he didn't know how to comfort this good friend.

Unlike Pass, his performance in LD is not bad. Even if he knows that Boss Zhao is dissatisfied with this year's results and is looking for new players, he is still confident of competing for the position.

Although he and Pass both came here after the reorganization of the Xiangjiang Division, and he even entered LD because of Pass, the cruel thing about e-sports is that his good friend Pass plays in the LSPL league and gets less and less.

The counterpoint advantage is either stable or not.

I don't know since when it has become normal to be single-killed by the opponent. If it weren't for the old man who built the team, he would have left long ago and wouldn't even be given a pension contract.

When Qin Ming came to LD Club, the training room was quite busy.

"Can you give me the first blue one? Give it to me. I'll keep pushing him."

"Westbrook, you want the first blue too."

"NICE, I sent it from the other side."

Qin Ming glanced at it and saw that Manager Wen was introducing him next to him.

"There are rooms in the base, but not enough. For the time being, we may have to share a bedroom for two people."

"Manager Wen, I don't live at the base. I rent a house in XXX. It only takes about 10 minutes to take bus X."

"That's it."

"In my situation, does the club provide rental subsidies?"

"Well, I have to mention it to my boss."

When such a group of people walked past, the players murmured to each other.

"Westbrook, it seems a new coach is here."

"Yeah."

Huang Tingwei, who was called Westbrook and whose ID was Twlia, took advantage of the spring water to show off. He looked up a few times and only saw the back of Manager Wen.

Half an hour later, in the office.

Mr. Zhao, who rarely comes to the club because it was established for business promotion, went to Xiangjiang to expand the market and looked at Qin Ming.

He doesn't understand the game, but that doesn't stop him from investing money to find professionals to take care of it.

"Coach Qin, right? Hello, hello."

"Hello, Mr. Zhao."

We have just discussed it with Manager Wen. In terms of terms and benefits, the rental subsidy plus the basic salary is 7,000 per month (the same as without subsidy, the average salary is this amount), and there will be bonuses for winning streaks.

He didn't care too much about this part. The only thing that impressed him was that LD promised to take care of all matters such as player competitions, including offseason transfers. Boss Zhao only had two requests:

Enter LPL;

At least one Xiangjiang player can play for the club to operate and market fans.

Negotiate and sign. The contract is signed every six months. The position of coach is different from that of players. There is basically no long-term contract discussion, not even the championship coach.

In this way, relying on his two years of experience in VG, Qin Ming easily joined the LD team as the head coach.

Today is already November 17th, less than 2 months before the start of the Spring Split, so time is still a little tight.

This period is also the most frequent time for transfer transactions among various clubs and for high-scoring players to receive trial training invitations.

Compared to the LPL, the LSPL still likes to bring in fresh blood, high-scoring passers-by. During the trial training, you only need to take care of food and accommodation, and reimburse the transportation between the two places conscientiously. If you think it is good, you can win over them with a low salary.

Generally speaking, the salaries of players who have just entered the professional circle are generally not high, and they are far less generous than when the major capitals of later generations settled in.

"Manager Wen, where are the rest of the coaching staff?"

"Both Xiao Wu and Xiao Li went to inspect the players."

Manager Wen explained: "By the way, Teacher Qin, let me accompany you to see the players. I will familiarize myself with the situation so that you can start your work. Our team must determine a relatively stable starting team as soon as possible."

Come to the training room.

Manager Wen clapped his hands and helped introduce: "Stop your hands for a moment. Let me tell you something. This is Coach Qin Ming and Qin, the former VG coach. He will be our LD head coach from now on. Everyone welcomes you."

The team members all looked at him. The 18- and 9-year-old guys all had unconventional hairstyles, and the e-sports players didn’t like to dress up either.

"Everyone, everyone has seen the results of the team led by Coach Niu (former coach of LD) last season, but this is not enough. I have watched our team's games and the BP and in-game processing can be better. So I'm here. Next season, we have only one goal, which is to get better results and reach a higher stage."

The team members should drink a few times and not catch a cold.

Every LSPL team hopes to go to the LPL, even if it is a bad team, they will always talk about it verbally, not to mention that they can enter the qualifying rounds, and they are still quite confident in their hearts.

"Okay, let's continue training."

After meeting and getting to know each other a little, Manager Wen took Qin Ming next door to study the new season's roster.

Manager Wen, like Mr. Zhao, doesn’t understand LOL and doesn’t play at all. In addition to talking about sponsorship, he usually works on team culture. Even so, after Qin Ming was completely responsible for the competition, he didn’t interfere at all.

