335 Everything is ready, just the wind tunnel
At 7:15 a.m., hundreds of Huaxia heavy trucks were loaded with supplies, and the cars were planted with 40,000 parts produced by more than 300 factories. No matter which one, it was an indispensable key to high-speed rail locomotives.
Among them, most of the core components are designed and manufactured by Xinye Group. Even if not, the production units use various equipment produced by Xinye Group.
For example, the most critical front manufacturing, all 72 special aluminum alloy plates are produced by Xinye. Even if you focus on the same type on the entire planet, only Xinye can complete it and plant flowers can do it.
In addition, these plates need to be welded together seamlessly, which requires the use of an automatic welding robot designed and manufactured by Xinye. After training, it can now be welded at a speed of one meter per minute.
The welding length of all eight cars of a high-speed rail locomotive reaches 18.5 kilometers, and 99% is completed by robots to ensure the welding quality to the greatest extent.
High-speed rail locomotive bogies are another core technology and must be designed and produced in Xinye. Its production quality directly affects the driving safety of high-speed rail locomotives, especially the production of hollow axles of its core components. The accuracy error needs to be below 0.1 mm.
Because it is relatively large and heavier, if you want to achieve rapid mass production of bogies, you must use large die forging presses. At present, only Xinye has such equipment idle.
On the 835th morning, all the supplies were put into storage. Yang Guangwei and the cadre team of the locomotive factory welcomed the upcoming why they were coming at the gate in advance.
At nine o'clock in the morning, why bother to walk into the locomotive factory surrounded by a large group of people?
Putting aside the talent team brought by He Ku, there are also some reporters following behind. They probably want to get first-hand information about Xinye Group and the former Sijiucheng No. 1 Locomotive Factory.
When he saw this, He Ku saw Yang Guangwei walking towards him quickly under the banner. Every cadre of the motorcycle factory was warmly welcomed the arrival of the Xinye team. Even the colorful flags and red flowers at the entrance of the factory were dancing in the wind, and the atmosphere suddenly became lively.
Yang Guangwei ran to He Ku's side and said in a compliment: "General Engineer He, you can visit the locomotive factory. The locomotive factory is so brilliant!"
Why can't help but smile, "Director Yang was joking. This is the future electric locomotive production base for the future of the flower. How can it be Penglu? What's the situation inside? Take me there quickly."
Soon, everyone stepped into the motorcycle factory, without the tall and grand gates covering it, and the situation of the factory was easily visible.
At first glance, He Ku was a little surprised. The factories of the motorcycle factory looked very big and very grand, and better than he expected.
Especially the two most huge factories, which are comparable to the motorcycle production factories in later generations.
Under Yang Guangwei's introduction, why know that there are 32 factories here. Apart from the two super-large factories at the front, there are 30 large factories in the back row to use.
In my heart, He Ku has already arranged these two large factories, and the locomotive is produced there!
Behind him, a group of reporters looked at He Ku, and Yang Guangwei had several close-ups, flashing constantly.
"It's General Manager He, he looks really young."
"Yes, I thought I was at least thirty years old. Now, I'm not twenty-five yet?"
"Look, Director Yang Guangwei and Chief Engineer He began to inspect."
Listening to these chattering sounds, He Ku whispered to Yang Guangwei: "Let me find someone to settle the reporters, don't let them walk around in the factory!"
"..." Yang Guangwei.
Soon, the secretary beside Yang Guangwei said to the reporters with a loud voice: "Dear guests, please come with me..."
After the reporter left, Yang Guangwei took He Ku to continue on the road. Every factory was seen one by one, and every factory could see the busy figures of workers, and some technicians were also seen discussing how to install these equipment.
Two hours later, the last factory was exactly the same as the first 31 factories, with no dust at all on the ground, walls, glass and even any place you can see.
The equipment waiting to be installed has long been placed aside, and there are even lines drawn by chalk on the ground. After all the ground is planned, the installation and debugging begins.
After a round, He Ku was quite satisfied. Aside from the equipment that was already being installed and debugged, he could also add some equipment, and even build a wind tunnel laboratory in the open space behind.
In this way, after all the factory areas are used, three high-speed rail locomotives can be manufactured every five days, and they also have wind tunnel testing capabilities!
Then, he gathered the engineers from the locomotive factory together, broke up the team he brought and merged them into groups.
In addition, He Ku simply mentioned a few questions about the issue that the locomotive factory had contacted before but had to contact in the future - aerodynamics.
This used to be the area that aircraft and rocket designers were most concerned about, and now it is about to become a question that the entire trial production team of the locomotive factory has to think about at all times.
During the trial production process, the entire trial production team first faced this problem. When the speed reaches 400 kilometers per hour, 90% of the resistance the train faces is caused by aerodynamic problems.
This speed is roughly the same as the speed of the aircraft cruising. Compared with the aircraft, the environment faced by high-speed rail will be more complex, such as the orbiting of the ground airflow, the vehicle body turbulence caused when the two vehicles meet, the drastic changes in the airflow when entering the tunnel, and even various unknown challenges faced in bad weather.
In other words, a high-speed rail front must have the best aerodynamic performance!
As for how to verify it, this is another big problem. As we all know, there is no complete wind tunnel testing site for the entire flower to test the aerodynamic performance of the train.
Why do you need to start from scratch? This is also the reason why you need to build a wind tunnel laboratory.
Therefore, the top priority of the locomotive factory is to build a wind tunnel laboratory as soon as possible and familiarize yourself with the equipment.
To put it bluntly, the so-called wind tunnel laboratory is artificially created to flow through the air to simulate the working state of equipment in the air and on the ground, thereby obtaining test data.
This kind of testing is a "green channel" for the test of high-speed rail locomotives, and it is also what needs to be carried out before the production of every high-speed rail locomotive.
As for why the wind tunnels in later generations of flower planting are all in the mountains, it is not because of the hard requirements of the wind tunnel itself, but because of the historical reasons over the years. As long as the conditions are sufficient, they can be placed in the factory.
At 11:30, why come to the rostrum that had been arranged by the locomotive factory early?
