But I said that Laozi was distracted from the ordinary and transformed into Lao Dan. He was already very knowledgeable at the age of thirteen. Seeing this, the teacher recommended him to study in Luoyi. So Lao Dan bid farewell to his mother and embarked on the road of study.
A few months later, Lao Dan went to Luoyi and visited the doctor. He entered the Taixue School. He learned everything, cultural relics, rules, and historical books. He made great progress in three years. The doctor also recommended him to the guard room as an official. The guard room was a collection of classics in the Shang Dynasty, collecting the world's literature and books from the world. He had a lot of kowtows and everything. Lao Dan was in it, like a dragon swimming into the sea, with a vast sea leaping with a dragon; like an eagle spreading its wings and a blue sky, and the sky was high and the birds could fly.
Lao Dan was hungry and thirsty, and he was able to read extensively and gradually gained a better place. He understood the source of rituals and music and understood the moral purpose. Three years later, he was transferred to the position of guarding the history of the library. He was famous and his reputation spread throughout the country.
Later, Lao Dan lived in Luoyi for a long time, became more knowledgeable and famous. During the Spring and Autumn Period, those with profound knowledge were called "Zi" to show respect. Therefore, people all called Lao Dan "Zi", which can be regarded as returning to his original name.
At this time, I was also a kind-hearted person. Seeing that the world was in chaos, all powers in power worked hard to reform, but in order to share the world in this chaotic era. This made the people of the world suffer. The war was apart, countless people were displaced, and the young and strong in the country were even more empty, and the world was in ruins.
Seeing this situation, Lao Tzu thought for a long time and sorted out what he had learned, and finally founded a school of doctrines, which was called Taoism in the name of Taoism.
Taoism uses "Tao" as a guide to explain the essence, origin, composition and change of all things in the universe, and believes that "Tao" is the root of all things. "Tao is also" is a cycle. Taoism emphasizes that everything does not need to be forced, and should adapt to nature and reach the highest state of "Tao".
Taoism also advocates spiritual transcendence, not bound by physical driving, but only seeks freedom and spiritual openness. Taoism believes that 'Tao' is invisible and invisible, an absolute spirit that transcends time and space, and is the highest essence of the universe and the root of all things. Everything in the world has opposites, and things will be reversed. Therefore, people must be "content with few desires", "weak and not fight", "comply with nature", and abandon all the shackles of ethics to avoid disasters.
Given the general trend today, wars continue, and people's livelihood is difficult, Lao Tzu advocates that people must be smart, show off, and return to the state of simplicity and ignorance, and calls on the princes and kings of the world to govern the world with "inaction", so that the world can be peaceful and stable. However, Lao Tzu's ultimate goal is to hope that the world will return to the primitive social state of "small country but few people". Unfortunately, in the troubled times, human life is like grass, and Lao Dan's advice is not adopted by the monarchs of various countries. Although Lao Dan is famous and knowledgeable people in the world admire him, the rulers are very cold to him.
Just after Lao Tzu founded Taoism, all the saints were all sentient. They had the heart to preach in the realm, but the words of Taozu were particularly in their ears. They wanted to distract the spirit from the realm like Lao Tzu, but they were unwilling to damage their own cultivation. You should know that the reason why Lao Tzu was able to distract the spirit from the realm was because of the unique secret technique "one Qi transformed the three purities". If all the saints distract the spirit from the realm, then they would tear the soul apart, and at least they would lose thousands of years of cultivation. Therefore, all the saints were hesitant.
Among the saints, only Tongtian did not respond to this. At this time, he only hoped that Houtu would refine the Qiankun Cauldron to come out of seclusion as soon as possible to see if his guess was accurate. However, Houtu had been in seclusion for more than 600 years, but he still failed to break the seclusion, which made Tongtian very anxious. If he was anxious, how could he care about anything else!
Tongtian ignored this matter, but his disciples did not sit idly by. As early as the great catastrophe of the gods was approaching, Tongtian ordered Turtle Spirit Holy Mother and others to pass on the Jie Sect Taoist tradition, but Turtle Spirit Holy Mother and others only received several three generations of disciples, but they did not have any major effect on the spread of the sect Taoist tradition. In this way, all the disciples felt guilty about this and believed that they and others had let down the teacher's expectations. Therefore, did the disciples not want to give up this opportunity?
Among the disciples of Tongtian, the most guilty of the Holy Mother Turtle Spirit. Turtle Spirit is a weak person by nature. Apart from practicing and enlightenment, she doesn't care much about other things. However, as the senior sister of the Jie Sect, she cannot do things based on her own preferences, and she still needs to take some responsibility.
