1603 Singing

Strange, it's really strange. Every bit of the concert tonight was so strange that other fans and audiences couldn't react.

What's going on?

The chorus of the whole audience is a common concert scene; but the whole audience is playing together, what is going on? Why are all Don Quixotes now holding up their hands and starting to hit the rhythm, becoming part of Renli's performance. The deafening drum rhythm makes the live performance full of an indescribable but exciting sense of rhythm.

Why!

All this is really weird! They really can't understand the way they get along with Renly and Don Quixote, and they reveal a "psychopathic" temperament in every aspect; but the more crazy and outrageous it is, the more wonderful it is, the more curious it is, and the more I can't stop curiosity, and then... there is nothing else.

Before I realized it, I couldn't help but sink into it like this, following the audience's rhythm, jumping happily together, and singing together, happiness and happiness are so simple; then, smiling and smiling, the eyes slowly warmed up, and the sadness and bitterness hidden behind the melody and singing gently rose on the tip of my tongue.

“Oh Ophelia, you linger in my mind like a poison/addiction;

Oh, Ophelia, it was God who made me fools like me fall in love.

Oh Ophelia, you linger in my mind since the beginning of the century;

Oh, Ophelia, it was God who made me a fool like me fall in love.”

Involuntarily, the audience closed their eyes, cleared their brains, and jumped and swayed in the rhythm. The innocent and romantic Ophelia, the crazy Ophelia who was crazy about love, the moth to the flames, and the heartbreaking and even more desirable Ophelia fell in love with the wrong person, but still had no regrets. Instead, they chose to end their own life and put the tragic wrong love to the final end.

Behind that decisive action, there was a deep loneliness and loneliness. Everyone regretted Hamlet's tragedy, but someone saw Ophelia's pain?

The audience jumped and played, laughed and cried, and before they knew it, they completely removed all the burdens, completely integrated into the melody and rhythm. The bitterness and pain deep in their hearts were vented in the willful and crazy beating, and only they could savor it.

"'Dear, I love you', that's her last words."

Is Ophelia's ending her pain or Hamlet's regret? The painful torture of struggling between hatred and love is still difficult to describe in simple words. Only by truly experiencing it can you feel the torture of chewing the heart and bones and being in a dilemma.

This is precisely why the album "Don Quixote" is so special and profound. Different listeners can taste different flavors and gain new insights at different times and stages. But how many listeners who buy the album are willing to calm down and enjoy it slowly?

Until now.

From the dullness of the opening to the faint sadness of being immersive, to the touch of the new song, to the carnival of collaborative singing, tonight's "Dream Back to Kerosene Lamp Bar" concert finally officially opened, but it was just an appetizer that made the audience unable to extricate themselves from it.

Lanli and Ed collaborated on four songs, two Lanli's works, two Ed's works, and especially when two friends sang "the-a-team", this is undoubtedly a classic moment worth remembering, because Ed took the initiative to retreat to the backing singing position and let Lanli perform this work that made him famous in one fell swoop.

It has to be admitted that the same song interprets a completely different style from Ed under the interpretation of Renli.

When Ed first wrote this song, he accidentally saw a physical service worker displaced due to /toxicity/products and eventually frozen to death on the streets. Such cruel and cold reality hit Ed's young heart severely, and then he wrote the moving lyrics of "The world is cold and even angels cannot fly."

In Ed's singing, with a hint of poetry and sadness, the fresh tone brought out a sigh of sadness in the light dance.

However, Lan Li's voice gave the melody a faint vicissitude and relief. She abandoned pity and sympathy, and just quietly narrated the helplessness and loneliness behind the cold reality, which made the picture appear in her mind: Is there anyone else waiting for her on the frozen street?

The calm singing voice has a thrilling power.

People once marveled at how the young Ed Sheeran could write such lyrics full of wisdom and vicissitudes. He was not twenty years old when he wrote the song "Top"; but people were even more amazed at this time how the young Renli Hall could interpret such calm and atmospheric emotions. The sadness and bitterness in the understatement were still lingering. Now Renli is only twenty-four years old.

