The 281st chapter new customs and old rituals (three)(1/2)

The gang captive Mi, a small taxi and a school-level officer, could not know that a simple wedding was involved in a series of moral disputes.

The middle-aged man smiled and said, "Now, it's said that our Mo family regards barbarians as their fathers. No wonder they want to let the Xia people have no fathers. They say that Zi Mozi was a masterpiece of barbarians and wanted to disrupt the Xia people. They say that birds were worshiping barbarians as their fathers and disrupting the Xia people."

"When we say we love both, we are sharing our wife, sharing our father, sharing our mother, sharing our mother with your father, sharing our wife with you, this is sharing our love. You love my wife, I love your wife, you love your father as you love your mother, your mother loves you as you love your father, you love your daughter as you love your wife, this is the love between the Moh family. People are like beasts, incest and unceremonial, sharing your wife and father."

The sanctioned captain Mi laughed and said, "Say. Didn't Shi Shuai say that the more ruthless the enemy scolds, the more scared we do? If we can beat them, we can kill Shao Zhengmao. How can we talk? Only if we can't beat them? How many Confucian scholars have? But I think, the Yang Zhu School will be scolded, right?"

The hatred between the Yang Zhu School and the Mohist school is the difference between extreme freedom and anarchy and the dictatorship of the majority of people as the gods.

When there are no nobles, both sides can beat brains.

When there are nobles, sometimes both sides can be good friends.

However, the hatred between the Yang Zhu School and the Confucianism is "no king". Of course, the voices of scolding are not less than those of the Mohist school. There is still limited cooperation between free and anarchy and the people and the people are the rulers of the people. Especially when the aristocratic system still exists, there is no way to reconcile between etiquette and law.

The middle-aged man chuckled and nodded, "Yang Zhu and the others have been scolded a lot. We are beasts, and they are worse than beasts. At most, we are shared wives, fathers, and mothers. Yang Zhu has no king and should be punished."

The prisoner Mi hurriedly asked, "Does the coach know about this? How did he respond?"

The middle-aged man looked through another piece of paper and said, "After hearing the school introduction, he smiled and said something. All history is the present."

The gang captain Mi didn't know why Shi sighed like this, and said that such a thing had never happened in previous history.

After thinking about it, he asked, "But what does this have to do with my marriage?"

The middle-aged man pointed to the wooden stools next to him, which was one of the evidence of "The Mo family is the study of barbarians", signaled the two to sit down, and asked, "You two know about Zi Mozi's tears, right?"

They all know this story. This is the root of the Mohist "personal view". They say that one day Mozi saw a craftsman dyeing the silk thread, and sighed that the ones dyed the silk thread black is black, and the ones dyed the yellow is yellow.

This is also the root of the Mohist morality of "human nature has no good or evil". The human nature here is not personality, but about eating, drinking, and ***. It is human nature, without so-called good or bad, so as to advocate the liberation of human nature and let the people dare to resist the oppressive etiquette and aristocratic system.

However, moral concepts need to be educated, and moral itself can be used to reason to infer which ones meet the "Nine Levels of the Perfect Land" stage. The etiquette and rules derived from morality are dyed "yellow" and "black".

This also involves a lot of questions about "benevolence, righteousness, and inner and outer", a struggle between good and evil in human nature, a struggle between universal morality, a struggle between abstraction and reality in human nature, a struggle between human animal nature and human nature, whether morality comes from universal unchanging morality or material foundation, etc.

It can be said that there is almost no school of Confucianism and Mohism that can be reconciled. Middle-aged people understand it, but the gangster Mi does not understand it. This matter is only an internal matter of the Mohist family, so the middle-aged people did not develop it, but just borrowed the matter of Mozi's crying silk as an introduction.

After telling the story of Mo Zi crying silk, the middle-aged man asked: "Black silk or yellow silk, what is the point? Is it silk? Or black yellow? How do you think about this?"

"The school introduction once said that Mohist school is like ink, and it should be dissolved in water and dyed in water. Do you know what this means?"

The middle-aged man called the school supervisor, who was called Shishuai, an officer like the gang captain Mi.

The prisoner Mi nodded and said, "Ink must be blended with water before it can be dyed and written. This means, let us go to the people. Because what we want is ink color, not dry ink."

This is the content of their internal lecture notes, so the prisoner Mi naturally knew about it.