Therefore, after learning that Lao Tzu preached in the world, the Holy Mother Turtle Spirit thought for a moment and decided to go down to the earth and go on a journey. As for the order of the Taoist ancestor, the Holy Mother Turtle Spirit thought that it could be understood that those who were above the cultivation of the celestial immortals should not take action in the mortal world. Just like the saints who cannot fight in the earthly world and can only settle the chaos. With this idea, the Holy Mother Turtle Spirit no longer cared about it and instructed Yang Xiaolian to practice for a long time, and then went down to the world alone and preached the teachings of the Jie Sect.
The movement of the Holy Mother of Turtle Spirit was like a fuse. The disciples of the four sects all turned to Fan and began to compete for the position of academic orthodox in the world. Although they were fighting, the disciples of the four sects had never fought each other. After all, the ones who turned to Fan had violated the will of the Taoist ancestor. If they took action again, wouldn't they be looking for death? Moreover, the saints had made similar instructions when they came to the earth. Therefore, everyone focused on preaching doctrines and had never fought.
As the disciples of the Four Sects descended to earth, the world suddenly became lively, and various theories emerged one after another, forming the first literary style since the development of the human race.
Among them, after the Holy Mother of Turtle Spirit descended to earth, he met a person in the Yangcheng area, named Wang Xu. Wang Xu's qualifications are also of the best. When the Holy Mother of Turtle Spirit was happy, he accepted him as a registered disciple and passed on the knowledge of Taoism. Although Wang Xu's qualifications are good, his understanding of Taoism is only average, but he is very interested in strategies, military tactics, and education techniques, and can often learn from one example.
Seeing this, the Holy Mother Turtle Spirit thought of her intention to lower the world, and she moved her heart and taught all the many academics she learned in the world. In this way, Wang Xu was even more like a fish in water. Within a few years, his knowledge was no less than that of the Holy Mother Turtle Spirit. The Holy Mother Turtle Spirit was naturally very happy about this. With this Wang Xu, although he did not say that he would carry forward the Jie Cult, he could do his best. In this way, he could make a contribution to the Jie Cult, so he taught Wang Xu more attentively.
When Wang Xu finished his studies, after giving him some instructions, the Holy Mother of Turtle Spirit returned to the earthly realm.
After the departure of the Holy Mother of Guiling, Wang Xu lived in Guigu a hundred miles away from Yangcheng, and called himself Mr. Guigu. He also kept talking about recruiting disciples. His disciples such as Sun Bin, Pang Juan, Wei Liaozi, Su Qin, Zhang Yi, Mao Sui, etc. were all famous figures. Unfortunately, Wang Xu learned too much and failed to form a school. Although Mr. Guigu's name was passed down in the world, it failed to become the mainstream of the world.
After learning that the Holy Mother of Turtle Spirit came to the realm, the other disciple of the Jie Sect, Madon Wudang also took advantage of the opportunity of seeing his disciple Xuan Su (Daji) Deng Chanyu to go to the mortal world. After meeting two disciples in Mount Li, Madon Wudang began to travel around the world. When he arrived at Zuoyi, he heard that one person here was very interested in learning. As the saying goes, "All three people will have my teacher."
The Virgin Mary Wudang was very dumb, and she never thought that anyone in the mortal world would say such words, which was really unexpected. At that moment, the Virgin Mary Wudang found the person who said this, and this person was named Confucius. After teaching Confucius' knowledge, she was immediately overjoyed. Confucius not only knew a lot, but also had a consistent understanding of the teachings of the Jie Sect. The Virgin Mary Wudang immediately accepted Confucius as a disciple and taught all his academics.
Confucius was taught by Wudang Holy Mother, and created Confucianism, taking the Six Arts as the Law, advocating "rituals and music" and "benevolence and righteousness", advocating "loyalty and forgiveness" and impartial "dollarity and doctrine of the mean", advocating "virtue governance" and "benevolent government", attaching importance to moral and ethical education and people's self-cultivation.
Confucianism emphasizes the local function of education, believes that emphasizing education and neglecting punishment is the only way for national stability and people to be prosperous and happy, and advocates that "there is no distinction between education and the ruled" should be educated, so that the whole country can become morally noble people. Politically, it advocates governing the country with etiquette. Only when everyone is well ritual can they unify the world and stabilize the country. People of all walks of life should do their duty to achieve a harmonious situation of "the king, the minister, the minister, the father, the son and the son". This is the idea of correcting the name.
