Chapter 20 The Concubine(1/2)
Angel was silent for a while, closed the car window, opened the car door, and said, "Go and go to eat. _Ya﹎Wen 8﹍﹍﹏w=w-w=."
Na Chen didn't say anything anymore, and got out of the car with his piggy bank.
"Don't take this," Angel looked at the piggy bank in his hand, "put it in the car."
"Forgot." Na Chen put the piggy bank on the seat and smiled.
The barbecue restaurant is well decorated, clean and tidy, and has no smoke. The business is very good. It is past meal time, but the store is still full.
When he entered the door, a table of people was about to leave after they finished their meal. Anhe was about to go over, and Nachen grabbed him and said, "Sit by the window."
"There is no place by the window." The little girl who was leading the seat next to her said.
Na Chen ignored him and looked at Anhe and said again: "By the window."
"Wait." Anhe was a little helpless. He was quite hungry. When he entered the store, the warm fragrance came to his face, and he was even hungry. However, the stairs of Nachen seemed to be right and wrong and he had to stop.
The waiter probably thought they were a little strange, so he looked at them several times before he greeted others.
"Is there any difference? What's the difference between windows or windows?" Angel turned his head and looked at Na Chen.
"Let's change the place." Na Chen didn't answer his question, and suddenly turned around and walked out the door.
"Hey!" Anhe was stunned and hurriedly followed, "What's wrong?"
Na Chen didn't say anything, kept walking forward, walked back to the side of the car before stopping and saying, "I saw my second aunt."
"Your second aunt?" Anhe turned around and looked into the store through the glass from the street. It was steaming hot. I couldn't tell who was the second aunt Chen. "Don't you want to see her?"
"She probably doesn't want to see me," Na Chen smiled, "It's the New Year."
Na Chen's smile was a little disdainful. Angel actually didn't understand it very much, but he didn't ask much. After he hesitating for a while, he opened the car door: "Then where do you want to go."
"Let's go to the barbecue on the street," Na Chen reached out and pointed at the front of the road. "Come on there, isn't there a barbecue stall surrounded by large quilts? I want to eat that."
"Okay." Anh got into the car, and the barbecue stall surrounded by a large quilt...
Anhe often went to eat when he was in college. A group of poor students squeezed into a cold weather and ate barbecue in the north wind that was poured into a crack next to him. But he never went there again after graduation. Moreover, there are many people in this kind of occasion. Now he and Na Chen are the two of them. They will probably be frozen after half of their meal.
But Na Chen seemed to be very interested. This meal was originally a birthday meal for him, so Anhe didn't say anything and drove straight to the big quilt barbecue stall.
"My dad just died last year," Na Chen sat in the car and was silent for a while, lowered his head and touched the piggy bank's nose and said, "My aunt and the others think it's unlucky."
"What's wrong with that?" Angel frowned.
"My dad..." Na Chen looked at Anhe, his voice was very low, "It was a car accident, it was in broad daylight, and he hit the truck parked on the roadside, and everyone said he was crazy."
Anhe didn't say anything, Nachen knocked his fingers gently on the car window, and said with a smile: "My aunt said that if you are mentally ill for a long time, people will be affected... Maybe I am the same, I can still inherit it. Yawen﹏w`w-w=.-y=a·w-e-n`8`"
Anhe still didn't say anything, Na Chen turned his head and bared at him: "Are you afraid?"
"What are you afraid of?" Angel turned his face and bared at him, "I'm a specialist in treating all kinds of mental illnesses."
Na Chen was stunned for a moment and laughed. He held the piggy bank and smiled for a long time before sighing with a long voice.
This was the first time Anhe heard Na Chen sigh. This sigh contained too much that he could not analyze the emotions made him silent again.
The barbecue stall is very lively, and chatting and bragging at the top of your voice while drinking. When you open the cotton curtain and enter, you can be buried by the noise wrapped in the heat.
They found a small table in the corner to sit down. When they were picking up vegetables, Na Chen was very excited and took a lot of meat. Anhe found that he didn't know all kinds of meat he wore in skewers, and every time he took a skewer, he had to ask Anhe what it was.
"Have you never had barbecue?" Angel couldn't help asking.
"Well," Na Chen nodded, took another string and threw it into the small basket that Angel was holding. "I haven't eaten much, what is this?"
Angel looked at Na Chen holding a string of things in his hand without saying a word, and Na Chen studied it again: "What's the tail? The intestines? It's like a spring."
"You try it, it's quite crisp." Angel held back his smile.
"What is it?" Na Chen shook the thing in his hand.
"Just let it go and ask, "And Anhe handed him the small basket.
"What is it?" Na Chen asked persistently.
"Pig Whip." The uncle who was waiting for them to pick up vegetables said with a smile.
Na Chen stared at the pig whip that was wrapped in circles on the bamboo stick in his hand and threw it back to the table as if it was tied up, sighing: "What does the pig whip look like?"
"Why are you?" Angel smiled and gave the boss the selected thing and returned to his seat.
"So thin?" Na Chen sat beside him and asked quietly.
Angel kept having fun and didn't make any noise.
