Mr. Ernst(1/2)
In September 1966, too many incredible things happened in Europe and the United States.
The power figures in British politics fell one after another, and the entire Fenton government had a serious crisis, and the hijacking of the Galaxy was only exacerbated such a crisis.
The situation in the United States is also not optimistic. The financial crisis that spreads the entire United States is becoming more and more intense. The US economy is on the verge of collapse. The subsequent "Luci's Death Incident" and "Casri Academy Incident" have completely ignited the already sharp racial problem in the United States.
The "Casri Academy Incident" not only failed to achieve the unexpected effect under the strong attack of the Auckland police, but instead caused the Auckland Municipal Government to be the most severely criticized by the people. In this incident, 33 black people died and 6 were seriously injured. The white hostages at the "Casri Academy" mysteriously disappeared along with other black people. Mayor Duira and Director Douglas were anxious and could not wait to interrogate the arrested black people, but they got nothing.
A black man who was interrogated said contemptuously under the assault: "You can beat me to death, but you can't get any information from me. Bobby is dead, but Huey can still carry us to fight. The anger of the black man has been ignited. Are you scared, white man?"
Duira and Douglas did feel a fear, it was really scary. They had a faint premonition that a terrible storm was taking place in Oakland.
Yes, they had no mistakes. The "Casri Academy Incident" ignited the roar of all the black people in Auckland. They chose to strike and march to support the members of the "Black Panther Party", which caused the already severe economic situation in Auckland to be hit harder. After Bobby and his companions died bravely, the fighting enthusiasm of the black people in Auckland was completely ignited, and the armed riot began!
"Fight under Bobby Sier's name"!
In Oakland, Bobby Sear's name shines on every black man like lightning. He is regarded as the hero of all black men, and his influence is even greater than that of Martin Luther King!
The police in Oakland suppressed the blacks at Casri Academy, but now they have to face more blacks who are armed and uprising!
Duira and Douglas were criticized by the hostages' families in anger. If it weren't for their recklessness, such a tragedy might not have happened. A follow-up article by Brown, a reporter from the Oakland newspaper, made the hostages' families even more sad and angry:
"Mayor Duira and Mayor Douglas had the best opportunity to save this crisis, but the so-called white dignity made them flatly reject this opportunity. Bobby Syl, the leader of the Black Panther Party, once walked out of the Casri Academy to demand an equal negotiation, but was flatly rejected by the arrogant Mayor Duira and the equally arrogant Director Douglas. This left the black people at Casri Academy with no choice but to use the most extreme way to do it.
Maintain your fragile dignity. The tragic situation arises under such a situation. The tragedy can actually be successfully resolved with the joint efforts of Mayor Duira and Director Douglas. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
'From January 1, 1863, all those who are still in any state that the people of the United States are still in the rebellion against the United States, or in the designated areas of a state, shall be free forever at that time and thereafter; the administrative departments of the public government, including the navy and army authorities, shall recognize and guarantee the freedom of these people, and shall not act in any way to suppress them when they or any of them make any efforts for their own freedom.
.
.
.
.
.
So now I, President of the United States Abraham Lincoln, was authorized as the commander-in-chief of the United States Navy and Army during the period of rebellion against the armed rebellion of the United States government, as an appropriate and necessary strategic measure to suppress the above rebellion, and, on January 1, 1863, from the date of the first time mentioned above, publicly declared in accordance with such a purpose that those who now oppose the United States have the following states and some of the following areas and their peoples.
.
.
.
.
.
For the purposes mentioned above, I use my authority to formally order and declare that all slaves in the above-mentioned states and in some states are free now and in the future; the Government of the United States, including the Navy and Army authorities, will recognize and maintain the freedom of the above-mentioned people. I now order that these declared free people shall not be violated unless necessary for self-defense; I advise them that, in any case possible, they shall faithfully work for reasonable wages.

Everyone knows that this is President Lincoln's "Proclamation on Liberating Black Slaves". In 1863, our country had given these black people freedom and equal human rights. But so many years have passed, and the status of black people has not been resolved much, racial discrimination has become increasingly serious. Should we really do this? Is it really fair for people of different skin colors to do this?
Someone must be responsible for this sad incident, and the missing hostages must be found. I do not think that Mayor Duira or Director Douglas can do it.
.
.
.
.
.
There is not much time left for us. Maybe Huey Newton, another leader of the Black Panther Party, is becoming more and more anxious. Maybe he has decided to stop being patient and avenge his dead brothers. At least, that's what black people call their companions, "brothers"!
The white people in Oakland, the white people in the United States, I think all of us have changed our thinking and reflected on our own behavior.
.
.
.
.
.
”
If this report appeared before, it would not only not attract much attention, but also Brown would be denounced by those white people as "just a sensational journalist."
.
.
.
.
.
However, after the "Casri Academy Incident", the situation in Oakland and the United States has undergone very significant changes.
.
.
.
.
.
Outside the city office building, countless families waving the Oakland newspaper, which published Brown's article, protested loudly. They asked Mayor Duira and Director Douglas to resign immediately, asked the city government to find a way to deal with the hostages immediately, and asked their families to return to them in the shortest time.
Faced with these angry crowds, Duira and Douglas were at a loss. They could use force to deal with black people, but all those protesting outside were white people, and some of them were very influential white people, such as Mr. Miles.
Duira knew that she was facing the biggest crisis and challenge since she entered politics.
.
.
.
.
.
He hoped that Douglas could give himself some good advice, but Douglas could not get any solution just like him.
.
.
.
.
.
The Black Panther Party and the hostages disappeared mysteriously, no matter how the police searched for them, they could never find any trace of them. Just a few hours ago, President William's phone call came again. On the phone, President William reiterated his serious concern for the Oakland incident and demanded that they immediately resolve the missing hostages, otherwise the White House would have to consider sending troops in.
.
.
.
.
.
Duira knew very well that if the army really entered, everything would become extremely troublesome.
.
.
.
.
.
"Have you thought of a solution yet, Mr. Director?" Duira asked in annoyance.
Douglas shook his head helplessly: "The police have all been dispatched, but those niggers don't seem to exist in Oakland, we can't find them."
"Is this the answer from a police chief?" Duira walked anxiously: "No, no, I don't need such an answer. What I need is to find the damn guys immediately!"
To be continued...