Confucianism advocates mutual concern between people and achieves a world of harmony, which is "benevolence". "Benevolence" is the core content of Confucianism and the general outline of ethics and morality. "Benevolence" means "loving others". The monarch mainly embodies the people's sentiments, cherishes people's strength, and opposes harsh policies. If you want to practice benevolence, "loyalty" and "forgiveness" are needed. "Loyalty" is to fulfill one's own duties; "forgiveness" is to recommend oneself and others. It is to advocate "ritual", "music", and restrain people's behavior and cultivate people's temperament.
Although Tongtian did not accept Wanxian as his disciples in this world, his claim was still a kind of religion. Most of the disciples of the Jie Cult are demons. Confucius well inherited this proposition of "there are no different" and believed that the teaching should not be divided into nobles and humble. He believed that "teaching according to his aptitude" is an ideal teaching method, and he also advocated learning methods such as "reviewing the old and learning the new" and "learning into one and applying it to others". He advocated "staying away from it" and advocated keeping away from it, but he attached great importance to worshiping ancestors.
Han Fei and Gongsun Long, who founded the lawmakers and famous scholars, belonged to the Ansect. Han Feizi was a registered disciple of Guangchengzi, and Gongsun Long was a registered disciple of Taiyi Zhenren.
The Legalists advocated "rule of the country by law" and proposed a complete set of theories and methods. The Legalists attached importance to the law, opposed the Confucian "ritual" (all the Jie Cult opposes everything), opposed the hereditary privilege of the aristocracy monopolizing economic and political interests, and required private ownership of land and granted official positions according to merit and talents. The role of the law is to "determine division and stop disputes", that is, to clarify the ownership of objects. "Promoting merits and fear of violence", encourages people to make military achievements, and makes those illegal people feel afraid. The ultimate goal of promoting merits is to enrich the country and strengthen the army and achieve victory in the annexation war.
Han Fei learned of the embarrassing position of the Ancestral Buddhism in his son, and summarized the reasons for the failure of the Ancestral Buddhism several times, believing that the reason why the ancestors failed was because they could be conservative. Therefore, the Legalists opposed conservative retro ideas and advocated keen reform.
Han Fei believed that history was moving forward, and all laws and systems must develop with the development of history. They must neither go backward nor make the proposition of "not following the past, not following the present" because of conservativeness. Han Fei gathered the Mahayana of the Legalists and proposed that "there are those who are not easy to govern" and satirized the conservative Confucianism as stupid people who are waiting for the rabbit. In fact, while Han Fei opposed the Jie Sect, he also secretly showed his dissatisfaction with the conservative actions of his masters.
The famous scholars who belong to the Ayamism Buddhism advocate the theory of following the name and responsibilities as the truth, and advocate "correcting the name and reality", which is precisely "correcting the right and wrong between each other and making the name and reality match each other". During the chaos, the situation was turbulent and chaotic, and many etiquette and laws were in name and real. The famous scholars rose from this, emphasizing that things should be "named to reality" and thus put everything in the world on the right track.
The difference between famous scholars and various schools is precisely the method of "correcting the name and reality". The main content of their debate is mostly a problem that has nothing to do with political practice. Therefore, the theory of famous scholars is unanimously named "sophistry" by other schools.
Modi, the Mo family belongs to the Western Buddhism, and this Modi is a registered disciple of Sakyamuni.
The Mohist advocated the virtuous and the same, and proposed "universal love", and advocated that love should not be distinguished by relatives, superiors and subordinates, nobles and inferiors, and hierarchies. He believed that the reason why the world was in chaos was that people did not love each other. This was in line with the consistent Western tradition. Whether humans or demons, they could enter the West. Although it was related to the barren land of the West, it was also considered to have the same effect as the "teaching but not differentiated" of the sky, which attracted many people to join.
In terms of governing the country, Mo Di advocated "respecting virtuousness" and class-oriented thinking, so that the world can be governed by great rule, advocated "not attack", and opposed all wars of aggression. He opposed extravagant life, advocated frugality, and proposed the idea of "spendence and use", "spendence and burial", and "not joy". In order to seek blessings and avoid misfortunes, the Mohist school also advocated "respecting heaven" and "working ghosts".
In addition, the disciples of the four sects have evolved into many sects, such as Yin-Yang, Zong-Hong-Hong, Farmers, Military, Medical, etc.
For a time, hundreds of schools of thought contend in the world.
