The second item measures noise. The design of this reducer is a bevel gear, and the teeth are highly precision ground. The noise is reduced by gear modification and increasing the overlap.

The staff started to start the machines one by one, measured the noise with a decibel meter, and then reported the test value loudly. The judges gave scores. The lower the noise, the higher the score.

The third item measures wear. Open the oil pan, drain out the engine oil, filter it with a fine mesh, and weigh the debris. The smaller the number of grams, the higher the score.

The fourth disassembly test. Each participating team will re-enter the venue, dismantle the machine into parts, place them on the workbench in the specified order, and then be cleared again.
