In terms of overall cost, snail bags are approximately 60 to 70% of Tetra Pak bags.

If a snail bag can be recycled 10 times within its service life, the cost is only about 20% of the Tetra Pak bag. If it can be recycled 20 times, the cost will drop by about 8%.

The 200-ml room temperature milk production line is now being installed and debugged. If Tetra Pak bags of the same specifications are used, the wholesale price of Tetra Pak packaging materials is between 0.3 and 0.4 yuan per box.

The profit of Tetra Pak is about 50%, which means that the cost of Tetra Pak bags is about 0.15 to 0.2 yuan per box.

If you use snail bags of the same specifications, the cost per box is 0.08 to 0.13 yuan, and the wholesale price of snail industry is 0.2 yuan per box.

Each cycle is performed, the number of cycles will be marked on the paper surface of the snail pack, and the wholesale price will be gradually reduced according to the number of times.

It seems to be a difference of one or two cents, or even a few cents, but in fact, for fast-moving consumer goods, the profit may be only a few cents.

Wang Beifeng and several professional cost engineers have evaluated the current snail packing filling production line. Although the production line costs 20 to 30 million, the reduction in packaging material cost is also very considerable.

With Fengmin Agriculture’s low-priced raw milk, a box of 200 ml room temperature milk costs only 0.8 to 0.9 yuan.

This is the reason why Wandashan dares to lower the price. Even if the wholesale price is only 1.2 yuan, there is still a profit of 25 to 33%, which is more than twice the profit margin than before, and the milk quality has reached the international medium and high level.
