Volume 6 The Situation of War Chapter 27 Unified Pace

The development of nuclear and strategic weapons exceeded everyone's expectations

After the first test launch on August, within 1 c days, Japan tested three x-11 ballistic missiles. During the fourth test launch, the x-11 increased its range to kilometers by reducing the mass of the warhead, and it had the ability to fight from Japan to Alaska, the United States.

On August 20, Japan conducted the first uncharged nuclear device explosion experiment on Lantanha Island in Qidao, Izu.

Although the experiment was conducted secretly and the Japanese government did not announce any news, the Republic and the United States have raised their alert levels, mobilized dozens of reconnaissance satellites to monitor the entire territory of Japan for 24 to 24 hours a day, took photos of Japanese scientific researchers testing experimental instruments on Lantan Ha Island, and obtained evidence of Japan's nuclear device explosion experiment.

The next day, the Republic and the U.S. envoy met secretly in Kuala Lumpur to discuss countermeasures.

On August 22, the head of the Republic, Zhao Rundong and US President Frederick, issued statements, strongly condemning Japan's secret development of nuclear weapons, demanding that Japan immediately stop all development work related to nuclear weapons and strategic weapons, and accept comprehensive verification by the International Atomic Energy Agency and the International Nuclear Disarmament Commission.

On the same day, representatives of the five permanent members of the Security Council held closed-door consultations.

Although there are major differences between the five permanent members on whether to impose de facto sanctions on Japan, the Security Council finally passed a resolution to impose comprehensive sanctions on Japan with relatively consistent attitudes between China and the United States. Subsequently, representatives of the five permanent members to the United Nations attended the press conference, strongly condemning Japan's secret development of nuclear weapons, reiterating the statement issued by the heads of state of China and the United States, requiring Japan to be immediately subject to verification by international agencies.

As things have developed to this point, it is no secret that Japan has developed nuclear weapons.

South Korean President Park Tae-hyun publicly stated that if Japan does not immediately give up the development of nuclear and strategic weapons and accepts verification by international agencies, South Korea will withdraw from the "Non-Proliferation Security Initiative" within the year and restart the "National Strategic Security Plan" to deal with Japan's nuclear threat.

Because the "National Strategic Security Plan" was South Korea's nuclear weapons development plan in the 1970s, the South Korean president did not add a new local instability factor to Northeast Asia.

North Korea also made a statement on the 22nd, claiming that it would "decide a fatal blow to the potential enemy when necessary."

Unlike South Korea and North Korea, Russia has taken substantial actions.

On the 22nd, Yukov ordered two strategic bomber regiments stationed in the Ural region (0tu-160 "Pirate Flag" and 1c Tu-95 "Bear") to enter the Khabarovsk Krai region to carry out combat readiness patrol missions. Tactical fighter regiments (24su-37, 24su-34 and su-27) were dispatched to Gongqingcheng. Priority was given to the air force stationed in the Far East with Su-43 and Migg fighters. The newly-served aircraft carrier battle group "Gorshkov" was dispatched from the northern fleet to the Pacific Fleet.

Russia's actions have attracted great attention from the international community. Many people even believe that Russia is ready to use force against Japan.

Surprisingly, the Japanese government did not issue any statement or declaration, or even made any explanation.

In late August, Japan not only conducted two explosion tests of uncharged nuclear devices, but also successfully tested the y-11 and z-11 cruise missiles.

Faced with the real threat from Japan, the Republic did not completely "support" hope on the United States.

At the end of August, the Military Intelligence Bureau presented a detailed report, indicating the key technologies that were lacking in the air-based laser interception system in advance, and proposed to contact EU countries while contacting the United States, striving to make breakthroughs in EU countries.

There are three urgently needed key technologies: one is high-resolution infrared and ultraviolet phase formation equipment, the second is high-precision meteorological radar system, and the third is high-speed military computer.

The main problem with phase-forming equipment is that the Republic cannot manufacture c09 nanometer-level photoinduction integration modules in the short term. If the existing 3-nanometer manufacturing process is used, the resolution will not meet the accuracy required for target identification. Countries with nanomanufacturing processes include the United States, Japan and Germany, among which Germany has developed nanomanufacturing technology and is gradually phased out the 009-nanometer production process.

The situation in the other two problems is similar, both the Republic lacks sufficiently advanced precision production technology.

While trying to introduce it from abroad, the Republic has increased its research and development efforts. According to Zhao Rundong's intention, as long as he has the technology in his hand, the introduction area will be much less difficult. Even if the introduction fails, he must work hard to complete the research and development work within 3 years and come up with his own products.

On August 27, the Military Intelligence Bureau and Cia had their first secret contact.

Although Pan Yunsheng did not take the information on CIA's "free gift" to CIA seriously, the positive attitude of the United States made him determined. Since the United States tried its best to "promote" the Republic to launch a military strike against Japan, he would not be polite when making a request. During the second secret contact, Cao Xuehua, a representative of the Military Intelligence Agency who met with CIA, proposed that the Republic will not take any substantial military action on the Japanese nuclear issue before completing the construction of the national strategic defense system.

