Chapter 14 Moren City Level

The darkness amplifies anxiety, and every second is suffering.

Magri couldn't stand the nameless riddles and asked:

"After all, I feel so confident."

Wuming thought for a while:

"That's right, you should get in first, lie on your side, and stay close to the coffin to stabilize yourself."

"I can't see either." Magri groped in the dark, unable to figure out how to count lying on his side.

Nok seemed to adapt to the darkness very well. He supported Magri and adjusted his position.

Wuming began to explain:

"There are more than three of us, and there are many corpses outside that can help us."

Nok said: "You are not a priest, but a death warlock?"

Wuming said: "I just know a few spells."

Nok thought for a while: "But the Blood Finger is not that simple. They may not be afraid of innocent souls."

"Of course not something light and airy like an innocent soul will do." Wuming said, "We need corpses."

Nameless Pai Pai Coffin:

"The air outside is filled with ashes right now. Have you ever made bread? If flour is sprinkled into the kitchen and encounters flames, it will explode with powerful force."

In the darkness, Nok's face turned even darker:

"The ashes can't be burned."

Wuming smiled proudly:

"Who says it can't burn? Even ashes can burn again. Just be prepared."

Prepared? Combined with Wuming's words to keep them in check, the two of them suddenly felt that something was not good.

There was a roar, and the two felt that the world was spinning, and huge power was transmitted to their bodies. The pressure on their feet and back made them understand one thing deeply -

They flew up.

Burke was anonymously thrown into the distance. Looking at the fierce battle in the distance, he felt anxious and helpless. He wanted to go over and help, but he knew that in the past, it would only distract his master from protecting him.

Burke could only watch the battle from a distance and pray that his master would be safe.

While he was praying, a black-purple fireball rose from the place where the battle was taking place.

The shock wave threw him away, rolled him several times, and laid him down on the grass.

While Burke was still recovering from his dizzy brain, he saw a coffin spinning out of the air at a speed that was beyond his reach. Almost in an instant, it had crossed a hillside and disappeared from his sight.

Nok pressed against the coffin, rolled and rolled all the way, and she yelled:

"If we don't do this, we are still dead!"

Wuming said: "But Bloody Finger is dead too, just come back and collect the body when the time comes."

"Does collecting blood mean?"

"And ours, of course."

The coffin drew a beautiful parabola. At the high point, it hit the tombstone inserted on the side of the high cliff. Then it bounced and smashed the tombstone all the way. It fell from the cliff to the bottom and was stuck vertically on the ground. It was hit by a huge earthquake.

Move again.

The coffin board creaked and fell apart completely, falling off the coffin, revealing the three people inside.

Magri walked out first, and after taking two steps, he stumbled and hit the wall.

Nok's expression turned pale, and he walked out holding the edge of the coffin.

She closed her mouth tightly and resisted the desire to vomit.

Wuming also walked out of the coffin, shaking his head:

"I'm so lucky that I didn't die."

The three of them were congratulating themselves on surviving the disaster, when a circle of swords was placed around their necks.

Wuming looked around and found that they fell to a bridge. If the coffin flew out a little more, they would fall into the sea under the bridge.

There were guards on the bridge, all armed. When they saw the uninvited guests, they immediately turned their guns and targeted the three men.

They even had ballistae.

Wuming raised his hands decisively:

"We are good people, don't get me wrong."

"Don't get me wrong?" Standing next to the ballista, a knight who looked like a commander and wore a full-coverage helmet pointed at their coffins, "Is this a good person?"

Nok looked in the direction the man was pointing.

With the coffin as the center, some pumpkin fragments were spattered around, mixed with dark gold, red and off-white substances.

In front of the coffin, a headless strong man was lying on the ground, with his head under the coffin.

Seeing this scene, Nok, who had been struggling to endure it, suddenly vomited.

Wuming looked at the headless man and scratched his head:

"What's wrong?"

"You killed people." After Nok vomited, he answered with a dark face.

Wuming tilted his head and stared at the strong man:

"I don't think so."

Nok was stunned: "What do you mean?"

Wuming did not answer, but shouted to the officer:

"We can't control the landing point. Who knows there is someone lying down on the road basking in the sun. We don't even know where this place is."

Nok suddenly reacted when he heard Wuming say this.

Judging from the feeling of the final fall and the direction of the coffin, the coffin fell almost vertically during the last section, and there were no traces of friction in the soil under the headless body.

That is to say, this person was originally lying here, and then his head happened to catch the coffin's falling impact.

Why is there someone lying in the middle of the path? Touching porcelain? You won't risk your life if you touch porcelain. Nok was confused and thinking.

Wuming waved to the officer: "Do you know where this is?"

The commander's voice was gloomy:

"This is the territory of Morn City."

"Moen City?" Wuming was stunned at first, then clapped his hands and laughed, "I didn't expect that I could take the express train."

He waved to the officer: "I just want to come to Moen City to investigate some things."

The officer looked at the armor on Wuming's body, observed the patterns on his tattered cloak, and asked:

"Are you a messenger sent by Stonewell?"

"no."

"Are you sent by Wangcheng?"

"No."

"Then what qualifications do you have to investigate?" The officer waved his hand and said, "Take it."

The three of them were tied up and sent to the other side of the bridge.

The officer grabbed a whip and interrogated them:

"Tell me the truth, what are you doing here?"

Magri made a grimace: "We were forced to follow, a faded person in a coffin."

Knock also said: "We have nothing to do with him."

"How heartless, I just saved your lives." Wuming said.

"You caused the bloody finger, and we should be alive now thanks to luck." Nok said.

"Stingy, we can be resurrected after death anyway." Wuming muttered.

Hearing what Wuming said, the officer rolled his eyes and looked at Wuming:

"You said you wanted to investigate, what to investigate?"

Wuming said: "That's right, I'm actually a businessman, and my caravan was attacked by demi-humans."

The officer stared at Wuming, his eyes flashing with golden light:

"What does this have to do with us?"

"Those demi-humans are all holding iron weapons. They are obviously not wild. I heard that there are many demi-humans in Morn City, and I wanted to come and see if there are any missing demi-humans."

The officer was silent for a moment and said:

"Is there such a thing?"

Wuming looked at the bridge: "Is this bridge the only way to connect Moren City with the outside world? Is this the only way?"

"Maybe there are some underwater caves connected to it. I'm not a demi-human and I don't know about this kind of thing," the officer said.