After finishing the collaboration of four songs, Renli temporarily left the stage and handed over the stage to Ed.

The concert finally officially started to track, from Ed Sheeran to the son of Moby, from bon-iver to Justin Timberlake, from Carey Mulligan to Stark Sanders... All the singers and actors of the entire "Drunk Country Folk" crew took the stage, and six groups of performing guests were invited to perform with all their passion.

The atmosphere of the whole audience was always warm and active. There was no haste or cheapness of the platter concert. Instead, there was a kind of bourgeoisie and comfort in the folk bar, enjoying the happy hour of a night leisurely and freely, revealing a stream of the lively music festival, making people completely addicted to it and wander freely.

At the end of the performance, when Renly appeared again, the audience realized that the three and a half hours of performance was about to come to an end.

Just like in the movie, Renly performed two tracks: "Hang Me, Oh, Hang Me" and "Wave Goodbye". In addition, there is the song "Budapest" in the album "Don Quixote", which put a perfect end tonight's performance with three songs, but obviously the audience's enthusiasm was still not satisfied.

The voice of Enke continues.

Justin Timberlake, Carrey Mulligan and Stark Sanders took the lead, and also pulled Ed Sheeran and Marcus Mumford to sing the retro version of "Five Hundred Miles".

Unlike the brisk version of the movie that fits the plot, this time they re-arranged the songs according to their own style, interpreting the texture of the 1960s. The mellow and moving emotions really make people cry.

In addition, they performed two quintets, all of which were rehearsed for this concert. As a gift from Encore, thanks to all the fans for their personal presence. It can be seen that this concert was definitely not just a formality. They all made full use of their spare time to prepare for the concert, just to be able to spend this night with the audience.

Such an encore can definitely be said to be full of weight!

but……

"Enke!Enke!Enke!"

After the performance, the audience's voice was still endless, like thunder, roaring in the entire Madison Square Garden. The momentum was still getting higher and higher, making people strongly suspect that the roof of the venue seemed to be overturned at any time. The sound of thunder and thunder really made people feel the enthusiasm of the fans.

William Taylor was shouting at the top of his lungs, and the continuous energy could not see the end. In fact, his voice had begun to hoarsely and his limbs had begun to tremble, but he was still cheering tirelessly:

If he could, he hoped that the party would never end and would continue for a long time. In this way, the farewell ceremony of youth would not come. They could stay in the turmoil of time, avoid the urging of time, firmly grasp the happiness and beauty, sadness and pain at this moment, and stick to their eternity with tears in their tears.

But he knew that this was impossible.

So, he hoped that this farewell would grow a little longer, hold on to the end of the graduation ceremony, and finally let go and go back willfully, just like a child who refuses to grow up.

"Enke!"

William called out in vain. For Renley and for his youth, tears fell inexplicably, and it was almost burning his cheeks. But the smile on the corner of his mouth and the light in his eyes quietly bloomed. When he was a child, he always cried and cried, but when he grew up, he cried and cried. Why is this?

It's not a farewell, but accompanies each other in different ways.

William knew this clearly, but he still couldn't control his emotions.

The wanton and ostentatious, mad and refreshing in his youth, everything is attached to the name "Lanli Hall", opening a door to a new world for him. Now he will finally set sail alone, even though he knows that he will not go far, he is still reluctant to leave.

Suddenly, William remembered Heather Cross again. The girl who left all his passion and dreams in Madison Square Garden, the girl who gave his youth and life a thousand lights, and the girl who left regrets forever in the 17-year-old flower season.

Tears became more and more wanton, and the stage could hardly be seen clearly in the hazy tears. However, William raised his hands tirelessly and kept shouting, releasing all the last light left in the years of youth. Slowly, the young and childish face was fading away little by little.

He is not the only one.

Hope Baez, Graham Hughes, Chanel Lawrence, Cecilia Wilton, Lauren Messler... all the faces full of vibrantness were shouting in unison:

"Enke!Enke!Enke!"
