Eight hundred and eighth chapter lure the enemy deep

Although the US military's African offensive operation was soon transmitted to the People's Liberation Army Command in Tanzania and the General Staff's Operational Command Center through radio waves, the General Staff is now too busy to be busy in the Asian battlefield. The African battlefield is completely helpless and can only rely on the 86th Aircraft Infantry Brigade, two flight regiments stationed in Tanzan, as well as more than 40,000 Tanzanian National Defense Forces.

Faced with the aggressive offensive of the US military and the Three-Nation Alliance, the People's Liberation Army Command in Tanzania established a joint command with the Tanzanian military to command the People's Liberation Army and Tanzanian Defense Forces in Tanzania. With the Commander-in-Chief of Tanzania and General Karayan as the Commander-in-Chief of the People's Liberation Army, Colonel Song Jihong as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief, and the Operational Command Center was located in the Tanzanian Army Command in the suburbs of Dodoma.

"Since yesterday, the United States and the East African Three-Nation Alliance formed by Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya have divided into two routes. The Eastern Route is mainly composed of the Second Mechanized Infantry Brigade and Armored Brigade of the Third Mechanized Infantry Division of the US Army. It crossed the Kentan border with three infantry brigades of Kenya and captured Arusha along the A104 Highway; while the Western Route is mainly composed of the First Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Third Mechanized Infantry Division of the US Army, and cooperates with the Three Infantry Brigades of Uganda and two infantry brigades of Rwanda to invade along the B3 Road. The vanguard has occupied our Uyannu." Lieutenant General Nko, Chief of Staff of the Tanzanian Army, pointed to the huge Tanzanian electronic map and introduced the current latest battle situation to the generals of the China-Tanzanian Joint Command.

"According to the intelligence taken by drone reconnaissance, the reason why the infantry brigade of the Three-Nation Alliance marched so quickly this time is because they have all achieved motorized maneuvers now. They have collected thousands of trucks as transport tools for infantry, so that their maneuverability can keep up with the actions of the US mechanized infantry and be consistent with the main force of the US military." Lieutenant General Enko played a large number of pictures taken by the frontline's Winglong drone at high altitude and the reconnaissance team using Jingwei drones to approach the close.

Judging from Uganda and Rwanda, two countries that are even poorer than Tanzania, it is a bit unexpected to collect so many trucks this time. However, when you see the various trucks of Lu and Ukrainian troops in the picture, you feel relieved. It seems that the US military has paid a lot of US dollars in rent this time, and only then can we find these trucks of different models from the people of the two countries.

"Judged based on the existing offensive route of the US military, their troops are divided into two groups, and their targets should be directed at Duoduoma." After briefly introducing the current situation, Lieutenant General Enko turned to Colonel Song Jihong and said, "Col. Song, in your opinion, how should we deal with it now?"

The US military's offensive operation was quite fast. Within a day, its east and west lines broke through 100 kilometers. You should know that this was a large force of more than 40,000 people. Along the way, they also defeated the three infantry regiments of the Tanzanian Defense Forces Northern Military Region deployed on these two defense lines.

Although the top leaders of the Tanzanian military have not lost confidence yet, facing the strong attack capabilities of the US military, from the commander-in-chief of the Tanzanian National Defense Forces, General Karayan, to the ordinary soldiers below, they are actually afraid. After all, the equipment and training levels of the two sides are completely different. Therefore, the three infantry regiments deployed on the border of the northern military region are almost at a loss when facing the attacks of the US military.

"General Karayan, General Enko," Colonel Song Jihong, who had been prepared for this, expressed his views very calmly in the face of the anticipated eyes of the two bigwigs of the Tanzanian military. He knew that at this critical moment, he would never show any fear, otherwise it would be very likely that the Tanzanian military, who was not very strong in fighting, would have the idea of surrender. Although this battle was the most difficult battle in his life, it was not completely unavailable.