What the Mohist school wants is black, not a ball of dry ink. In other words, what the Mohist school wants is a new world, not a school that is left to the shelf and praised by later generations.

The key to the problem is to change the world, not explain the world, explain the world is dry ink, and changing the world is to dissolve in water and dye the world black.

When the middle-aged man heard the answer from the prisoner Mi, he nodded with a smile, but shook his head again, and thought to himself: "Your understanding is still not deep enough. But it is not easy to understand this level."

He pointed to a small can of ink beside him and said, "Just like this can of ink, this ink is first water, and then ink. We change customs and change the customs, have we turned water into oil? Or have we just dyed the water a color?"

The prisoner Mi seemed to understand and said, "We change customs and change the color of water instead of turning water into oil. In essence, ink is still water, not oil."

Another debate was similar to the white horse but not the horse. The sacred prisoner Mi was not very proficient in this. He didn't want to think about it, but just wanted to know the conclusion.

So he asked, "But what water? What is oil? And what is ink?"

When asked this question, the middle-aged man who was the official promotion said, "This question is good. This time, Confucianism is going to Peiyi to argue with us about righteousness and etiquette, but in fact it is just arguing about this question. I don't have the ability to answer it."

"The school introduction said, how difficult is it to remove the dross and get the essence?"

The meaning of removing the dross and taking the essence is not originally created by Si Shang.

It’s not because the people on Si are smarter than elsewhere, but just because there are oil mills, tofu mills, and no oil mills and tofu mills, how can there be dross? How can the essence come from?

The slander Mi still couldn't tell what water is and what color is.

For example, if you eat with a knife and fork, is this color? Or water? For example, if you sit down, is this water? Or color?

The middle-aged man in charge of propaganda paused and asked, "It is said that marriage is the same as Taoism, and Taoism is the way to follow nature. Our Mohist school talks about rational nature, and Confucian school talks about etiquette and law that will never be easy forever... Have you heard of the so-called natural state of the ancient times?

This gang captain Mi also learned it. After recalling it, he recited it: "In the past, there was no king. In the past, the people gathered in groups. They knew their mother but not their father. There was no relative, brother, husband and wife, the difference between men and women, the way of superiors and subordinates, the way of advance, retreat, bowing and giving, the convenience of clothes, tracks, palaces and animals, and the preparation of dangerous obstacles in the city."

This sentence was circulated during the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period, and was finally included in the theories of the Miscellaneous Schools.

The so-called ancient times is the time when Taoism called "Tao follows nature", but it is different from the historical idealistic natural state used by the Mohist school to integrate Taoism, but it is the first state of the paradise within the Mohist system.

But this sentence is just a statement, followed by an argument.

That is: in these situations in the ancient times, we knew that our mother did not know our father, and that there was no relative, father, daughter, and husband and wife, because we were all because of "there was no king."

In other words, the reasons why these seem extremely chaotic now are because there is no monarchy, which leads to this chaos. Therefore, there must be a monarchy, otherwise there will be no clothing, tracks, palaces, and animals, and no equipment, boats, chariots, and dangerous obstacles in the city.

However, in the logic of the Mohist school, it is the opposite.

In the logic of the Mohist school, because productivity is not developed enough, there is no monarchy, and when Tao follows nature, there is no foundation for the monarchy. When productivity becomes developed, private ownership is born, and clothes are built up, and equipment, boats, chariots, cities and cities are prepared for dangerous obstacles, and etiquette, morality, and monarchy are produced that are in line with it.

In other words, the world's understanding of the ancient natural state at this time was: because there was no monarchy, there was a situation where only knowing his mother but not his father, no etiquette, no clothes, tracks, and no equipment, boats, chariots, and dangerous buildings.

The Mohist school believed that because there was no clothing, tracks, and the convenience of accumulation of palaces and animals at that time, and no equipment, boats, chariots, and the city walls were dangerously protected, it was impossible to create a monarchy.

The feudal system, monarchy, and etiquette at this time all originated from "conforming to" the material foundation of the time.

It is precisely because of the word "conformity" that it is equivalent to not recognizing the "universal" morality at this time, believing that the morality at this time is not eternal, only conformity and no eternity. Therefore, this is the Mohist interpretation of the justice of the "Tangwu Revolution", rather than the recognition of "benevolence" and "righteousness" that cannot be concluded for thousands of years.