Cia immediately "understands" and actively proposes that it can provide necessary military technology in a reciprocal situation.

During the fourth contact, both parties began to "explorate"

The issue of festival. As speculated by Zhao Rundong, Pan Yunsheng and others, the United States provides the technology and basic principles of composite battery production. Although the two sides failed to reach an agreement, they both agreed to continue negotiations.

Before the fifth contact, the Military Intelligence Agency's enthusiasm was reduced because contact with European countries had resulted.

Because Li Cunxun did nothing earth-shaking in European countries, he was directly responsible for the secret contact with European national intelligence agencies.

On September 2, Li Cunxun went to Munich to secretly meet with representatives of the German intelligence department.

What surprised Li Cunxun was that when he proposed to obtain the nano production process, German intelligence representatives said that they could provide more advanced nano production processes, provided that the Republic sells 8-level composite batteries to Germany at the best price and allows Germany to use them in the military field.

Very low price!

The Republic has already sold weapons and equipment equipped with level 6 composite batteries (mainly submarines) in the international arms market. It plans to sell all-electric submarines similar to the "Swordfish" to the international arms market when the annual production capacity of level 8 composite batteries exceeds 10,000 tons by 2025.

The most important thing is that what Germany wants is finished products, not production technology!

On September 7, Li Cunxun flew to Munich again to meet with representatives of German intelligence agencies.

The talks were very successful, and the final oral agreement reached was that the Republic provided Germany with 1250-class composite batteries at the price of 6-class composite batteries by 2025, and did not promote the power AIP conventional submarines equipped with 8-component batteries to the international market during this period. In exchange, after receiving the first batch of 250-class composite batteries, Germany provided the Republic with cc45-nanometer production technology, equipment production drawings and 2-samples.

Germany's purpose is very simple, using 8-level composite batteries to occupy the submarine market.

250~: Class composite batteries are enough to build 1 electric AIP conventional submarine (the Republic of China launched the international market in 2020 with a 30~:6-class composite batteries, which can submarine for one day at a speed of 20 knots or 60 hours at a speed of 20 knots), 1250~: Class composite batteries are enough to build 50~ submarines. Before 2025, the international market demand for power AIP submarines was less than 60~.

While reaching the first oral agreement, Li Cunxun discussed the second "buy" with representatives of German intelligence agencies.

Because Germany does not have the ability to produce high-precision meteorological radars, the second transaction is a high-speed military computer.

This time, Germany has made very high requirements, including the active electromagnetic interference equipment used by the Republic on the J-14, the miniaturization technology of superconducting motors used in unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, and the wear-resistant alloy production process mainly used on electromagnetic guns.

The two sides failed to reach an agreement because the Republic could only provide active electromagnetic interference equipment.

On September 11, Liu Xiaobin secretly contacted the French intelligence representative in Marseille in place of Li Cunxun.

After proposing to introduce high-precision meteorological radar and its production technology, the French representatives issued a very high land price. They not only required the Republic to provide composite battery production technology, but also required the Republic to provide high-strength alloys and polymer polymer materials production technology.

There is no airtight wall in the world. The Republic's secret contact with European countries soon attracted the attention of the United States.

On September 13, U.S. national security adviser Stockton flew to London and met with the British Prime Minister's defense adviser after meeting with the British Prime Minister's defense adviser.

The next day, the British Prime Minister personally gave a note to the French President and the German Chancellor, demanding that France and Germany comply with internal EU agreements.

The United States also actively launched its actions. When talking on the hotline with the French President, US President Frederick personally promised that as long as France does not provide China with high-end military technology, the United States will provide France with several key technologies that can accelerate the development of the "Hurricane" fighter jet through cooperative development, sell advanced military equipment, including electromagnetic catapults, to France, and cooperate with France to develop the first generation of unmanned fighter jets.

When talking to the German Chancellor on the hotline, US Secretary of State Leslie made a similar commitment, saying that after the United States develops advanced composite batteries, it can share relevant technologies with Germany and provide production processes for Germany, provided that Germany terminates military cooperation with the Republic.

In response to the military and technical cooperation between the Republic and European countries, the United States adopted the "siege and block" tactic.

On September 18, at the NATO high-level meeting, the heads of state such as the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain negotiated with the heads of state. When the United States threatened to lift the NATO collective security system, the United Kingdom, Spain and other countries put pressure on France and Germany, requiring France and Germany to abide by the internal agreements between NATO and the EU in military cooperation with China and not to do anything that damages European interests.

Subsequently, the United States, Britain, France, Germany and other countries reached a "collective arms sales policy to China" and absolutely took a unified step on the issue of arms sales.

The unified actions of Western countries have once again proved that the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation can only rely on its own strength!