"The US military and the East African coalition forces divided their troops to attack, which actually gave us a good opportunity to defeat each one." Colonel Song Jihong gave the two big men of the Tanzanian military a reassurance as soon as he opened his mouth. "Look, the place where the US military passed by was the northern mountainous areas such as the Barre Mountains and Usambara Mountains, which had a very inconvenient transportation. Although this had little impact on the combat effectiveness of the US mechanized troops, such terrain was very difficult for their logistics supply."

"We all know that the US military is a highly mechanized force. Now the Three-Nation Alliance of East Africa has also used a large number of trucks to achieve motorization. It seems that the maneuverability has been much stronger, but in contrast, their dependence on logistics supply has also increased significantly. Trucks, tanks, and helicopters all require a lot of fuel to support it. Therefore, our opportunity for this battle is to attack and cut off their logistics supply supply lines after dragging them on the front."

"Relatively speaking, the strength of the US military on the Western Front is much weaker. Therefore, I suggest concentrating superior forces to take the lead in solving the first mechanic brigade of the Third Air Infantry Division of the US military on the Western Front, gathering the main forces of the First Air Infantry Brigade and the Second Air Infantry Brigade of the Chinese Defense Forces, establishing a western defense line in Kaham, Nzega and Isaac regions, and using our Destroyer UAV air firepower advantages to find an opportunity to annihilate the first US military aircraft infantry Brigade and the Associate Force;

At the same time, the main force of the 86th Aircraft Infantry Brigade of the People's Liberation Army established a northern defense line in the area from Babati to Condoa to resist the attacks of the Second Aircraft Infantry Brigade and the Armored Brigade of the Third Aircraft Infantry Division of the US Army, and waited for the end of the Western Front war to gather the main force of the First Aircraft Infantry Brigade and the Second Aircraft Infantry Brigade of the Chinese Defense Army to encircle and annihilate the US Eastern Front troops."

After listening to Song Jihong's combat plan, General Karayan and Lieutenant General Enko were excited. The First Aircraft Infantry Brigade and the Second Aircraft Infantry Brigade of the Tanzan National Defense Force were equipped according to the standards of the main aircraft and infantry brigade of the People's Liberation Army. The main combat troops of the entire brigade were composed of two 99A2 tank battalions and three Type 05 infantry fighting vehicle mechanics and infantry battalions, plus a 152mm self-propelled howitzer battalion, a 100mm self-propelled mortar, a Red Arrow-8M anti-tank missile battalion and a Fly-90M air defense missile battalion formed heavy fire support and air defense anti-tank forces.

It can be said that the ground attack power of Tanzanian Aircraft Infantry is not much inferior to that of the US military Aircraft Infantry. The larger gap between the two is air firepower. The Third Mechanized Infantry Division of the US military has 36 AH-64E attack helicopters, 8 AH-1 attack helicopters, and 24 UH-60 multi-purpose helicopters. This time, 18 AH-64E attack helicopters and 12 UH-60 multi-purpose helicopters assigned to the Western Front troops. These 30 US military helicopters all carry US Haierfa (Hellfire) heavy anti-tank missiles. According to the assessment of the internal combat effectiveness of the US military, the combat power of this helicopter attack team is at least equivalent to more than 200 M1A2 tanks.

The Tanzanian Aircraft Infantry Brigade has no air attack capability except for several Winglong UAVs that perform aerial reconnaissance and more than a dozen Jingwei UAVs. Therefore, if one fights on one side, a Tanzanian Aircraft Infantry Brigade will definitely not be an opponent of a US military Aircraft Infantry Brigade.

However, on the special battlefield of the mountainous areas in northeastern Tanzania, there is an advantage of local operations and the People's Liberation Army sends the Destroyer UAV to support it. If the impact of the US attack helicopter can be effectively offset, the two Tanzanian aircraft brigades can completely form an overwhelming advantage over the US military's one aircraft brigade.

