Chapter 6 Mother-in-law

Junsheng stared at the thin back in front of him tightly, and did not dare to move his eyes away for a moment. She had followed him for several streets. Along the way, he went to the pastry shop to buy snacks, the needlework shop to buy needlework, the tailor shop to make clothes, and finally went to the bath pool to take a bath.

Now, he seemed to have finally walked around and bought enough. He looked around outside the bathhouse for a while, and suddenly walked out of the city like a windy wind under his feet.

Junsheng was so tired that his legs were numb, but when he saw his right ear walking straight to the city gate, he didn't dare to delay at all, and ran along with him out of Xin'an City. The two of them walked forward and behind, and the one in front was as vigorous as they could fly, but he stopped as soon as he walked, picking up a flower, chasing butterflies, feeding the fish in the lake, leisurely and happy. The one behind was panting and tense, and he was hiding all the way, for fear that someone would find him.

But even so, Junsheng still threw away his right heel on a path of intestinal tummy. His figure was not far away in front of him, but the moment she bent down to carry her shoes, she disappeared.

Junsheng was shocked, ran forward two steps, turned around and looked around, but she looked left and right, but she didn't see the thin figure in coarse cloth clothes.

The right ear disappeared out of thin air like a technique of escaping the ground.

Junsheng stood there and beat his chest and stamped his feet for a long time before he had to give up this "stalking". He sighed and walked towards Xin'an City. But just after taking two steps, she suddenly stepped on a stone. The already thin sole of the shoe "thorned" on the sharp edges of the stone, revealing the soles of her feet wearing white socks.

Junsheng was very upset, so she simply took off her shoes and walked forward a few steps. The road here is not as flat as in the city. It is paved with stones. In addition, it rained all night last night, and the soles of her feet were wet and slippery, which was very uncomfortable. She had to pick up a clean stone and sit on the side of the road, and looked carefully among the weeds, hoping to find something that could temporarily bind her feet and let her walk home.

She was just looking down and searching, but she didn't notice that anyone was walking slowly towards this side from the other end of the path. When she walked to her side, she stopped and looked at a jade plaque hanging on her waist. The jade plaque was of good quality and did not reveal any impurities under the sunlight. The man stared at it for a while before speaking, "Girl, are your shoes broken? Do you want to go to your old house? Let me use needles and thread to make up for you a few needles."

Junsheng was startled by the old voice. Only then did she realize that she was blocked by a black shadow, so she raised her head and looked at the kind-hearted person in front of her.

It was an old woman, who looked 60 years old, with her hair half white, and she had a messy bun on the back of her head. Her eyes were sunken into her skin, with an obscure light, her nose was very high, and her nose was long and curved, just like an eagle's beak.

She was carrying a large bamboo basket behind her, which was filled with blue cloth umbrellas. The bamboo basket looked light, but she carried it effortlessly. It was obvious that she had already gotten used to it.

"Girl," the old woman reached out and grabbed Junsheng's wrist. Junsheng was startled by the hand. Under its thin layer of skin were raised blood vessels, blue and thick like earthworms. It looked like a pair of hands that had never stopped. "Let's go, my house is behind the mountain bag in front. I have been making umbrellas for my whole life and selling umbrellas for my whole life. I still have the skills to thread and sew needles. Your shoes are really useless, so let me help you."

Junsheng quickly stood up and saluted her deeply, "Thank you, mother-in-law, these shoes are really torn. I'm worried about how to go back. Fortunately, I met you, but I just don't know how to call you old?"

The old woman helped Junsheng walk forward, "Just call me Grandma Zhong, by the way, why did the girl come here alone? It's remote and there are not many families living in total. Are you not afraid of meeting bad people when you come alone?"

"I" Junsheng was about to tell Cui Yu's disappearance, but suddenly he thought that the government had not solved the case yet, so he rashly told it, which might have an impact on the case, so he swallowed the words back, "I was going out with my sisters to enjoy the autumn, but there were many people on the mountain and I got lost with them, so I came here alone."

Grandma Zhong glanced at her and said slowly, "It's better to be careful when you are a girl. Although things are peaceful now, they are much better than before, but there are always a few brave and powerful people. You, a daughter like a flower, are always unsafe to go out alone...."

Junsheng nodded repeatedly and said, and the two of them walked around the mountain bag and saw two houses not far away. One of them was big and bright, with smoke storms on the roof, and the green space in front of the door, while the other was small and broken. The walls and houses were blackened with smoke. Moss was crawling on the gate. It was obvious that it had been built for many years and no one had taken care of it for a long time.

Grandma Zhong helped Junsheng around the brand new house and came to her house. She opened the yard door and turned back embarrassedly and smiled at Junsheng, "I live alone in this house, it is inevitable that it is a bit simpler. Girl, don't mind it."

Junsheng shook his head and said no, but he had already stepped into the yard gate. The yard was very small, with only two houses inside, one for living, and the other for cooking. There was a slump of vegetable fields behind the house, and a lot of vegetables were planted, and it looked dense.

The door of the room was not locked, Grandma Zhong pushed open the door and called Junsheng in. Before the two of them could sit down, a sound of calling the door suddenly came from outside the yard, "Mother-in-law, you are back, my mother made dumplings today and asked me to bring you a bowl."

Grandma Zhong was stunned for a moment and rushed out the door and said, "I have a handful of old bones and can't eat anything anymore. Let's leave it for you and your mother to eat."

"Mother-in-law, don't be polite to us. I've bought a lot of money. There are two big cages. How can we eat? I'll bring it in to you." The person outside the door said and walked in. He saw Jun Sheng in the room, he was a little stunned, and then smiled shyly, "Oh, your guest is here. If I had known, I would have brought more."

Junsheng watched the man walk into the room, and the outline gradually became clearer, and his heart couldn't help but feel a little "splied". Isn't this the young master Zhang they met on the mountain yesterday? Cuiyu got separated from them because of him, and then met the strange man in the forest.

Grandma Zhong stood up and said, "This is a girl I occasionally met outside. Her shoes were broken. I asked her to come to her house to help her make up for it."
