Five hundred seventeen. The surrender of the President

Skeleton Commando and mutiny soldiers are gradually controlling the Presidential Palace.

And outside, the sound of gunfire was still roaring, hitting everyone's heart.

With the death of General Cassadis, the army defending the presidential palace lost its command and it was difficult to effectively block the enemy's attack.

The first to complete the breakthrough was the Skeleton Commando commanded by Marshal Ernst Breme.

The combat skills and combat qualities they showed were amazing. The perfect cooperation between soldiers and the decisive command of officers were far from the same level as those mutiny soldiers.

When Wang Weiyi commanded the commandos to successfully advance into the Presidential Palace, he knew that the victory was already in his hands.

Gunshots kept coming from inside the presidential palace, and the guards were still poaching New Year's resistance.

Here, the commandos even used grenades to treat the original heart of Türkiye as a small battlefield.

Wang Weiyi believed that if there were tanks now, the commandos would also use them without hesitation.

All they want is victory!

"Baron, the resistance there is very tenacious!" Klingenberg's voice suddenly came.

When he arrived at his position, dozens of soldiers from the Presidential Palace guards desperately blocked the enemy who was trying to advance.

And here, it was originally a reading room

A place that should have been full of cultural atmosphere has now become a battlefield, and this may be God's joke.

From here, the Turkish Guard soldiers resisted surprisingly with a firm degree, and the weapons they used were quite well-deserved.

"I guess, we are probably very close to the target." Intuition told Wang Weiyi this answer.

Klingenberg suddenly became excited. He asked the team members to bring something: "Baron, how about we use this?"

Those are some bundles of cluster grenades

"It's a pity that there may be some very precious books in those books." Wang Weiyi sighed with regret: "We will all become cultural destroyers."

Amid his sigh, several bundles of cluster grenades were thrown out

There was an explosion, and the fragments of the thick smoke of gunpowder flew everywhere.

As Wang Weiyi judged, this is the place where Kemal, the "Father of Turkey", liked to stay during his lifetime. There were many precious books here, but with the outbreak of the war, some precious books were destroyed in the terrible war.

But what can I do? Who made this war?

During the explosion of the cluster grenade, the sound of resistance became weaker.

The submachine guns in the hands of the Germans spewed out terrible flames, completely covering the area.

When the commandos rushed in, there was only one wounded man still struggling and groaning in a pool of blood.

Wang Weiyi squatted down beside him: "Soldier, are you okay?"

The soldier smiled bitterly: "No, I'm going to die."

"Ah, it doesn't matter, you'll get through it."

A hint of surprise had been applied to the soldier's face. He had never expected that an enemy commander would act so politely and politely.

Wang Weiyi checked the soldiers' wounds: "Tell me, why do you have to protect this place so desperately?"

The soldier sighed, knowing that he was going to die, and the secret here could not be maintained, and even if he didn't tell him, the enemy would soon know. Then, just tell all this to the humble and kind enemy officers: "In the room behind us, there is a basement, and our president is inside."

"Look, we're working very well, how much guard forces are there?"

"More than fifty people"

After saying this, the soldier tilted his head and died.

After looking at the corpse, Wang Weiyi stood up: "Mr. Klingenberg, did you hear it?"

"I heard, Baron, I will command the team members to attack now."

"Ah, let's change the way." Wang Weiyi stopped Klingenberg, who was preparing to take action: "I'm going to send someone to persuade the surrender. What do you think?"

"Baron, I don't think those enemies will surrender."

"Look, Mr. Klingenberg, we have to try it." Wang Weiyi said lightly: "Not for the Turks, but for our own soldiers. I believe that the basement of Inonu will be very strongly defended. When victory is about to come, we should minimize the casualties of our soldiers. This is what the commander should do, right?"

"Ah, yes, Baron." Klingenberg now understood why the Baron did: "I'm willing to act as the person in negotiation."