"You've eaten it," Na Chen tsk, "Or how could I know it's quite crisp."
Angel still smiled and didn't speak.
Na Chen didn't say anything, stared at him with his eyes narrowed for a long time, his lips slowly curled up, and he leaned into his ear and said softly, "Do you want to taste..."
"You," Angel interrupted, "Is it crisp?"
"Damn!" Na Chen pulled the chair and hid to the side, "You are still a teacher!"
"You are not as good as a student, and you still expect me to think that I am a teacher now?" Anhe smiled, "What are you drinking? Beer and white wine?"
"You are driving." Na Chen reminded him seriously.
"Just throw the car here, it's very close to my house, just take a taxi back," said Angel.
Na Chen snapped his fingers at the boss: "Red Star Erguotou!"
Anhe didn't talk much when eating, and Nachen didn't speak much, just drank and ate meat.
It was not until Na Chen started drinking that An He saw the Chen he had previously remembered, which was completely different from that Chen who always had a childish happy smile today.
Nachen's alcohol capacity is very good. He doesn't need to cooperate when drinking, he doesn't clink glasses with others, or asks people to drink. He just takes the cup and pours it down.>Yawen_﹎8_w=ww.
Anhe had a good alcohol tolerance, but he had to drink it slowly. If he poured it like Na Chen, he would have to lie down at most in three taels. However, after the bottle of Erguotou in front of Na Chen was drunk, he still couldn't see any drunkenness.
"Why don't you drink it?" Na Chen looked at Anhe's cup, which was half a cup inside.
"Drinking." Angel picked up the cup and took a sip.
"Are you afraid that you will have bad things if you drink too much?" Na Chen curled the corners of his mouth, took the string of ribs and bit it slowly.
"Isn't it a bad thing if you don't drink?" Angel felt a little regretful when he said this. Although he was not drunk too much, he probably had already entered the stage of talking without thinking.
Na Chen did not answer this sentence unexpectedly, but just smiled, took his cup and took a sip.
When the two of them came out of the big quilt barbecue stall, they drank a lot. Anhe gave the car keys to the boss and asked the boss to help drive the car to the parking space next to him, and then took Nachen to the side of the road to take a taxi.
Na Chen stood behind him, putting one arm around his waist, and holding the piggy bank with the other arm, and sang in a low voice: "The island ice wheel is turning..."
"Stand straight." Angel pushed him.
Na Chen hugged him without moving, and sang in his ear: "See the jade rabbit... the jade rabbit has risen eastward again..."
"The Concubine," Anhe pulled his arm and tried to pull him away, "You are so drunk that you are about to vomit immediately. The driver will have to step on the accelerator when he sees us."
"Are you going back?" Na Chen finally let go.
"Well, I'll walk back ten minutes."
Na Chen thought for a while: "Is it the community where I went to pick you up last time?"
"Yes." Anhe raised his hand and leaned over for rent.
"Ah!" Na Chen shouted, and supported his hand on the lamppost next to him, bent down, "Wait for me..."
"Do you want to vomit?" Anhe was a little surprised. Na Chen was very awake from the moment he came out and didn't even beat him. He suddenly vomited?
"Yeah." Na Chen frowned and looked in pain.
Before the taxi on the side of the road had stopped, the driver looked at them and kicked the accelerator.
"It's really not particular," Na Chen stood up with a smile on his face, raised his middle finger to the taxi butt, then put his hand to his mouth and whistled loudly, "I'll run away!"
"Na Chen," Anhe looked at his bright eyes and felt a little annoyed, "What's wrong with you?"
"I won't go back tonight," Na Chen looked at him against the lamppost, and half of his face facing the light was drawn out of a beautiful outline by the light yellow light. "I'll go to your place."
"I'll start school in two days, I have to rest early and I can't entertain you."
"I'm going." Na Chen said it very simply, his tone was a bit stiff.
Angel stared at him for a few seconds. Na Chen was sometimes quite well-behaved, but sometimes it made people feel that he could not communicate normally. He didn't speak and turned around and continued to take a taxi.
Na Chen came over and grabbed his arm and pressed it down: "I said I won't go back!"
"Then don't go back." Anhe pulled out his arm and walked along the road. The domineering in Chen's tone made him very upset. He might not care too much if he wanted to change his usual habits, but now he has drunk alcohol and is in a very elegant mood and has no time to suppress himself.
"What do you think?" Na Chen said loudly behind him, "If you are so annoyed with me, don't call me here!"
Angel ignored him and continued to move forward.
"You are completing the task!" Na Chen lowered, "Do you feel sorry for it? So you came here to send me a gift to take me to a meal, and then ran away!"
"Do you feel sorry?" Angel stopped and turned his head, "What do I have to feel sorry about? I owe you what you deserve?"
"Then don't call me here! Say happy birthday!" Na Chen shook the piggy bank in his hand, and the few coins he had thrown in before were jingling inside, "Can this money be poured out? What a happy thing, it's all canceled out, can it be taken out!"
Angel didn't say anything, looking at the Chen who was shaking his piggy bank with his head down.
To be continued...