Zhou's rituals were not Shang's rituals, but Zhou's rituals were more in line with the times, not because Zhou's rituals were eternal in the ancient times, so King Wu's attack on Zhou was correct.

But now, it doesn't fit.

Today's conversation was within the Mohist school, and it did not involve moral disputes or political debates. The middle-aged man in charge of propaganda did not want to give lecture notes to the gangster Mi. He was already tired after talking for a day today.

The middle-aged man asked, "In ancient times, everyone in the world knew that there was no etiquette at that time. Men and women had a marriage between the wild and the children were born, and they did not know their father. Do you know why they only knew their mother but not their father?"

The sanctioned prisoner Mi blushed and couldn't help but think of what happened this morning. She said: "Because the mother gave birth to a child, she can be sure that it is her own. But... but it's hard to say who the father is. The man is proficient in the sixteenth, and the woman is transformed into fourteenth. As long as she is proficient in intercourse with the man and the incarnated woman, she may give birth to a child..."

The middle-aged man nodded and said, "By the way, this is our Mo family's explanation of the ancient times. You have never been married, so you don't know some things. I used to be in Zheng State and I was also a little nobleman. Do you know what our wedding is like?"

"The so-called "when the temple is seen in March, it is called the coming wife. If the girl dies before seeing the temple, she will not move to the ancestors, and the son-in-law will not be slaughtered, not cheap, and not second-handed, and will be buried in the party of the girl, indicating that she is an underage woman."

"It's not true of etiquette."

The prisoner Mi said in surprise: "This means that if you marry a wife, you can only go to worship your ancestors after three months? If your wife dies within three months, then you won't be considered a wife? You have to send the body back to her parents' home for burial? This... is unreasonable?"

The middle-aged man laughed and said, "It's not just that. According to the nobles' etiquette, you cannot have sex within three months of weddings. Why can you worship your ancestors after three months?"

"If you have a child for three months, you can see that. As the saying goes, you can show up in three months and get pregnant for three months. You can even show it. Whether you have a slightly bigger stomach, or vomiting and acid reflux, you will never hide it for three months."

"We cannot have sex within these three months, just to test our chastity and to check whether the woman had someone else's child before marriage."

"So, if the woman dies within three months, she cannot be considered her own wife or her family. She has to send the body back to her parents' home for burial, even if it is thousands of miles apart. This is the wedding."

"Since they think that the noble will always be noble and the lowly will always be humble, they naturally need to keep their bloodline pure."

The prisoner Mi scratched her head and said, "I seem to have heard of such rules, but I didn't expect it to be so complicated. But there is no such rules in Si, and the people don't think it's inappropriate..."

The middle-aged man couldn't help laughing again: "The princes and nobles say that common people are bitches. There are no nobles in Si, only common people, so that in the middle of spring, men and women are in love, and they can't help but matchmakers. How could they care about these things? Many people have never even slept with a woman in their lifetime. Will they care about this kind of etiquette?"

"So, the school introduction said that aristocrats have the morality of aristocrats, common people have the morality of a commoner, nobles have the rules and rituals of aristocrats, and common people have the rules and rituals of a commoner."

"So, the minds of non-my races will be different. Princes, nobles and common people are no longer the same clan, so how can there be the same rules?"

"Do you understand the elegant sound used by princes and nobles?"

The illegitimate prisoner Mi shook her head.

"Do you know how to use the knife and fork used by princes and nobles?"

The slander Mi shook her head again.

"Do you recognize the words written by princes and nobles?"

The illegitimate prisoner Mi shook his head again.

"Have you worn the clothes of princes and nobles?"

The illegitimate prisoner Mi still shook his head.

"Can you understand the language of the Yi tribe in the distance?"

"cannot."

"Can you use the tableware of the Yi tribe in the distance?"

"Won't."

"Can you understand the words of the Yi tribe in the distance?"

"don't know."

"So, can cows and horses intercourse and give birth to calves?"

"Can't."

"Then is it possible that you have a marriage with the nobles to have children?"

"Impossible."

"Then, if one is not one of our race, his heart will be different. Is the cattle and horse that cannot be mingled with and gave birth to descendants the same race?"

"No. But... if I marry a noble woman, I can actually give birth to a child, right? This is different from a cow and a horse, right?"