"Okay, I'll find a translator for you."

Klingenberg's shouting was initially fired by the enemy's submachine gun, and several bullets were flying by his side, but the brave German captain was not discouraged, but continued to let the translator shout loudly in Turkish.

After a while, the gunshot stopped and a voice came from over there: "Put down your weapon and come slowly."

Klingenberg brought the translator to the enemy soldiers. After being carefully inspected, they were taken into the basement.

Klingenberg still took a breath

Hell, the defense in the basement was so strong that it was completely beyond his imagination. If he had launched a strong attack just now, the commando would definitely suffer great casualties.

The Baron made a very right decision

He was taken to an old man with a worried face, and this was Inonu, the President of the Turkish Republic.

"Mr. Officer, what are you doing here? Do you persuade me to surrender?" Inonu read out the other party's purpose accurately.

"Yes, persuade to surrender, Mr. President." Klingenberg nodded: "Most half of the presidential palace has been controlled by us, and the first German armored troops are about to arrive. We think it is no point in your continued resistance. For the safety of your lives and your loyal soldiers, I suggest you put down your weapons and I will make sure you will not be hurt."

President Inonu was silent for a while, and then suddenly asked, "Mr. Officer, I really want to know an answer. Who is commanding you?"

This has been bothering President Inonu

The group of Germans in Ankara did everything shocking, and their own Turkish officers and the British had no way to stop them.

The guys leading these Germans must be amazing President Inounu thought so in his heart

Klingenberg's mouth showed a proud smile, and there was no need to hide it at this time: "If you really want to know, I think I can tell you that his full name is Ernst Alexander von Breme."

President Inonu was stunned there, and a look of surprise appeared on his face uncontrollably. After a long time, he said in a daze: "Are you talking about Baron Alexand?"

"Yes, Mr. President, a name that everyone is familiar with."

President Inonu smiled bitterly, at least failure now makes sense

He had never seen such a bold person. He was the honorary marshal of the German Empire and the powerful skeleton baron of the world. But who could have thought that this man could have such courage and appeared in the capital of a hostile country with a group of equally bold guys?

Incredible, Incredible Inonu said a few times in his heart

"Look, Mr. President, we don't have much time left." Klingenberg said easily: "You may be able to continue here for a while, but what day can you resist? The whole Ankara is about to fall into our hands. I think you know better than anyone about this. Our Baron is waiting for you outside. A German Baron accepts your surrender. I think this is not a shameful thing."

At least there is something Klingenberg said right away, and President Inounu is very clear about the current situation.

With General Kistafa's rebellion, Ankara had no chance of defending it, and it was only a matter of time before it fell.

Inonu also knows exactly what the result will be if he continues to resist.

What he did was nothing more than maintaining the dignity of the president of a republic.

Inonu pointed to the soldiers around him who were always loyal to protecting him: "Can you make sure they are not hurt?"

"Yes, once they go out, they will be released immediately." Klingenberg's answer was not hesitant at all.

"Released immediately? Are you sure?"

Klingenberg smiled and said, "The war is carried out by the soldiers, but it has nothing to do with the soldiers, right? You may be tried, but the soldiers will not."

This is a very honest saying:

"You may be tried, but the soldiers won't."

President Inonu smiled with relief

This is a good president. Although many of the previous decisions that have been related to Türkiye's fate have seemed so indecisive, his performance in many places is appreciated.

"Sir President, you cannot surrender."

"Sir President, don't be deceived by these Germans."

The voices of the guard soldiers kept ringing, but Inonu interrupted them with a smile: "Children, your war has ended, and all the responsibilities will be borne by me. You don't have to be implicated because of it. Go home, Turkey in the future still needs you, and the Germans will not occupy our land forever!"

At this moment before surrender, Inonu, the President of the Turkish Republic, was still very calm and composed. (To be continued. Please search for Astronomy, the novel is better, updated and faster!)