"Although the troops of Colonel Song, Rwanda and Uganda are of average combat power, they are basically the same equipment as the ordinary infantry brigades of our Tanzanian National Defense Forces. The troops of these five infantry brigades with nearly 20,000 people are still a force that cannot be underestimated. If they attack with the US military, it may not be easy to solve with our two aircraft and infantry brigades." Lieutenant General Enko said worriedly.

"Gen. Enko, according to my estimate, these alliances in the East African three-nation coalition should not be invested in the offensive by the US military, but are mainly used to maintain the transportation lines of the US military, because the equipment of these troops is too far apart from that of the US military, and in addition, they did not conduct joint practical exercises with the US military before the war, it is difficult to coordinate and identify the enemy and us during the attack. Putting together the attack will not only fail to enhance combat power, but will likely become a burden to the US military." Song Jihong explained in response to Lieutenant General Enko's concerns.

"Of course, we are not completely sitting on the sidelines of these troops. I suggest that after the main force of the US military enters our designated combat areas and extends the logistics supply transportation line, the remaining troops of the northern military region of the National Defense Forces, the Third Infantry Brigade of the National Defense Forces, the Special Forces Brigade of the National Defense Forces, etc., use battalions and companies as combat units, are dispatched in full swing. On the one hand, they are hampered the Three East African coalition forces to attract their attention, and on the other hand, they attack and destroy the logistics supply transportation line of the US military. In this way, we only need to invest about 10,000 troops to delay the 30,000 coalition forces."

"If the US military wants to maintain a transportation line of about 500 kilometers on the east and west lines, the 30,000 coalition forces will definitely leave us a lot of opportunities."

These are the traditional strengths of the People's Liberation Army for guerrilla warfare and traffic raids. Colonel Song Jihong is confident that he will give the US military another "surprise". However, due to the lack of experience in this area, and the Tanzanian Defense Forces' first and second aircraft brigades' time to form a military force for too short, Colonel Song Jihong is also very worried about whether its commander can be competent to face the pressure of such a strong enemy as the US military.

When Song Jihong University raised this concern tactfully, General Karayan decisively decided to hand over the command of the First Aircraft Infantry Brigade and the Second Aircraft Infantry Brigade of the Tanzanian National Defense Force to the PLA commanders and fighters assigned by Song Jihong for unified command. Armored confrontation and air-ground integrated combat are still too unfamiliar to the Tanzanian National Defense Force commanders. Even though Colonel Lazaro of the Tanzanian First Aircraft Infantry Brigade followed Song Jihong to participate in some battles against Congo, the intensity and tactical requirements of those battles were too weak, and they did not reflect the integrated combat power of the PLA's active aircraft and infantry brigade.

Under such circumstances, Colonel Song Jihong sent Chief of Staff Colonel Zheng Quan to temporarily serve as the commander-in-chief of the Tanzanian Defense Forces Western Front Command. Colonel Lazaro, as deputy commander-in-chief and commander of the First Aircraft Infantry Brigade, cooperated with Colonel Zheng Quan's commander. At the same time, Lieutenant Colonel Zhang Dacheng, the battalion commander of the 86th Aircraft Infantry Brigade, was transferred to serve as the deputy commander of the Tanzanian Defense Forces Second Aircraft Infantry Brigade, and temporarily commanded his two 99A2 tank battalions.

The main force of the 86th Aircraft Infantry Brigade was heading north under the command of Deputy Brigade Commander Colonel Dai Qiliang, preparing to resist the attack on the US military from the Babati to Condoa, and create conditions for the annihilation of the US military's first brigade on the western front.

In the air, the Chinese J-10C and J-21 Flight Regiments have fought with the US F-15E/F and F-35 squadrons many times. Faced with the invading US fighter jets, the PLA Air Force relied on the complete land-based radar early warning system established in Tanzania to gain a slight advantage in air combat, effectively creating good conditions for the Destroyer drone dispatch.