At least, he has to know the coaching staff's ideas about the roster, so that he can manage players, delegate or terminate contracts, and control salaries.

"Give me some time, I want to familiarize myself with the player information."

The next day.

In the LD team's conference room, Qin Ming met the team's analyst Li Xunyang and assistant coach Wu Cheng.

Other than that, there is no more. The coaching staff is just the three of them. Unlike some formal clubs, the number of people involved in player image management and brand operations is more than the LD coaching staff...

Here, Wu Cheng is similar to Qin Ming. They both started from clerical jobs in e-sports and sought better development. They are 25 years old this year;

The other Li Xunyang is younger, only 24 years old. He may be acquainted with Manager Wen. When he was introduced, he was obviously more familiar with him.

Qin Ming's guess was correct. Li Xunyang was Manager Wen's brother-in-law, but Li Xunyang was a little dissatisfied with why his brother-in-law kept inviting outsiders to be the bishops.

But how did he know that the workplace is so easy to mess around with?

How capable Li Xunyang is, does Wen Jiang know?

If he is really asked to lead the team and the results are not good, what will Mr. Zhao think?

Might as well be an analyst... In short, don't stick to the pot and don't take responsibility.

After getting to know each other, Manager Wen answered the phone and left.

The room turned into a small meeting for the coaching staff.

As an assistant coach, Wu Cheng also became a monk halfway and had little coaching experience. His resume was far inferior to Qin Ming's, so he was polite as soon as he came up: "Coach Qin, here are some player information that Xunyang and I collected."

"If you want to achieve better results, you really need to strengthen it. This is a report I made."

Qin Ming took out the data that he spent an entire night summarizing based on the number of LD games this year.

Not many people pay attention to data these days, but it happens that Redmi attaches great importance to this aspect, and Qin Ming is used to using data to assist guidance under him.

Wu Cheng and Li Xunyang looked at the spread out data report, which is called a detailed report. Is this a coach from the LPL?

In fact, it is just a statistical analysis chart that is relatively common in later generations. It reads:

Top laner, Kabe (Jian Haowen), KDA: 3.2, average kills per game: 4.2, average CS: 255, group participation rate 72%, good at heroes: Bobby, Centaur, Troll;

Mid laner, Twlia (Huang Tingwei), KDA: 3.7, average kills per game: 5.2, average CS: 277, group participation rate 58%, good at heroes: Tsar, Enchantress, Snake;

Mid laner, Pass (Luo Hongsheng), KDA: 2.2, average death per game: 4.6, average CS: 244, team participation rate 68%, average single kill by opponent 1.8, good at heroes: Zed, Kassadin, Enchantress;

Jungler, Xinyi (Chang Ping), KDA: 3.4, average kills per game: 2.9, average CS: 142, group participation rate 67%, good at heroes Rek'Sai, Lee Sin, and Spider;

Jungler, XiaoYu (Liang Jian), KDA: 2.8, average kills per game: 2.7, average CS: 188, group participation rate 53%, good at heroes: male spear, Qian Jue, blind monk;

AD, GodJJ (Wang Yongjie), KDA: 2.6, average CS: 262, average gold per game 11814, group participation rate 64%, good at heroes: EZ, Ice, Policewoman;

Auxiliary, Ysera (Wang Zongzhi), averages 0.6 kills per game, averages 47 wards per game, average wards 7 per game, team participation rate 66%, good at heroes: Thresh, Tauren, Morgana.

Judging from the data alone, the most eye-catching one is Twlia.

Qin Ming watched LD's entire summer game game video, and if he was asked to evaluate the players of this team, the mid laner Twlia is an a la carte mid laner. When he encounters opponents who are not as good as him in the lane, he will suppress them in various ways.

If it's strong, it won't make much noise while waiting for team battles;

Top laner Kabe, this Xiangjiang player is very similar to Aluka and Audi. He supports spirituality and is willing to sacrifice. He occasionally has a brilliant TP to bypass the back. He can be stable in the lane. Even small losses in the match can be recovered by the team's injury resistance.

He can also show off his unique talents;

Needless to say, jungler Shinichi is a regular jungler with a decent rhythm. He catches the jungler in the early stage and gives up jungle resources to the big brother in the team in the middle and late stages;

The other jungler, Xiaoyu, is biased and eats more resources. He plays as C in the middle and late stages;
To be continued...
