Because "all those who hear good things must tell them to the superiors; those who hear bad things must tell them to the superiors." This is democracy.
And "what the best is, it must be it; what the best is, it must be it" is also concentrated.

How can a school that knows the "Ambition of Heaven" not know whether the earth under its feet is square or round? How can it not know whether there is a country thousands of miles away? How can it not know why there are four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter?
If the earth still doesn’t know, how dare you say that you know the sky?
These things must be considered as giants and as high-level officials of the Mohist school.
Therefore, this matter was unanimously approved in previous high-level discussions, including the required money and goods personnel, and the jurisdictions of various departments were completely different, just asking people to give money and asking money.
